I have not received my refund which was processed by myntra shopping app on september 13, 2017 under-
Bank reference no.[protected], punjab national bank.
It's has been more than a month and i haven't got any help from bank customer care service. Under name-
Sheetal jangra

Ifsc code - punb0639700.
As reference id was generated so i want to get my refund very soon. It creates a lot of inconvenience for bank customers if these type of issues arise. I have provided my details regarding the situation so please look into the matter.

    I had used my pnb debit card at seematti kottayam for a transaction for rs. 59, 260/- on october 18, 2017. When the card was swiped at the store, the machine showed invalid card, however, the amount was debited from my account. The store managers have confirmed that they have not received any such payment.

    I immediately lodged a complaint with your bank (Complaint reference no. M[protected]. It has been a week since the payment was debited and i haven't yet received the reverse credit for the same.

    Request you to please look into the matter urgently.

      Dear sir/maam,
      On 18 october 2017, i have visited in sbi atm sonia vihar ist pusta, & with draw rs5000. After that again i tried to withdraw rs 3000 but didn't receive my amount because of powercut. Then i complaint it to customer care (Sr. No - a[protected]. They suggested me that my amount will be refund within 7 days but now a days i didn, t receive it. Again i call in customer care they said me to contact in branch. I contacted in branch. Now branch is saying to contact customer care. Nobody is giving me any solution. Request you to please help in this situation. And refund my amount.

      An immediate reply will be highly appreciable.

        Through this medium i wish to complaint about rude behavior and lack of help of new delhi janak puri branch of pnb बैंक. I went there for my new debit card but the person who sits on counter number 5 of this branch talk so rudely n dont helped me out. Even when i complained about him to the manager his behavior was the same. Is this the way bank behaved with value customer. Kindly look into this matter and give them some training about behavior.           Regarding pnb oriental royal medical claim of richa sharma d/o smt lalita rani is covered under cashless facility being member of this policy. But due to oversight at hospital level she was written as mrs in place of ms as she is un-married. Due to such mistake we could not avail the facility of cashless and paid the bill in toto. Documents of regarding claim no. 13704324 of richa sharma under pnb oriental royal mediclaim policy no. 235400/48/2016/1488 of mrs. Lalita rani submitted to your office at hoshiarpur vide receipt dated 08/12/2016. But till date we have not receive any claim amount. Amount already approved w. E. F 21/09/2017. Please tell us reason & how many days pending to receive claim amount.
          You are therefore humbly request to you to settle my claim immediately

            I bought a speaker from amazon and returned due to some quality and performance issue. For which amazon processes refund of rs 1050 on 25th july. With amazn bank reference number 525921. Which i have not received in my pnb account. But pnb which is my banker is denying to file charge of dispute which is only possible resolution provided by amazon customer care. What should i do.

            I purchased moto palco multimedia speaker ₹1050 from amazon on 22/07/2017 and done full payment by debit card but returned due to defect and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank on 25/07/2017. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given for my order no. #[protected],. Refund reference number is "525921"
            But pnb customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
            Same behaviour by branch also.
            Don't know what to do

              I saikat mallik. I have a savings account in punjab national bank.My friend NEFT 10.000 rupees in my account at 16/10/2017 at 8: 37 am. But i unable to get my rupees. I check my account summary and account balance but i did not get my money..

                Credit card no : [protected] : never used never activated

                An amount of 1107, has been deducted from my savings bank account for credit card charges. This credit card i have not used anytime and its already been destroyed a year ago, still they are charging the amount even it is not activated. The amount is withdrawn from my account without my permission.

                I have been maintaining a loan account & a locker with pnb, and also receiving good service till now, this is a bitter experience for the first time, kindly request to intervene and sort this issue out.

                  Many fraud loans sanctiond from pnb ghaziabad and manager and staff also involved but genuine loan sanctiond late because of not give money advance and bank staff all documents ready for fraud loan and take money for that. Lots of cases in my knowledge and i have lots of evidence to prove all this. Bank staff share is also in deal. I[censored] will take some action plz do it

                    My product was didnt delivered from amazon, so amazon initiated a refund and still i didnt got my money, now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference# & charge auth code#

                    I was signing up for pnb rewardz at this site https://www.pnbrewardz.com/ActivateMember.aspx but after entering my card number it sends OTP at my mobile.
                    I have tried many times but i am not recieving OTP.
                    Although i receive messages when any transaction is made, but i am not receiving this OTP.

                      I have visited near pnb branch they said every thing ok. You can contact customer care. I contacted customer care and also same reply is given. What to do. And how to access the card. Kindly suggest.

                        Atm transaction failed we received the amount at particular date and then deducted again and i received it back and now they deducted the amount again and didnt received it back. I have complain in the bank branch as well manager had emailed the main branch of their bank still no response. I have attached all the documents related to this complain. I have complain it online as well on their website still no response. Please check the complain number in attached documents.

                                    Hello,

                                    This is really disgusting experience with branch. They are looting and fooling customers.

                                    I have visited branch twice to open fixed deposit locker.

                                    First time when i visited the branch to open the locker they told me i need security deposit of 50, 000 rs and account in their branch mandatory for small locker. I stepped back as they asked too many. I contacted customer care why they are asking these much as on the website it is written only 10000 rs fd is required. They told me they are doing wrong. Only 10, 000 rs fd required for the small locker and no need to open account in same branch.

                                    Second time i visited after 1 week with information received and had argued with them why they are cheating customer. They are saying they need security deposit of 30000 rs and account in their branch only.

                                    I contacted branch manager for the same. He also replied negatively and run away after giving false information. He also said they had circular regarding this and need 30000 rs security deposit. I asked him to show the circular. He could not show the circular and asked the employee to give circular (Internally discussed with employee) and run away. Employee gave me locker charges page and when i asked to provide the security deposit requirement they said they dont have and cannot give me, really, does it make any sense? They even cannot write it down on the paper and tell me they are right.

                                    I need answer why i cannot open small locker with 10, 000 rs fd security deposit and cannot add nominee?
                                    Why i need to open saving account in their branch with all the family members?

                                    If it is for the first time i can let it go but by knowingly they are cheating the customers which i cannot, i have account in pnb but i cannot avail any a facility from the pnb.

                                    Still no reply received from the branch. I have written the same complain to [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in, Mahesh Peswani <[protected]@pnbisl.com> on 10th October, 2017 but customer service says they have not received any a complaint.

                                    This is the most disgusting bank I ever seen.

                                    On their online complaint system, cannot write in detail. Hardly 50-60 character limit, how to explain whole issue there? and they mark as resolved in two day. Don't know what they have resolved. Foolish service.
                                    I am Ranjna Thakur and my account number is [protected] and my registered phone number is [protected]. I am not getting any of the OTP since a week. Kindly resolve the issue.

                                      मेरा नाम प्रीति जौहल है मेरा खाता पंजाब नेशनल बैंक दुर्ग छ ग स्टेशन रोड ब्रांच मे खाता न [protected] खाता संचालित है मेरे दवारा २२ १२ २०१५ को ऑनलाइन ट्रांजक्सन कर के एवोन ब्यूटी प्रोडक्ट से सामान खरीदा था जिसका ट्रांजक्सन आई डी[protected] बैंक से मुझे प्राप्त हुआ है मेरे खाते से २०८५ दो हजार पिच्यासी रु कट गए है मगर एवोन ब्यूटी प्रोडक्ट के खाते मे जमा नहीं हुए है जिसके कारण उस सामान से आजतक वंचित हु एवोन ब्यूटी प्रोडक्ट का खाता चेक करा लिया है मैंने बैंक मे लिखित भी दिया है मगर कोई रिस्पॉन्स नहीं मिला है बैंक मे लिखित लेटर साथ मे सलग्न है तो मेरा पैसा कहा जमा है है बैंक जवाब दे।

                                        My account in pnb is active since almost 10 years, last transaction done was in the month of may. Till then bank did not intimate about any pan updation for my account (Mob. No. Is updated, i receive messages regarding debit & credit). When i made a transaction through cheque, it was not cleared for pan non updation and 600rs were also cut as penalty.
                                        What kind of service is this from pnb. Very pathetic??

                                        On 01/10/2017, I was trying to book a tatkal ticket but the amount get deducted from account but ticket didn't book.
                                        So IRCTC refund the amount on 04/10/2017 but amount does not reflect on my balance .
