Today i went to punjab national bank, baroda, gohana, sonipat at 3.55pm
But the bank workers has closed the bank before the bank work timing
When i asked them for the reason of close the bank before time
They refuse me to tell the reason
And also do misbehave with me and said me to go away from there
So i want a strick step against these bank workers so that they work full time
Because goverment pay these workers for full time not for rest
By this misbehavior of bank workers, all villager are facing problem in their bank work
All villager want to get rid of this problem but in my village there is no more educated person
So i kindly request you to solve this problem and take a strict decision for this kind of workers so that every government worker become serious in their duty

      Hi, this is to inform you that atm machines near my place not working. Most of the time they are not working. E ither they are having board of "machine not working" or "there is no cash available" most of the time. Due to this we have to face problems. One atm is located in shopping complex in eldeco udyan 1, lucknow, other one is located near bangla bazar, lucknow. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

        I wish to bring your attention that ₹10, 000 has been debited from my account on 11/09/2017 while transferring money to phonepe. It should be reflect in my phone pe account but it didn't.
        Many times i called customer service of punjab national and also visited home pnb branch (Bara bazar hazaribag) but they denied to take complain and process of charge dispute file.

          Hello i called to pnb customer care phone banking service from my registered mobile number yesterday. Date 14/11/2017 time 2:30am. The agent name is nooraj khan. I asked him to confirm my aadhar is linked or not. He asked my a/c no which i dnt have and not customer id. So i tell him to verify other things except these 2. So he denied and told me that i cant provide you any information. You can call along with your a/c no or customer then i will give you info. What is this.? If a person call from registered mobile number and verify other options except a/c no or customer id. Why this kind agent deny to provide information to the customers. Plz before hiring this kind of agent give full knowledge about the product and system.. They dont know how to talk to the customer and less knowledge... Take proper action against him or i will mail or coantact to the higher authority...

                  I have purchased a item from amazon shopping but due to some fault during delivery it could not reach me and was automatcally send back to the retailor by amazon. I contacted amazon customer care for my money so they told me the process is going on and told that i will recieve my money by 3 nov 2017 but i have yet not recieved. I further contacted them regarding this issue, they told to contact the main branch of pnb. Please solve my problem as early as possible and refund my money.

                      We are a wholesale & retail counter for medicine shop at barauni. We are already current a/c holder of punjab national bank, barauni branch (Ifsc code-punb0720900). Basically, customer buying for medicine & against deposit the currency and coins. We have a per day selling medicine & against deposited only for coins by customer for 5-6 thousand per day due to rural and urban area. We are contact to branch manager regarding deposit the amount with coins, but he is negligence for deposit the coins at branch. He is only deposited the currency.
                      Sir, plz. Advice the all banks including punjab national banks at all branches for deposited the currency alongwith coins. So, businessman for very happy. If convey at your end.

                              Sir.. I am a permanent account holder of rajiv kumar.., punjab national bank. My account number is: - [protected]. I used to pay rs 1708 from my account through the debit card in order to get the ticket through the make my service to get the railway ticket using my debit card. But the work of my railway ticket was not completed due to technical failure. For this reason, make my service has done the job of depositing the entire amount in the bank account with my debit card. Make my service gave a refund reference number as follows:[protected]. I have to know my refund status so that for how long this money will be transferred to the bank.. Because the make my trip service says that the money has been refunded on them.., the reason for the delay has been told to the bank.. I want to get information about this from customer care but nothing good can be found... Please solve my problem... Please deposit my refund money back into the account soon.                               sir .. I am very sad because of the poor working of the Punjab National Bank .. Despite my refund of money made by my trip, my account has not been transferred yet. Make my trip says that due to the bank's weakness, I have to wait for such a long time. I should also confirm this by contacting the bank's Customer Care, but I could not find any adequate answer. Please do not hurt your customer more and help.

                                Pnb customer with complaint sr no. A[protected],
                                I debited rs 7000 from vijaya bank atm on saturday around 11:40am, received text that amount has been debited but on machine display its showing transaction failed and i did not received any amount.
                                I contacted with your customer executives many times and from last 4 days they have only one answer that my complain is still in process. See take your so called 7 working days or more to refund that amount but i want a reply that yes via machine i did not received any amount so i will receive that amount by you people as its your mistake.
                                Please look into the matter at the earliest.

                                      I have sb a/c no [protected] in pnb b/o kirkee, pune - 411003 (Maharashtra). Today on dated 05/11/2017 at 12 : 52 pm rs 10000 deducted from my sb a/c. But i have not got money. Debit card no (Protected) inserted 2 times in atm machine for amount 5000/- (2 times) feed for withdrawal at kirkee bazar atm machine but i have not got the amount due to txn failed. But rs 10, 000/- deducted from my account.

Today on dated 05/11/2017 at 12 : 52 pm RS. 10, 000/- (Ten thousand ) DEDUCTED FROM MY SB A/C. BUT I HAVE NOT GOT MONEY. Debit card No (protected) inserted 2 times in ATM machine for amount 5000/- (2 times) feed for withdrawal at Kirkee Bazar ATM machine but I have not got the amount due to txn failed. But Rs. 10, 000/- deducted from my accoun without receiving the amount.

                                        I am customer of esteemed banking institution pnb. My a/c is [protected] in pnb, defence colony branch. I have to come on your desk for my complain. It has been seen that the behavior of bank staff is not well since my last few visits. I am working person and get free after 4 pm but bank locked inside and staff is sitting inside and nobody attend. Anyway, i uses internet banking so most of transaction done by this mode. My internet banking disabled and my atm card locked. So i am withot money now.in last visit on 1 nov 2017, i tried to reach at bank premises but bank locked before 3:55 pm. Some customer coming outsidet, i take chance and enter in bank at sharp 4 pm. Fill the form for transaction from pnb a/c to pnb sukanya a/c same branch. But person denied to serve. Tried to print pass book again denied then i went to another table to query for my application that submitted in branch but no replied. Now i am in stand up position then a staff member was passes in nearway and said rudely get out from way. What a rude behavior and senseless. What i can. This is your bank and your staff. Today i found my internet password inactive and atm card blocked. Your's misbehavior and your's harassement for my money. Pnb consumer complain website is not working properly i found problem at last point of submit.

                                        Branch Manager demands PAN card self attested photo copy.i send self attested photocopy of aadhar card and PAN card by post dated 20 Nov 2017 and Also personally deposit self attested PAN card photocopy only as they demands on dated 24 Nov 2017. i can not handle my account online till now.
