Hello, on last friday 13/03/2015 i have ordered one provogue watch ( order number[protected], but still i haven't received my order so that i have sent the mail to provogue customer service then they said that your product has been dispatched and it is in transit. then i contact to corrier servise Gojavas (Virendra Robin) he said that we have lost your order now whatever you want to do, do it

    i have booked a Provogue Wrist watch using my ICICI promotional voucher code ICICI2014, according to this Voucher is offer price is Rs.299/- instead of Rs.2499/-, but my credit is debited with Rs.2499/-. this is my order No Order #[protected] at time of booking the final price shown to me before to payment gateway was Rs. 299/- later when the payment was completed directly Rs.2499/- is being deducted my card. we have tried contacting the ICICI Bank and the Provogue Company people, The bank has replied that they will refund the money and send me SMS stating the money will be refunded to my Account in 2 days, but i had not received any SMS from bank even after 2 hrs, later when i tired calling the Customer care for the SMS, they updated me that i should call the Provogue Company for this, when i explaine dthe entire procedure again they said that they will get back to me in 2 days and kindly cancel my order and refund my money back to my account.

      Hi Team, My name is Nagaraj B N and this email is in reference to my Order no[protected], which I have placed on 18th March 2015 evening at 19:30 for a Provogue Watch (SKU # Watch -103646-WH-283-F White) on Provogue's website, as I got a promotional code from ICICI bank, that I can get this watch which is worth Rs.2499, only by paying Rs.299. I have paid rs.299/- through my debit card and have also received a confirmation email. However, when I track my order on the webiste, it still says, "Pending for Approval" and when I try calling Provogue's customer care number mentioned in the confirmation email[protected], the number continuously goes busy, despite of trying every 2 minutes. I'm trying the number everyday since 18th Mar'2015 since 10am till 6pm in the evening, but there is no response. I have also sent emails, but still there is no response for my email also. So, can you please tell me what is the status of my order and why is the customer care number always busy? Do you have a tie-up with ICICI bank or you are just luring customers into something which is not there? Do you guys really exist or is it some kind of misleading which is happening? Because, I have read many comments and got some reviews from my friends as well, that you guys are fraud, which has resulted into me asking you this question.         I have placed a order for provogue watch on march 27 2015, through icici internet bankingbanking, however I have given a wrong email ID but the number provided is correct but there is no follow up happening as with the order status.please let me know as what needs to be done.           Best SUFFERING (they say shopping) platform award goes to PROVOGUE.COM provogue says shopping platform but actually its suffering platform if some one is interested in gambling (in that too provogue will try to cheat you) than only you buy anything from provogue. I had ordered a wrist watch on 5/3/2015 of which order number is[protected]. I got email regarding address issue from provogue of which I replied 6 days back, but I am yet to get any response from the concerned person.I have raised this issue couple of times through official website (via contact information column) but did not get even reply mail, I also tried at least 100 times to call on number [protected] but no one received the call. As soon as possible resolve my problem. As per mail received by provogue courier boy could not locate my home but I know this is not the fact because if he was not able to locate my house than why he did not call me on my mobile number (I feel courier boy did not come). A shipment has already come of same product to my neighbour’s house and I already have bought through flipcart, snapdeal, jabong and myntra and they all are able to easily deliver on the same address because it is in the city itself not even at outskirts of the city. If you do not want to deliver the shipment than why you book the order and your customer touch points (customer care email, phone number) also is not responding….. now I feel that it’s risky deal to buy through provogue…If still I will not get response than I will do every possible thing to make others aware about the actual or to say worst situation of this shopping (in fact suffering) platform.

              the way provogue has responded to me made me feel like i'm dealing with some fraud.almost month is over and i didn't get even a single response.the delivered product is defective.earlier they informed me that this product is under warranty for 1 yr.it's not even a week and the product stopped working.no one is picking the call also from their end .it seems they are running a bunch of fraud management.never expected this kind of irresponsible response.Please look into this.

                i have an offer from kotak bank and i have used that offer and ordered the item. After successful transaction and when i check the status of the order i see that the status as cancelled. what the hell is this, both provogue and kotak cheating customers with false offer.

                              I bought a provogue watch model-100012-BK-022-f WAT on July 15th, 2014 from the provogue outlet in Sahara Ganj Mall, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The product was on the discount of 50%, and i thought why provogue is selling such a nice watch on discount. It cost me Rs.3750 after discount. Within 10 days of wearing and handling the product carefully and responsibly its strap got ripped off.I got to the showroom in the month only and the just told me they don't cover warranty but how can you sell a defective product. The sent the watch to customer care and they just stick the strap with some glue.May be the rubber of the strap was dry or something which was not visible when i bought. Secondly, its just about 8 months i bought and the battery of the watch is dead and strap is again tearing off itself. I am really unsatisfied with the product. Buy this watch was like throwing money in trash.

                                        Did not receive my watch

                                        I placed an order at provague on 11th November but did receive it yet after paying the cash. I am very disappointed with this company.they are also not replying to my mails.
