Care

Please see the chain of several communications done with punjab national bank for resolving my problem which is not resolved by bank so far. I need my nro and nre mobile number to be changed from an inactive indian mobile number to an active indian mobile number. But the bank says they can only add my international mobile number irrespective of the fact that i do come to india very often and stay some days in india (Some time for one month during annual leave). When i stay in india i cannot use my international number and have to rely only on indian number for banking transactions. The bank is not taking any action to resolve this as they are adamant it seems. Please help me to resolve this problem.

As per govt guidelines, you cannot have 2 customer id (One for local./domestic savings/fd and another for nre/nro). Hence all the customer id s are merged into single id. As you are nri, the nri customer id is retained and other ids are merged. For nro/nre ac local mobile number is not applicable. Kindly inform your international/ country of residence mobile number to update the ac for getting sms alert please.

      Iam the customer of pnb bank cuddapah dist ap. Recentely i had op ned the mudra loan and iam paying my emi amount in my od account which the bank manager had opened this month 23/11/2017 there is debit of rs 413 rs from my od account for insurence that i had noticed.

      Now my question with out my request why u had debit the amount 413 from my account. I want to know the clear clarifaction about this issue other wise a case will be filed against the consumer court and a serious action can be taken for chaeting the customer and debit the money from my account iam providing my od account and my contact no also to you

          Still waiting for refund which should be reflect in my account with in 24 hours because that was fault from machine or technical issues we already called so many times to bank but no responce till now

            Rs 2000 was withdrawn from my uco bank card on[protected] at time 16:46:02 at solan (Rajgarh road), solan atm id-nfuc0000.
            The amount i entered never came out, i waited for some time but transaction never happened but when i checked my account details the money was not there in the account. I waited till date in the hope that money will be returned but its not there, sir i humbly request pnb branch to check for this failure.

              Dear sir,
              Through this medium i wish to complaint about rude behavior and lack of help of doulatpur kalan (Bulandshahr up) branch of pnb. I went there for issue a new debit card and kyc update but the person (Mr. Rahul) who sits on counter. Of this branch talk so rudely n dont helped me out and saying i have more work and shortage of staff your work not done today you can come tomorrow and after that he says i am a government employee you can not take any action against me. Even when i complained about him to the manager his behavior was the same. Is this the way bank behaved with value customer. Kindly look into this matter and give them some training about behavior.

              I am working in greater noida, and i have taken special leave for this job. I have visited twice in branch on same day 1st half and 2nd half dated 01.11.2017.
              But he has not updated my kyc detail and denied to work. I have handed over a checque - amount of rs 2600, to him but still my cheque not cleared.

                I am a customer of pnb and writing this email to raise my grave concern and lodge formal complaint against branch manager - kolkata, park circus branch.

                Mrs. Sahu who is the designated branch / sr manager today harassed me continuously with refusing to accept my life certificate even though it has proper doctor's seal and signature and aadhar card attached. I have been a customer of this branch for a long time and being physically handicapped and unable to move around i used to send my son every year with all the required documents, including doctor's certificate and all other self - attested documents.

                However for the very first time in this branch, the new manager bluntly refused to accept life certificate even with doctor's certificate and instead harassed me saying to go to park street branch and even to salt lake epfo office which is more than 35 km away for nothing. She told that she did not care any doctor's certificate unless she sees the party in-person - so as per her, there is no importance with a doctor's seal. I am not sure how she being in such a respectable post in a branch, can say such things to my son who went to park circus branch on my behalf. She just tried to shed off responsibilities from her shoulders with every possible and baseless excuses.

                As a branch manager, she is expected to cooperate me in this with proper suggestion, but instead behaved rudely in a way as if she is doing a charity by accepting the documents from me. Her intention was that - i will plead and bow down before her and plead for accepting the documents - which my son did not. She eventually inquired internally and accepted after a long confrontation and wasting time of my son who took leave from office. If there is any such circular that doctor's certificate has no value unless a bank manager sees in-person, i will like to have a look at that, otherwise in writing from next time from concerned manager.

                I hereby demand a formal apology from the concerned branch manager in proper writing, otherwise i will escalate this matter to higher authority against this harassment today.

                  I am account holder of pnb, kalamboli br. Navi mumbai, i have to open there bank locker but bm said that you have to do fd minimum of rs. 25000/-.
                  I went again there br and said there not any rbi rule to take fd from customer you have to take only maintenance charges equalient to three years.

                  Need action on this, because no one support at punjab nation bank kalamboli br.

                  is that bank business only for RICH PEOPLE ...Shame!!!
                  I visited to Lado Sarai Branch on 14.11.17 with my husband to deposit money in my account but there is no Cashier.Br. Manager said that no Cashier appointed due to inadequacy of staff. 50-60 customers are harassed and walking here & there.

                    Branch of tilak nagar has very poor service in terms of customer satisfaction... No body is going to work there... Lunch time is 1 to 2 but till 3 pm no body will back to work, i had complaint to branch manager also but he don't bother... My request is to kindly look into this and make your service better... Now i am going to close my account bcz of poor service... Please take some tips from other banks like sbi etc. People are advanced now not like the poor kamchor employees of tilak nagar branch

                            I had to receive a refund of ₹59970 from paytm bud did not received when queried from paytm they told that they have refunded the amount and gave me arn number and asked me to contact my banks customer care and giving them arn to track my refund. But when i called, the customer care executive didn't knew about arn and simply asked me to contact paytm and disconnected. Now paytm is saying to contact bank and bank is saying to contact paytm.

                            I want my money and pnb should track my refund.

                            My tickets got cancelled which I did from paytm but I didn't get any refund into my bank account yet.They have given me an ARN number asked me to contact my banks customer care and givethem arn to track my refund.                               Hi All,

                              Please see the below trailing email for cancellation of the insurance policy.
                              I was not knowing insurance is optional before the disbursement and registeration.
                              When i asked this to Prasad before the registeration and disbursement, he confirmed its mandatory.However now he is changing his words and he is telling its optional.So before disurbsement and registeration commitment was different and after disbursement the commitment is different.

                              Also before the disbursement and registeration i asked why the insurance amount is 1.85Lakhs.They said its for Property.Two days back i asked the same, they are saying its for both Property and health insurance.This thing they didnt communicated to me earlier and more over about the health insurance details was not there in the sanction letter.Now my question is why i need to pay the insurance amount(1.85 Lakhs) from my pocket.Amount is too huge.

                              For 1.85 Lakhs with the Rate of interest 8.45% for 30 years it comes nearly 6 lakhs.

                              So now i want to cancel the insurance and request you to look into this issue at the earliest

                              If not, the final option would be i need to transfer my whole loan to some other bank.So now the decision in your hands.

                              I am totally disappointed the services with PNB and hence i won't refer any of my friends/colleagues/relatives.

                              Also i wrote an email to Vijay(General manager).Still now i haven't got any update from him.Worst service.This issue was going on from last 1 month.

                                Today i went to punjab national bank, baroda, gohana, sonipat at 3.55pm
                                But the bank workers has closed the bank before the bank work timing
                                When i asked them for the reason of close the bank before time
                                They refuse me to tell the reason
                                And also do misbehave with me and said me to go away from there
                                So i want a strick step against these bank workers so that they work full time
                                Because goverment pay these workers for full time not for rest
                                By this misbehavior of bank workers, all villager are facing problem in their bank work
                                All villager want to get rid of this problem but in my village there is no more educated person
                                So i kindly request you to solve this problem and take a strict decision for this kind of workers so that every government worker become serious in their duty

                                    Hi, this is to inform you that atm machines near my place not working. Most of the time they are not working. E ither they are having board of "machine not working" or "there is no cash available" most of the time. Due to this we have to face problems. One atm is located in shopping complex in eldeco udyan 1, lucknow, other one is located near bangla bazar, lucknow. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

                                      I wish to bring your attention that ₹10, 000 has been debited from my account on 11/09/2017 while transferring money to phonepe. It should be reflect in my phone pe account but it didn't.
                                      Many times i called customer service of punjab national and also visited home pnb branch (Bara bazar hazaribag) but they denied to take complain and process of charge dispute file.

                                        Hello i called to pnb customer care phone banking service from my registered mobile number yesterday. Date 14/11/2017 time 2:30am. The agent name is nooraj khan. I asked him to confirm my aadhar is linked or not. He asked my a/c no which i dnt have and not customer id. So i tell him to verify other things except these 2. So he denied and told me that i cant provide you any information. You can call along with your a/c no or customer then i will give you info. What is this.? If a person call from registered mobile number and verify other options except a/c no or customer id. Why this kind agent deny to provide information to the customers. Plz before hiring this kind of agent give full knowledge about the product and system.. They dont know how to talk to the customer and less knowledge... Take proper action against him or i will mail or coantact to the higher authority...
