14th july 2017 i used pnb's rupay debit card and credit a amountof 399₹ for recharge for my mobile to jio but my money should debited on my account, after some time my jio connection is not working then is hould call to jio customer care they said to me that your amount is not received to us i surprised how can that happens, then i should called to punjab national bank, s customer care service number they said louge a complaint number is m[protected], your amount will refund in 45 working day i said ok, after some days i called it back then they said take a ticket no m[protected] and went your home branch and mailed by manager i don it. After than i waiting for my refund but pnb bank did not give any update pr any status forr my refund. After 50 days i should called and asking for my refund to asking my account no, phone no and my father's name again i said to all after that they said your amount is successful recharged in 14th july you can confirm to jio customer care service, after i called to jio customer care service number and they said your amount is declind and they didn't receive any amount by my side this means some wrong with me. They didn't refund my amount pnb bank is fraud bank it's use other money for his profit this banks service is very very third class, if you should call to customer care service number of punjab national bank they didn't have any idea how they help to customer's very poor quality bank is this, i requested to all people don't keep your moeny in this punjab national bank this not to work it's only for use money of others.

    I am ankita garg only and single d/o smt babita garg and shri mukesh garg and having only younger brother master ankit garg in our family. Just after my birth in year 1995 my father deposited fdr in pnb, naveen mandi, meerut in my birth name ms puja i. E. Before schooling, after schooling i got name as ankita. On dated 14.08.2017 i visited bank to en-cash the fdr, but bank officer told me that concern person is on leave. My father provided my aadhar[protected] along with self declaration and aadhar of my mother smt babita garg and requested him to transfer the amount in my bank account in the name of ankita garg d/o babita garg and mukesh garg through neft/rtgs. Finally on dated 18.08.2017 bank in-charge told me to bring affidavit duly verified from the court. Kindly note that i am physically challenged divyang girl and could not move independently and came to know that making of affidavit verified from the court will cost about rs.250.00 to rs.500.00 so who will bear the same shall i or bank. Last week i urgently required the payment but due to rigidness of bank officer i could not get the payment.

    ​according to our honorable prime minister sir self attested document is more reliablethan other. I requested bank officer that you may verify my identity details personally. But he misbehaved and told me that this is not part of his duty.

    I forwarded my complaint to pnb many times, but they closed my complaints one sided and without any solution.

      The manager of hardev puri branch is so rude. He didn't even know how to talk with youngers and elders too. He is pathetic. Even the employees are not dedicated towards their work. They work according to their mood, working hours doesn't matter to them. The employe name priyanka. She is never on her table. I am facing this problem from last 15 days i m totally exhausted.

      Sir my name is ruchi singh.my a/c no. is [protected] and my registered mobile number is [protected] . i am getting all the updates regarding my bank an atm transactions but i am not getting my OTP no. on my registered mobile no. so please try to solve this immediately its my humble request to you.
      I tried to withdraw money from SBI ATM VIRAR WEST MAHARASHTRA but at end the atm didnt dispensed money and TRANSACTION TIME OUT is displayed. i tried twice and both times it was failed. but Rs 1000 is deducted from my account twice. please look into the matter and solve as soon as possible.

        I kanwarjit singh has saving account in pnb, ssi, branch, cheema chowk, ludhiana, punjab (141003). Today i wanted to transfer some amount to pspcl but not transferred. I went to bank and asked from 1st counter adjoining manager's cabin a madam said that the amount i got in my account which was 1 lac rupees they have to take back (Recover from me). I asked why then she said that ammount was transferred to my account through cheque but on that cheque there should be two signatures of two partners. I said ok. Now question is my account is individual and i got money via cheque from party and bank passed the cheque then now why they are behind me. They can ask that partnership firm.
        My account number is [protected]. Do something fast as today i had to pay electricity bill. I want my account unfreezed. Bank manager is mr. Juneja

        Mr. RK Juneja( Bank Manager) is doing his own wish . He is denying to give my frozen account reason in writing. If something happens to my family Bank Manager will be responsible. I have only 4500 INR which has been frozen.

          Hello sir/madam,

          This is in regards with my transaction done at atm state bank of patiala sankhol (Bahadurgarh) haryana 124507 wherein i withdrawl an amount of rs 6000 but the same was not dispensed. Again i tried to withdraw same amount but again the same got failed. There was no guard present over there to help me. After waiting there for a few minutes i walked from there. Now when i went to my bank and checked my account the amount is showing debited but i haven't got the cash. When i complaint to my bank manager at pnb railway road bahadurgarh they were least bothered to listen me and said "jahan complaint karni ho kar le ab tumhara paisa dilwane thodi naa ghoomte rahenge". This kind of response is never expected from bank officials as they are appointed to serve customers but the way he responded i am afraid that i will loose my hard earned money. Hence request you to please help in this case to provide my money back to me. All necessary informations provided above.

                Hi,

                This is with reference to the captioned subject.
                As per your replied mail on 14th jun 17, necessary corrections have been made in my cir. The screenshot of the mail has been enclosed herewith for your ready reference, however, it seems that no action have been taken from your side to clear my name from the cibil. This was in reference to the credit card issued by pnb. As you might be aware, lot of follow ups have been made from my side to clear the mistake from your side however, everything seems to be in vain.
                The latest screenshot of cibil which puts a case of fraud against my name, is separately enclosed for your perusal. The password for the same is 30101988.
                You might notice that the cibil record is the same and after assurance from your side to take corrective action nothing has been done.

                Because of this "no action" from your side, i am facing a lot of problems. Kindly do the needful asap. Alternatively, if as per your systems there is no outstanding against said credit card from my side then issue me "no dues certificate".
                I am seriously disappointed to have received such a delayed service from a reputed bank like pnb.

                  One of the worst customer service from pnb bank wakad pune branch
                  Employee punit was very rude towards customer. He should be thrown out of the bank immediately.

                  Earlier manager ws very good but current lady manager was worst.

                  Actually i have transffered my pnb account from indore to pune wakad branch. First thing that bloody punit told that process will be done by indore branch people. For 1 month i am roaming like this only.
                  But later that bank manager from wakad branch has helped me a lot.

                  Now since once account got transfer they said you need to fill another form for passbook and cheque book issue.
                  That thing already been done from my end 2-3 times.

                  But still they said they have nothing registered in their system regarding new ceque book issue and passbook.

                  I controlled myslef. I then talked to that lady manager. I told her complete story of it. She said i dont know anything.
                  I said you are manager and whic of your employee is doing what you should be aware.

                  She said i will now doing your request for cheque book. Still after 2.5 months i didnt received cheque book.

                  Other bank account transfer process took near about 15 days to transfer account from one city to another.
                  But these pnb people took almost 2.5 months but still i didn't received cheque book.

                  And now they are saying to fill cheque book request form again which i already filled and submitted almost 3 times.# service.

                  First that lady manager and their employee punit needs to be kicked off.

                  Soon i will be closing my account from that bloody pnb bank of wakad branch pune.

                      Respected sir/madm,
                      I, rajendra kumar singh, an account holder (Account no. - [protected]) in punjab national bank, sadar bazar branch, would bring to your notice that i had withdrawn an amount of rs. 1500 from pnb atm at sadar bazar on 9th august 2017 but unfortunately due to some technical problem or failure the atm has not dispatched cash but my account got debited by rs. 1500. I had contacted the bank the same day but they advised me to wait for 72 hours. I contacted the bank again on 16th august 2017 and gave an application informing about the matter and they said that it would take another one week to get the matter resolved but it has not been resolved yet.
                      So, i request you to kindly look into the matter and find out a solution to it at the earliest possible convenience.

                          Punjab national bank [pnb] — charge dispute

                          I purchased miraz tyre ₹3149 (₹ 60 + 3089) from amazon on 17.07.17 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on same day 17.07.17 and now amazon is saying that refund has been sent to your bank so contact customer service and file charge dispute. They had given to me reference number 550217 but customer service is saying that they can file nothing file charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behavior by branch also.
                          Now don't know what to do.

                                I have visited the branch several times but nothing conclusive happened.
                                It's been more than a year and i have written application also to the bank manager. I don't why this process is so hectic in this branch. They didn't have any good person regarding internet banking and no desk for issuing debit card. Being a small city it doesn't mean you can keep aside the customer from using your personal banking services.
                                At last i have mailed also toh main branch pnb... No reply came.
                                Now i don't know what would be my last step. Let's see...

On 15/08/2017, i wanted to pay my electronic bill through vidyut sahojogi app as always.. But my bill not payed beside my accound had beb debited of sum 877.46 rupees. The transaction id of the process is jpnb[protected]/[protected]/duldul sardar.
                                  The wbsedcl said that the debited amount will not refunded as they not got any amount through my bill desk. They also said to got my amount i have to contact my branch or your bank.. So i made this complaint againts my refund of sum of rupees 877.46.
                                  Hope i will hear from you as soon as possible.

                                    Just now, one Mr. Abhishek Verma ([protected]) called to say that he is looking into the issue and for verification purpose was asking for the debit card no. and CVV no. of my debit card to rectify the OTP problem at 10.42 am on 20/8/2017
                                    I m corporate user of pnb netbanking..i want online transaction from netbanking..when i do transaction with my account then show me some error.
                                    i call n mail many tym to pnb care.but not solution.

                                      TDS deducted on interest from NPB saving account [protected] is not reflecting in form 26AS (Tax Credit) for FY[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].

                                      We have visited branch many times and get updated and validated our records but still 26AS form is not getting reflected at TDS-TRACES (https://services.tdscpc.gov.in/serv/tapn/welcome26AS.xhtml) system.

                                      It seems me TDS deducted at source is not submitted yet against provided PAN.
                                      This is my humble request to return my all TDS deduction or make it available against PAN provided, so that we can claim our hard earn money.

                                        A sum of rs. 5160/- has been deducted as income tax from my pension a/c no [protected] in jalandhar branch (Micr code:[protected] on 21 mar 2017.in spite of several visits to the branch, i am told that form-16 has not been generated. Due date for filing itr is already over[protected]. Please do the needful and provide me form-16 (Tds certificate) so that i can file my itr for the fy 2016-17. My pan no is agbpc1782g. Kindly accord priority. Thanks.
