Hello
I am account holder in pnb bank and my account no is [protected] and my branch is in chand chaura, gaya whose ifsc code is punb0157100. Amazon has refunded me money on 19/07/2017 of rs. 10618 against refund reference no.[protected] and another one on 16/07/2017 of rs. 1490 against refund reference no. 550216 but money has still not credited in my account. Please look into it. Neither branch nor customer care is helping. Customer care service is extremely irresponsible and they do not care for their customer. Really unhappy with your customer service. Please check my refund status and credit it in my account quickly.

    I had registered the complaint for the decline transaction of amount rs 2145 on 21st july 2017 via costumer care number [protected] and they said your money will be refund back in your account in 45 working days. For the surety of my complaint, today i called them back means on 8 august 2017 but they said their is wrong registered complaint on your name of rs 399, now we registered the fresh complaint on your name of rs 2145, and it will be resolved in next 45 working days. Seriously, these guys are #. "do not open your account in punjab national bank, their service is too poor and costumer care executives are all flukes".

      निवेदन है की मैं जयप्रकाश दशोरा पुत्र कृष्ण चंद्र दशोरा दिनांक 5 अगस्त 2017 को सुबह 11 बजे पीनएनबी बैंक की चित्तौड़गढ़ सिटी शाखा में बैंकिंग कार्य से गया था | मेरे माता पिता जो की पीएनबी बैंक के बरसो से खाताधारक है और सीनियर सिटीजन होने के साथ ही गंभीर बीमारी के कारण कही आ जा नहीं सकते | उनके स्वास्थ्य संबंधी परेशानी के चलते वह बैंक जाने में असमर्र्थ थे तो उन्होंने मुझे एप्लीकेशन देकर बैंक से नयी पास बुक इशू कराने के लिए भेजा | जैसे ही में बैंक गया और वहां बैठे कर्मचारी से पूरी बात कह एप्लीकेशन देकर पास बुक जारी करने का निवेदन किया तो कर्मचारियों ने पहले तो मेरे साथ बदसलूकी से व्यव्हार किया और फिर कहा की पिता जी बीमार है तो हम क्या कर सकते है यह आपकी दिक्कत है | जब इस की शिकायत मैने शाखा प्रबंधक से की तो उन्होंने भी मेरी बात को सुने बगैर ही कह दिया की जो कर्मचारी ने कहा वह सही है | जैसा कहा है वैसा कर लो | मेने श्रीमान से निवेदन किया की पिता जी और माता जी की तबियत ठीक नहीं है और वह बैंक नहीं आ सकते तो उन्होंने अभद्रता करते हुए कहा की नहीं आ सकते तो खाता बंद करवालो | मैने खूब निवेदन किया लेकिन उन्होंने बात नहीं मानी और कहा की जाओ काम नहीं होगा | मेने उनसे इस आशय की शिकायत करने की भी बात कही लेकिन उन्होंने इस पर भी कहा की जहाँ शिकायत करनी है कर देना |

      I placed an order of 350/- from Amazon, since the product was not appropriate, so i initiated refund. The process has been done from there end. Bank is not crediting money into my account.

        This auto loan number pnb - 644700jk00000978 does not belong to me. It is reflecting under my cibil account under my pan number bfmpm1488j. My name is manangottu parayil manoj kumar. I have also raised cibil dispute with cibil. Ultimately my cibil credit score is less.

        Subject matter i have also taken up with income tax department in chennai.

        Request you to pls communicate to transunion cibil in mumbai stating that the above auto loan number pnb - 644700jk00000978 does not belong to me (Ie) manangottu parayil manoj kumar and needs to be removed from his pan number bfmpm1488j.

          I have taken educational loan in 2008 from asthawan branch, ifsc code - punb0095900.
          Three months before i got a notice from lok adalat, biharsharif.
          After discussion of manager and law member has been cleared that i havd to pay 1 lac till 7 july 2017. At the same time i paid 20 thousands.

          When i went asthawan branch to pay rest of the money.
          Then bank manager replied that it has not been approved from head office.

          Kindly request to you please find out the attached file for rest of details and do needful for me.

              Hi.. I used the pnb atm at begumpur new delhi 110016 to withdraw ₹6500 but the machine doesn't respond and said timed out but the amount has been already deducted from my account.. After that i withdraw 500 and it work well.. The machine even doesn't give the receipt.. My account no is sbi [protected]

              with due regards it is submitted that an amt of Rs 24, 296/- and Rs 690/-as deducted from my pension A/c No [protected].with you on 03rd March 2017 and27 Mar 2017 towards TDS.I request you to please mail me the TDS certificate urgently s I ve to file ITR before 31 Jul 2017.,
              Two times while i was trying to withdraw money from ATM amount was deducted from my bank and machine didnt responded.One time it was timed out and second time it was rebooted itself.

                    My concern is when i nothing use since last 3 years then from where you are sending me outstanding of 53k+ statement.

                      The refund money from amazon with reference I'd[protected] and[protected] has not come in account . I made the payment for both from the debit card (rupay card ) .The customer care executive of pnb is least bothered to either help or provide any information .

                        The following mail was sent to [protected]@pnb.co.in on 13/7/2017 with subsequent reminders on 14/7/2017 and 23/7/2017 but no reply have been received as yet. Kindly take appropriate immediate necessary action :

                        I had applied on 18/04/2017 for a master platinum debit card with photo along with my complete name and was told by the branch official that you will be informed when the debit card would be received in the branch but no message was sent by the branch regarding receipt of my debit card in the branch. After waiting for a long time, today i visited the branch and collected my debit card which has been found to be without my photo and my incomplete name embossed on it, which has irritated my mind so please suggest whether the debit card should be used for the time being or not as the same needs to be replaced with my complete name and photo duly embossed on it. Also suggest step to be taken for its immediate replacement.

                              We have account with punjab national bank, vidyanagar branch, pune 411032 bearing no [protected] namely rkb enterprises since feb-2014.

                              We are getting very good service from vidyanagar branch staff and manager.

                              In the month of march 2017 we have submitted documents of documents against payment of rs.7.00 lacs to send for payment from our buyer/importer at canada on 20 march 2017 at pune camp branch, pune 1

                              But this documents was sent after five days on 25 march 2017.

                              Due to this payment got delay.

                              Hence, we loose our another order and occur loss app. Rs.0.50 lacs.

                              Regarding this we have so many times make followup on emails and phone call to higher authorities, but there is not get any result.

                                      हमारे उपरोक्त खाते के सन्दर्भ में हमको कहना है की बैंक की साहेबगंज ब्रांच में खाते के सञ्चालन में निम्न परेशानियों के कारन हम
                                      अपना खाता सञ्चालन करने में असमर्थ है ।

                                      १. दिनांक २६/१२/२०१६ को २४०००/- कॅश विथड्रॉल के समय कैशियर द्वारा गलत व्यहवार के कारन कॅश नहीं मिल पाया और यह
                                      २४०००/- दिनांक २७/१२/२०१६ को हमारे खाते में वापस किया गया ।

                                      २. हमारे उपरोक्त ओवरड्राफ्ट खाते में रूपए ३०००००/- की ३ N S C ( प्रत्येक रूपए १०००००/- ) प्रतिभूति के रूप में जमा है । सभी
                                      बैंक के नाम से प्लेज है, उनमे से एक N S C दिनांक १४/०३/२०१७ को पूर्ण हो गयी थी।
                                      इस N S C का भुगतान हमारे खाते में दिनांक २८/०३/२०१७ को जमा किया गया । यह देरी ब्रांच मैनेजर की लापरवाही के कारन हुई ।
                                      जब यह N S C ब्रांच द्वारा पोस्टऑफिस में भुगतान के लिए भेजी गयी तब ब्रांच मैनेजर ने N S C को डिस्चार्ज नहीं किया था और
                                      पोस्टऑफिस द्वारा इसको भुगतान के लिए स्वीकार नहीं किया गया । दोबारा N S C डिस्चार्ज होने के बाद ही इसका भुगतान हो सका

                                      ३. हमारी एक और N S C दिनांक ३०/०३/२०१७ को पूर्ण हो गयी थी इसका भुगतान भी देरी से ०६/०४/२०१७ को हमारे खाते में किया
                                      गया

                                      ४. दिनांक १०/०७/२०१७ को हमने ब्रांच मैनेजर से आग्रह किया की हमको ५०००० रूपए के करेंसी नोट ( रूपए ५०/- या रूपए १००/-
                                      के ) दिनांक १२/०७/२०१७ को चाहियें परन्तु ब्रांच मैनेजर द्वारा दिनांक १२/०७/२०१७ को सिर्फ रूपए ५०००/- की करेंसी उपलब्ध कराई
                                      गई । कृपया हमको बताया जाये की हमारे आग्रह के बाद उन्होंने करेंसी चेस्ट से करेंसी मंगवाने का क्या प्रयास किया

                                      ५. ब्रांच में कॅश विथड्रॉल में काफी समय लगता है कोई भी पेमेंट ३०-३५ मिनिट से पहले नहीं होती है । दिनांक २०/०७/२०१७ को रूपए
                                      ५२०००/- की कॅश भुगतान की चेक की (समय १३.१५ पर) T M बनाई गई परन्तु कॅश स्टाफ के बार बार कहने के बावजूद चपरासी
                                      द्वारा चेक पास करवाने के लिए नहीं ले जाया गया । उस समय ब्रांच में कस्टमर बहुत ही कम थे । इसकी जानकारी ब्रांच मैनेजर को
                                      देने के बाद उन्होंने इसको काफी हल्के में लिया और हमारे यह कहने पर की हम इसकी शिकायत आगे करेंगे तो काफी व्यंगात्मक तरीके
                                      से कहा की हाँ हाँ ढीक है आप जो कर सकते हो करो । काफी समय बाद (समय १३.४५ पर) स्वयं कॅश स्टाफ द्वारा चेक पास हो कर
                                      हमको भुगतान मिल सका । उपरोक्त भुगतान का समय हमने अपने चेक पर भुगतान मिलते समय अंकित कर दिया है

                                      इसी प्रकार हमेशा नगद भुगतान में देरी होती है । ब्रांच स्टाफ हमेशा आपस में घरेलु बाते करते रहते है और कस्टमर का काम समय पर
                                      न होने के कारन उनको परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है ।

                                      ब्रांच मैनेजर की उपरोक्त लापरवाही के कारन हमे आर्थिक और मानसिक हानि हुई है ।

                                      कृपया हमारी आर्थिक हानि ( ओवरड्राफ्ट अकाउंट में दिया गया ब्याज ) और मानसिक हानि के रूप में रूपए १०००००/- ( एक लाख
                                      रूपए ) की भरपाई बैंक द्वारा करी जाये

                                      इनसभी के साथ ब्रांच में सुचरु रूप से सेवाएं न मिल पाने के कारन हम अपने खाते का सञ्चालन करने में असमर्थ है इसलिए हमारा
                                      खाता बंद करवा दीजिये।

                                        We have given documents (D. P.) of rs.6.00lacs to send to our importer at canada on 20.03.17.

                                        But this was sent after 5 days. As we loose next order & occur loss of rs.0.50lacs.

                                        We have so many time call to higher athourities but t till time there is not any progress.

                                        Hence we request to pay interest on rs.7. Oo lacs @ 18% and loss of rs.0.50lac
