Hi, I ordered also ordered provogue watch on 26 oct 2015 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order id #[protected] &[protected]. 10 days has passed and still Provogue website shows order status as PROCESSING (UNDER DISPATCH) & NO TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE. Hello, I have purchased a Provogue ladies watch through ICICI internet banking offer Rs 399 but product not good so i return that watch to Provogue till now i didn't recive my amount. before i return watch talked with Provogue customer care said with 4 to 5 working days amount reflect in your a/c but its 15days above when i try to call Provogue customer care number no one can pickup the call & i send so many mails to CC but no reply mails....
