This is with reference to the captioned subject.
As per your replied mail on 14th jun 17, necessary corrections have been made in my cir. The screenshot of the mail has been enclosed herewith for your ready reference, however, it seems that no action have been taken from your side to clear my name from the cibil. This was in reference to the credit card issued by pnb. As you might be aware, lot of follow ups have been made from my side to clear the mistake from your side however, everything seems to be in vain.
The latest screenshot of cibil which puts a case of fraud against my name, is separately enclosed for your perusal. The password for the same is 30101988.
You might notice that the cibil record is the same and after assurance from your side to take corrective action nothing has been done.
Because of this "no action" from your side, i am facing a lot of problems. Kindly do the needful asap. Alternatively, if as per your systems there is no outstanding against said credit card from my side then issue me "no dues certificate".
I am seriously disappointed to have received such a delayed service from a reputed bank like pnb.
