14th july 2017 i used pnb's rupay debit card and credit a amountof 399₹ for recharge for my mobile to jio but my money should debited on my account, after some time my jio connection is not working then is hould call to jio customer care they said to me that your amount is not received to us i surprised how can that happens, then i should called to punjab national bank, s customer care service number they said louge a complaint number is m[protected], your amount will refund in 45 working day i said ok, after some days i called it back then they said take a ticket no m[protected] and went your home branch and mailed by manager i don it. After than i waiting for my refund but pnb bank did not give any update pr any status forr my refund. After 50 days i should called and asking for my refund to asking my account no, phone no and my father's name again i said to all after that they said your amount is successful recharged in 14th july you can confirm to jio customer care service, after i called to jio customer care service number and they said your amount is declind and they didn't receive any amount by my side this means some wrong with me. They didn't refund my amount pnb bank is fraud bank it's use other money for his profit this banks service is very very third class, if you should call to customer care service number of punjab national bank they didn't have any idea how they help to customer's very poor quality bank is this, i requested to all people don't keep your moeny in this punjab national bank this not to work it's only for use money of others.
