      My transaction password has been disabled. How can i activate my transaction password without visiting the bank? I am outside delhi. I request to activate my transaction password. Please send the transactions password to my registered email or my mobile phone. Please do the same as quick as possible.
      Due to error in the network my password was deactivated about 3 months ago. As i am outside delhi i am unable to visit the branch. My account is open in mangal market branch, laxminagar.
      Please solve the problem as early as possible. Thanking you in advance for your cooperation.

          Refunds to my pnb. Saving account [protected] were processed by snapdeal and freecharge on 27/11/2016 and 30/11/2016 with refund reference numbers n[protected] and[protected] for rs 465 and 985 respectively but the amounts to both the transactions are not reflected in my bank statement. When i contacted the related firms for refund they asked me to contact the bank through refund reference number for the transactions but the pnb maranda asked me to contact the customer care and when i did the same customer care executive again asked me to contact the related pnb branch. So, kindly get the refund reference numbers n[protected] and[protected] of snapdeal and freecharge executed for crediting the amount thereof in my account number [protected] at the earliest.

            There are staff is not responsible person. They are lezy person. Nd misbehaviour from Mr Gupta & Mr Berva.

            I transfer the money from pnb account hajipur [protected] to Union Bank hajipur account [protected] on 6/12/2016 but due to some problem it doesn't reach to Union Bank account but it is transferred from pnb bank.kindly settle it either refund it to my pnb account or send it to Union Bank account.

                      On 9th dec, 2016 i made an online transaction to thomas cook of rs.49225 but the company didnt receive it and the pnb website shows status as success.
                      To resolve this issue i called the branch office n they confidently said they cant help u hav to call the tollfree num. When i call to these 3 tollfree number both of them are all the time busy tht means they have restricted the calls from the customers and the other number noone receives. This is really a frustration when someone need money at the time of emergency and these guys just keeping playing with the customers! I will definitely file a consumer for my 50k.. I will not leave easily.

                        NABARD in their inspection report unearthed a “hera-feri” of more than 2000 crore Rs. in Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank, Patna by way of OD. According to report no voucher is passed and withdrawal of money is totally unwanted. Even OD is taken from outside the state to hide the "hera-feri".
                        No action yet taken as the main person is high official of Punjab National Bank.
                        Now every one is busy in subsiding the “hera-feri”.
                        Can CMD orderd the vigilance dept. to inquire the issue and accused will be punished.

                          Dear Sir/Maam,
                          I had singned up for pnb net banking in July 2016 it worked for one week but after that I could only view but cannot transact when I called pnb phone banking they told me that they have made some upgrade and there have been some problems since 22 July 2016 and they would be resolved. But I called phone banking after that too but they did not provide any resolution and only told me mail some id and after that visit the bank as if they just want to pass the buck. Pnb is one of the worst banks in terms of services after demonetisation physical banking is almost impossible for senior cetizen like me in branches such as trilokpuri my home branch which are heavily crowded. Since 22nd July I have tried many times to activate my transactions by calling their customer care but they are least interested in activating such services they do keep track of calls by customer as I have recorded in conversation with their excecutive and my claims can be verified from that.
                          Before making India digital government should make these nationalised bank digital who are least interested in getting digital why is it easier to use net banking with private banks. Before 22nd July I have made online transactions added beneficiaries and after that suddenly without any mistake mine my online transactions have been stopped because they have done system upgrade so where is the fault of customer. I have even visited branch for same problem but they ask to call customer care and customer care asks to visit bank.
                          This is digital India visiting branch and calling customer care for no results. I request higher authorities to please instruct such non responsive banking staff of PNB bank to work for digital India and customer should not be the only one suffering to make India digital.

                                This is my painful duty to inform you that i have salary account in your esteemed bank .after demonitisation i preffered to pay through cheque .some of my cheque was processed successfully but my two cheque amounting 2050 and 3900 rs was rejected on 2.12. 2016. Therafter third one amounting 11000 to be paied to bank of baroda as loan instalment was also rejected on 06.12.2016 .consequently 345 rs was deducted from my account for each cheque .duduction was due to non cts cheque .although there was sufficient fund in account .Bank did not intimated previously for cts cheque through message if RBI set such guideline . What is customer fault in this regard .i think bank is fully responsible for this act .i further request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and to refund the amount immediately otherwise i will have to left pnb .                                     The payment of cheque number 799058 dated 02/12/2016 for rs. 24, 000/- was refused in the forenoon dated 05/12/2016 arbitrarily while the cash balance already available in the bank still the chief manager wrote at the reverse of aforesaid cheque as follows:-

                                    कृपया नकदी प्राप्त होते हे भुगतान प्राप्त करे
                                    हस्ताक्षर अपठित
                                    Central govt. Already declared to facilitate the customers due to demonetization but as a senior citizen i along with my husband balkishan gupta were in a long que for hours but when reached the payment window of bank the payment was denied with abovementioned false statement.
                                    The enquiry be made why i was denied the payment while in fact the the outstanding cash was available in the branch.
                                    Accordingly the the concerned official be punished for the abovementioned wrong made against the customer who was senior citizen.

                                    Manager of PNB hambran road, Ludhiana is not issuing me a loose cheque and even not transferring my amount to another bank account. He is asking for cheque to transfer the amount to another bank account . But cheque is not required for transferring the amount to another bank account ! Tell me if I am wrong.

                                      Online transaction failed but amount debited from my account

                                      I was making an online payment for recharging my vodafone number on the shop. Vodafone.in website. The transaction failed but the amount has been debited from my account.
                                      I made payment from my pnb debit card

                                      Though the transaction failed the message of the debit has been received. Kindly look into the matter and resolve this issue....

                                      Sir,
                                      I deposited 9500 rupees old notes in pnb branch after 8 november 2016 at pnb manakpur ii p. O.-udhamgarh, tehsil-jagadhri, distt-yamunanagar, haryana (Ifsc code - punb0111300).
                                      So when i went to take that cash in new form the manager said that you cant withdraw that money because you deposited in old form after 8 nov. Sir i went 3-4 times and stood up in long queue for long hours and still they said you cant withdraw. I need urgent money as we need to arrange a function for my father's 'rasam kriya'. Sir please do take some action to resolve it asap. Hope there will be some response.
