    Sir i have recently purchased ptron v2 neckband from Amazon. It doesn't last long more than 12 hrs and products says it will work upto 18 hrs. And the second problem arrives is it disconnects automatically. Please replace it as it is under warranty of 1 year

        Dear Sir,
        I have purchased a pTron Bassbuds Lite in-Ear True Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 Headphones with Hi-Fi Deep Bass on 14/2/21 online from amazon but on sunday i noticed the charging dock is not charging and also the charging light is also not visible so i have given complaint online i had received reply that i will be contacted with in 48 hrs but not been contacted so i tried to call the customer care number but there is no proper guideline the call is discounted after few second cant connect to executive

          I had been bought a ptron product in July 2021.it was not even completed 3months.i had also raise a complaint it was completed 3days but no response from ptron customer service. my ptron neckband is getting power on and also not getting charge.i have warranty upto 1year.but I can't understand how would I claim that warranty

              Dear Sir,

              We have taken ptron earbuds from amazon.
              After some it's not working. We contact to customer care. Ptron provide two options 1st for refund and 2nd for replacement.

              In case of refund. We need to purchase the new product and share the inv copy.

              We have already purchased and share the inv copy to ptron.

              After receiving the product by ptron not agree for refund and no response received from ptron.
              We have also try to customer care. Not able to contact ptron.

              Kindly help for refund

                                I purchased USB charging cable with order id PT18422. Still now I did not recieved product. When checked thru[protected] AwB number showing status as delivered...Customer support of courier is not reachable.

                                    Earbuds bought in June2021 were not working properly. So I returned the same to Ptron, they acknowledged its receipt on 27th July 2021. After that day, no mail received from them. Even no one is picking up phone. Please issue my refund or replacement.
