It's a very long process the pass book printing machine provide very poor customer machine i am very depressed with such service the pass book printing machine should be changed and it's too old

    I have submitted form h on 10.04.2017 in your bank, branch code punb039100. But it is painful for me for deduction of tds fo rs, 2375/- against
    My earning quarterly interest. My total income from my bank interests & my pension is rs. 313626/- i do not understand why this type of tds dedection has been made from your end. If not clarified i withdraw my fixed deposit.

        Even after 3 reminders the branch have not provided me my loan interest dedit statement i want to check how they have effected floating interest on my loan account. As per the managers version floating interest means when interest on housing loan rate increases bank will increase rate with out informing the client. I agree fine then when interest comes down it is not the responsibility of
        The bank to inform the client hence the customer need on watch news and come to branch sign new agreement with the bank with some processing to reduce the rate. This is floating rate means. Good this new information need to be address in news media at the earliest. This is not floating interest but increasing rate a new concept developed by mr sandeep manager of pnb branch medical college branch trivandrum kerala.

        Processing Fee will cost for every reduction in interest rate around 1500 to 3000 depending on loan amount
        i asked what if interest comes down 4 times in a 1 year then he and his loan manager said ( A Lady i don't know her name ) said i need to sign 4 times new agreement with processing fee.Cheating to the core.If Not Resolved I will take this to the highest authority in india

          I have switched over to autosweep account having saving account.
          Today on enquiry from my branch, i came to know that on 15th fdr for rs 2.40 lakh have been made in autosweep account but i have not received any sms on my registered mobile. When i asked for clarification the reply was not satisfactory.
          I have the right to know the details of fdr regarding rate of interest and time of investment.

            We are facing issue of not credit the epf pension amount of my fathers after death into my mother account, we have submitted all the documents and fill live ekyc of my mother into bank 4 months back and confirmed from epf office karnal they transferred the amount into our bank account but central branch did not responded.

              On15july 2017 i was paying my college fees 24590 then i filled the formalities the transaction was through upes website from payubiz. I received the otp i entered it correctly. At last it shows transaction failed i applied again and this time it shows insufficent fund then i received a message your amount has been deducted. Then i called cutomer care number they said it will back oin 24hrs and if not then you have to lodge a complaint i lodge a complaint having id m[protected].                   About a week has already lapsed, the linkage of net banking account (Saving bank) with ppf account in the same bank (Pnb) has still not been done.                     I have applied for home loan from pnb bank and they have cheque of processing fee of amount 5770/- inr.

                    I have submited all the documents as well to mr. Sagar sudge and mr saxena of pune - shivajinagar branch.

                    Both of them are cheaters and not at all professionals.

                    The laon was not approved due to credit policy as per them and they are now reluctant to give the processing fee.

                    Request to take a strict action on both of them and return the processing fee.

                        I use my pnb atm card daily due to some reasons it was blocked when i entered wrong otp. It was blocked during my working hours when i transacting money from my atm it always appeared card is blocked due to security reasons. I won't be able to proceed for my any transaction.

                          I am service provider of bpcl nagpur, operating a petrol pump at wadi amravati road nagpur. Bpcl has corporate tie up with fino fintech pvt ltd for its fleet card customer, which in turn have its corporate acct in pnb, acct no is - [protected], ifsc - punbo718300, as per the instruction given by company we have to deposit cash collected from our fleet card customer daily into the nearby pnb branch. But when i went to my nearby pnb branch at wadi nagpur to deposit rs 20000 in cash, pnb employee refuge to take cash and advise to deposit it into the parent branch. Please advise on this matter and morever no other bank have such restriction. It is not possible for us to deposit cash in parent branch which is in other city.

                            I am senior citizen of 67 yrs and have a FD a/c 214800PU00027209 in PNB Rawatpurgaon. On maturity 29 Jun 2017, the bank renewed the FD at public interest rate, deducting tds Rs 2671, where as I submitted form 15H in Apr 2017. The tds deducted is illegal. Therefore the Bank should recredit the amount of tds and renew the FD at senior citizen rate

                              Now where do i submit those coins. If the bank is above rbi? The bank branch is in jutogh located in shimla himachal pradesh. Even after my argue the declined to accept those coins.

                                  Pnb currency chest, motihari[pin-845401] again fails to deliver services under prescribed rbi guidelines relating cash remittance. Mr ashok kumar, the currency chest manager, seems to have formulated his own rules, thrashed us for not intimating him telephonic before 2 hrs of remittance. His self made rule says not remit in denomination 10, 20 &50. These employess of pnb currency chest are not working as per prescribed rbi guidelines.

                                      Hi, m from hamirpur himachal Pradesh, I am facing miss behave with me n some of ladies and old pensioners man's in Punjab national bank district Hamirpur, branch Punjab national bank (Lambloo), the cashier of PNB branch Lambloo is not dealing gud with any one, he threat me that what u can do to me, I told him to change bad condition notes of ten rupees, he gave me 1000 rs change, and the condition of notes are very bad, when I ask to change them, he is not changing them, and his way of talking is also very bad, n he said me that, ( tu kya kar lega me ni karunga note change, kar le Jo karna ha )it was his wording, told him that he is a servent, he is there for serve peoples, not to fight with peoples, .

                                        I was go to my nearest pnb bank s.f.s, mansarovar, jaipur, (raj) IFSC=PUNB0395300 almost 4pm i have some 10 & 20 rs notes (cash deposit machine not accept 10 or 20 rs notes ) then i go 1st cash deposit counter suddenly cash depositor say window close after closed window. then i go 2nd cash deposit window then i see no one in side then i go branch manager but my problem not resolve so what can i do plz kindly help me
                                        Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        The bank doesn't send me the otp whenever i want to add money to my paytm wallet, the bank declines the process and it fails..fix it as soon as possible.i have tried many times but the bank always declines it..i want it to be fixed as soon as passible
