This is with regard to a refund from Amazon to My Account Number [protected] for amt 649 & 929 clubbed together with Refund Reference # TRM559TG0000KTOT2ILO . Kindly Note that this payment is cleared from Amazon and sent to bank but it has not been credited to my account. I visted my branch to find out about the same but the bank person told me no such payment has come. I insisted them to check with the reference number given by Amazon but they said we cant check on it. My concern is why cant bank trace my payment if the party is giving me correct reference number of Transaction ? It has been so many i am looking after this payment. I also tried calling customer care but they too told me to visit the branch.

    I was initiated a refund of Rs. 2270 on my account from Amazon on 30-09-21 with refund reference number # IGALZCXBA2 which should have been reflected on my bank by 05-10-21 but I have still not received the amount. I have already checked with Amazon customer care and the issue is from PNB's side. I request you to please look into the matter and get it resolved. I have already been troubled due to the issue lately please provide immediate redressal to the issue.

        I got refund initiated of amount Rs. 2399 from Amazon on 1 October 2021 to my PNB account [protected] with refund reference #[protected] but the amount is not reflecting in my account as of now 12 days later. Calling Amazon they say I have to follow with PNB with the reference number, but PNB customer care says they can't help and I have to visit the Bank Branch where the account is. Visiting the bank branch is not possible as I am in another city far away from the bank branch. My contact number is [protected] Please call me any suggestions. Kindly help me.

          My name is kundan kumar and I had ordered mobile phone of Rs. 16974 in amazon on 16 September 2021. Upi transaction failled but money deducted from account. And on[protected] amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this refund reference number SPOPIU7X0000KSM8DTPI

            I ordered product from Amazon shopping app on 2/10/2021at 9:35 and paid the amount 602/rs through UPI which is link to my PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK and Amazon cancelled the order on 2/10/2021 at 7:59 and refund the amount whose RETURN REFERENCE NUMBER is[protected] but amount of rs602/ not credited to my PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK I attached the documents in your add photo option I called the bank customer care number but they not helped me..

              My name is Sonal. I am a pnb bank customer. I had ordered 2 Jeanatics jeans from Amazon of Rs.[protected]+904) on 19 September 2021 and on 25 September 2021 I returned both of them due to my personal reason. And on 27 September 2021 the refund was initiated from Amazon and I was expected to receive the refund amount in my bank by 2nd October but today is 12 October and still I have not received my money in my account.                   Sir, I had ordered a product from Amazon for Rs.630 on 03 September 2021, but the order returned back to amazon since it got damaged in transit.
                  Then Amazon initiated the refund of Rs.630 on 08 September 2021 to my Punjab National Bank account, but the amount has not been credited in my bank account.

                  I am getting no help from PNB Customer Care & Bank.

                  Please help me, since it's been more than a month since Amazon initiated the refund but still haven't received the money in my Bank account.

                    Sir, I bought 2 product from Amazon on 13th September 2021, returned both the product on 27th September 2021. The refund was initiated on 28th September, but today it is 11th October but I haven't received my refund.                         Amazon has initiated me an amount 32999 on 2nd oct and last expected date was 7th oct 2021 bt till 11th oct i have not got my refund in my account and bank cust care is not helping they are telling that they cant help with it.

                          I am facing the same issue. Contacted PNB customer care, Branch and also posted a complaint here on Consumer Complaints, but still not received my refund from 08 Sept 2021.

                            I ordered mobile phone from Amazon worth 14999 rupees and cancelled it the day after order. My refund was showing processed on 8th October and i just received 100 rupees from Amazon the same day but not the whole refund of 14999. Then I contacted the customer care of Amazon and they provided me with a reference number and said they have processed the payment but its not reflecting in my PNB bank account.

                                  I got refund initiated of amount Rs, 27999 from Amazon on September 28, 2021 to my PNB account with reference number #TRM559TG0000KTOSYY8Y but the amount is not reflecting in my account as of now it's almost more than of 20 days passed I m following the Amazon & Bank's rules & policies and waiting for my refund. Calling Amazon they say I have to follow with PNB with the reference number, but PNB customer care says they can't help...now what should I do???
                                  Should I need to take any legal action against both of these??

                                      On[protected] I ordered an earphone 'one roar den 300' through amazon for Rs.599. Rs.165 was paid through Amazon pay balance and the remaining Rs.434 was paid through my PNB bank account. I returned the product on[protected] and they refund initiated on that day and also got refund reference number.But I have not received the amount Rs.434 yet
