I visited your bhaguwala branch at najibabad. At 10.20am and asked for withdrawal amount of rs 40000rs. But one of your male executive denied that there is no cash in bank. After waiting 2hr i received my cash. And the behavior of that guy was really rude and he don't knows how to attend the customer. Kindly look into this matter. And take strict action against him.

    i go for opening account your branch at GIDC Veraval, Gir Somnath District, Gujarat State but not opening my own and my child account your bank and also take opening new account deposit of Rs. 1000/- with misbehavior your staff. if your bank is not opening account local resident customer where can go for that. please take step otherwise we can go for it. This branch also relative bank work only but not aam admi bank.

        I booked a ticket from Pune to Delhi on 18/05/2016, with refrence no.: NF[protected]C01.The amount 5638 was deducted from my bank account but the ticket wasn't booked .I lodged a complaint about this quiet a lot times and was awaiting for the refund but I haven't received the refund till date
        I have mailed many time to makemytrip and I called many time customer care still my problem didn't solve finally I have decided to mail you I request sir as soon as possible plz transfer my refund

          it's been almost 7 days when i complained for my internet banking failed transaction but there no response from the behalf of pnb customer care i tried to email the pnb customer department twice and did the complain on [protected] no. twice but i didn't get the money of my failed transaction which is deducted from my account on Friday at 11am morning.
          i have to transact the required failed amount to pay my debt. so please reverse the amount of failed transaction in my account. so i can use this money as soon as possible.

            A email was written on 04.10.2016 to [protected]@pnb.co.in but no reply was received. email was as.
            "dear sir,
            Yesterday on dated 03.10.2016 i received a call from [protected] named as pnb credit card asking to deposit some amount like 300 and something against my pnb credit.
            I have one pnb credit card “[protected]” which not used by me since a very long time (may be from last one or more years). as per last credit card statement dated 08.06.2016 amounting to rs 345.41/- us due for deposit as annual fees (300) + service tax (45) on due date 28.06.2016.
            Due some reason i was not deposited due amount by due date but as recall i immediately deposited amounting to rs. 500/- on dated 13.07.2016 vide reference no. ig0ciljxo7 against due amount rs. 345/-.
            Please let me know that, if i was deposited rs 500/- against rs 345/- i. e. rs. 155/- excess amount, then how can due arises to me. what are the dues?
            Please stop services of my credit card and generate the current statement if any.

            I deposited a cheque(055665) on 4july2016 at chowk bajaja faizabad branch instead of crosschecking both the details (account number and name) or calling me for confirmation your bank staff simply transferred the amount to wrong account Number
            [protected], where one NEHA calls and claims to be Calling From PNB Creditcard has been Reported as SPAM by around 400 Persons.

            PLEASE DO NOT DISCLOSE YOUR CARD NUMBER, PIN ETC. to such Callers.

            This Phone Number is one way. You can not call this Number, that itself is a Proof of Malicious attitude of the persons who are calling from this Number.

              Though, as per the IRCTC statement, an amount of Rs 2190/- has been refunded on 29 Sep 2016, the same has not yet been credited to my bank account.

                Your Patti, Partapgarh, Uttar Pradesh branch refuse to receive the Saving account Form within working hour, here officer replied to come morning only to accept the form& for salary account there minimum first transaction asking Rs. 2500/-, but it is not valid as your guideline.

When i was gone to the bank and ask him about my blocked debit card. He is not listening me at once and said that i am not habitual for listening more form any one and he is not helping me to unblock my debit. Is this your bank's service to your customers. Can you please take a strict action against him.

                      I hold a pension account in pnb branch. No.[protected] since yr. 2011.
                      I have not received revised pension even with sep. 2016 credit. As per government directions, it was to be given from aug. 2016 onward.
                      I spoke with the branch but the officer expressed helplessness stating that the the pension department of pnb is responsible for the action in the matter. On communicating with that office i was advised that the first complaint be lodged with the concerned branch and then escalated as per bank's laid down procedure. I am therefore requesting you to look in to the issue and if required, resolve the matter.

                            I have done below mentioned transaction on the pnb atm (Bypass road) today (3rd october 2016 - 20.20 pm.
                            I was in shock and awe after receiving this message whereas money had not came out. I was accompanied by my brother at the atm. Several people visited atm that time. I warned them about my fate.

                                I make a id on quikr.com then i receive a emai from www.pnbsmsjob.com and this centre call me on my number and say only pay 2500 for training kit then I pay regristration fee 2500 in pnb sms online work and my friend is also pay 2500 and i get email and id then this centre say 7200 pay for bank declaration form and i and my friend pay 7200rs for bank declaration and after i get otp and refrence id but cmpny say me pay 9800 for otp confirmation then i get training kit. and i pay 9800 but my friend not pay 9800 so this company manager say your friend is pay 9800 then otp confirmation. i refused it but this company say no refund your money and not provide me trainig kit.so plzzz help me.

                                    How this is possible from december 2015 nobody contact me on no information by mail phone or by post. Or no any statement send in email regarding my outstanding or card status in february my card was blocked after then also same status no any information from your department or no any responsibility to send me a single message in my mail mobile or any other source. How i responsible for this

                                    Now a days we r using electronic media u have to inform by my email mobile etc. But so sad...

                                        I work in a call center, so normally I work during night times and sleep in the morning, however when you are a parent you often have to sacrifice your sleep to fulfill your children's need and thats what I did here.

                                        On 30th June or 1st July 2016 at around 01:00-01:30PM, I visited Punjab National Bank, MG Road/ Aurora Tower Branch, to pay my daughters school fees, I clearly remember withdrawing the cash amount from the PNB ATM which was situated next to the same PNB banks branch.

                                        However after 3 months from that date, today I got a notification from my daughters school that they haven't received the fees yet and unfortunately I lost the received receipt. So I went to the branch and met the manager Mr.Kumar, who was obviously was very helpful in attempting to search the transaction details, but going thru the transaction details I got to learn that most of the time when the bank received the school fees it was mentioned as "Cash received" towards the transaction remark instead of the students name which created alot of confusion, we even tried to search thru the deposit receipt coupons/file but still we weren't able to find it.

                                        I don't have any words to say, but I strongly believe that some one is being really unorganized here, it can be either the cashier who isn't marking the proper remarks or the deposit slip collector who might have misplaced my receipt.

                                        I am 200% sure that I have deposited the amount of 7350/- on 30th June or 1st July 2016 at around 01:00-01:30PM, as I also remember my neighbor Mr. Rajesh Sajnani([protected]) had met me in the bank on that same day as he was opening his FD account with PNB, So I request you to please verify thru cctv footage of both bank as well as the ATM and please resolve my matter.
