I ordered a 'Full printed Sling Bag' in Provogue website via HDFC Diwali offer on November 8th, 2015 and I got a confirmation mail from Provogue website that the order of the item is confirmed. The order status is shown as 'complete'.
But still I haven't received the courier info, nor the product. I've paid the amount of Rs.300 as shipping charges and there is no reply at all from the website. I tried reaching their customer care via phone and email but they aren't available for communication at all.
This is a ridiculous act of Provogue (as its been continuously doing) and I dont know why, good banks such as HDFC made a tie up with them, for the offer. Can anybody help in getting my product soon, or a cash back from HDFC?

Complaint marked as Resolved Thank you 'Consumer Complaints' for resolving the issue. The next day, once after I posted the complaint/query, I got a reply-mail (in gmail) from 'Provogue' regarding the product status and courier information. On 18th-Nov, I received the product. Thanks to 'Provogue' also.
But still, I have another product booked at 'Provogue', whose status is shown as 'Under Processing' from many days. I am looking forward to resolve this issue also via 'Consumer Complaints' as platform, if the product status remain unclear. Thank you.
