My ptron neckband is still in warranty and I created a ticket and ptron gave me address to send it but after a month they are not returning back it to me.

    I call on customer care but they are not answering me.

        I had purchased pTron earbud. Within 3 months the problem with volume started in one of the earbud. I raised a complaint at their customer service. They were quick to respond and after verifying bill and photos they asked me to send courier earbud at their service center. Once they received it, they gave me option to buy a new pair of earbuds and get a refund for old one.
        I purchased a new ptron earbud but refund is not yet given by the company. I have been mailing them as well as tried to call them on their phone but no one answers their phone. Right now I am stuck for refund.

              I claimed warranty on one of my ptron product. I completed all the steps they asked me to do. I sent them the old product, ordered new product, sent them it's invoice and photo and bank details for my refund. But now they are not responding the mails and customer care number is not working. Please help me in getting my refund.

                    Earphone stopped working however it is under warranty. I have sent mail to Appario but they are not responding. Please help me to get repair this or get replacement.

                        Why pTron takes too much time to resolve an issue I have registered a complaint on 06/29/2021
                        They said will replace product within 15 working days but after 1 month they told me that the product is not available so they will refund the money after sending bank details I have sent them till now I didn't receive my money
                        Its already 2 month completed why ptron takes too much time to resolve an issue
                        This is the worst service provided by ptron customer support care

                            I have ordered a earbuds from Myntra when it got delivered it was a defect one so I have registered a complaint and also I have sent to customer support to Hyderabad but I have got no response from company and ur side kindly reply as soon as possible or give my money back because it took around 1 month and I had got no confirmation from ur side I have sent an email also to ptron support ihave attached all images of bill vuds etc in it

                                  Firstly if a person is not satisfied with your product, then you should focus on giving them the best service as per their expectations but it is totally different in your case.
                                  Here, I have asked customer support for a repair/replacement of my earphone.
                                  Their reply is very unsatisfactory which is they are asking to buy the Ptron product again with same value or higher value, after buying they will gonna refund the amount of older product?

                                  But is this the way a deal is done?

                                    I don't know why pTron takes too much time to resolve an issue I have registered a complaint on 04/07/2021 they told me to courier the product and sent the product and again they told me the product is not available so they will refund the money and asked me send bank details as they said I sent the details after that I don't get a reply it's been 26 days I need a quick response every time I have beg for what is happening and how many days it's gonna take?
                                    I can't even call the customer care executive. I just need my replacement product or the refund.
