My Self Partha Pratim Dhar, account no-[protected], pan no- AJWPD0119L, CARD NO[protected], mobile no-[protected]. dated 15.10.2016 i swipe my atm card in BOB Atm 1/13 Arobinda Nagar, ATM ID: 1RDNK0L51, 1ST transaction swipe 10000/= account debited but cash not dispensed, 2nd transaction 10000/= cash received and 3rd transaction 5000/= received, total 15000/= received instead of 25000/= ist transaction is incomplete cash not received but account debited, PLEASE resolve early and credit 10000/= in my account, i have already complaint toll free no. complaint SR no- A[protected].DATED 15.10.2016.

Sir please see this matter urgent basis and refund 10000/= in my account,
Sir, I repeatedly contact pnb customer care they are just avoid this matter please do justice.wait for reply. Sir, debit 10000/= not matter of joke,

    Subject:-not shown the footage of atm by pnb kirti nagar
    Branch, new delhi-15... Regarding.
    Sir,

    I have an account no, [protected] in rana patap bagh branch and atm/debit card has been issued to me for bank transactions. But unfortunately, i lost my purse along with atm/debit card on 12.8.16 and came to know on 14.8.16 that rs.25000/- has been debited from account. Immediately i blocked my atm card through call center services and approach to my home branch i. E. R. P. Branch for issuance to new atm card and to see the footage but the manager advised me to contact the chief manager, pnb kirti nagar branch as the transactions are made from their branch, same day i contacted k. Nagar branch manager but he is unable to help me due to shortage of staff he told me to come another day. On 25.8.16 when i contacted the chief branch manager he tried to show me the footage with the help of staff but it has been found that the footage of another days were there but the footage for 14.8.16 was blank either deleted there was not complete footage of their atm booth, which is very unexpected by our point of view and non-conformity by bank.

    After that the chief branch manager told me that that the pictures will be provided to you within a week and the charges for this service will be debited from our account automatically.

    It is regretted to inform you that even after one month no action has been taken in this regard by the chief branch manager, kirti nagar, delhi-15 till date. You are, therefore requested to look into the matter sympathetically and oblige. With regards.

      I have retired from b/o. new alipore kolkata on 31/01/2016. from next month
      I am getting my pension as usual. but my last month"s officiating allowance
      Was not included at the time of calculation of pension. this offi. allowances
      Credited to my a/c in the month of may"16. then i resubmit my revise pension
      Papers through my branch immediately.
      But regret to inform you that several mails sent to my cir. office and personal
      Visit to my branch, no action taken by my circle office so far.
      I can"t expect it after 36 years of service.

        I visited your bhaguwala branch at najibabad. At 10.20am and asked for withdrawal amount of rs 40000rs. But one of your male executive denied that there is no cash in bank. After waiting 2hr i received my cash. And the behavior of that guy was really rude and he don't knows how to attend the customer. Kindly look into this matter. And take strict action against him.

          i go for opening account your branch at GIDC Veraval, Gir Somnath District, Gujarat State but not opening my own and my child account your bank and also take opening new account deposit of Rs. 1000/- with misbehavior your staff. if your bank is not opening account local resident customer where can go for that. please take step otherwise we can go for it. This branch also relative bank work only but not aam admi bank.

              I booked a ticket from Pune to Delhi on 18/05/2016, with refrence no.: NF[protected]C01.The amount 5638 was deducted from my bank account but the ticket wasn't booked .I lodged a complaint about this quiet a lot times and was awaiting for the refund but I haven't received the refund till date
              I have mailed many time to makemytrip and I called many time customer care still my problem didn't solve finally I have decided to mail you I request sir as soon as possible plz transfer my refund

                it's been almost 7 days when i complained for my internet banking failed transaction but there no response from the behalf of pnb customer care i tried to email the pnb customer department twice and did the complain on [protected] no. twice but i didn't get the money of my failed transaction which is deducted from my account on Friday at 11am morning.
                i have to transact the required failed amount to pay my debt. so please reverse the amount of failed transaction in my account. so i can use this money as soon as possible.

                  A email was written on 04.10.2016 to [protected]@pnb.co.in but no reply was received. email was as.
                  "dear sir,
                  Yesterday on dated 03.10.2016 i received a call from [protected] named as pnb credit card asking to deposit some amount like 300 and something against my pnb credit.
                  I have one pnb credit card “[protected]” which not used by me since a very long time (may be from last one or more years). as per last credit card statement dated 08.06.2016 amounting to rs 345.41/- us due for deposit as annual fees (300) + service tax (45) on due date 28.06.2016.
                  Due some reason i was not deposited due amount by due date but as recall i immediately deposited amounting to rs. 500/- on dated 13.07.2016 vide reference no. ig0ciljxo7 against due amount rs. 345/-.
                  Please let me know that, if i was deposited rs 500/- against rs 345/- i. e. rs. 155/- excess amount, then how can due arises to me. what are the dues?
                  Please stop services of my credit card and generate the current statement if any.

                  I deposited a cheque(055665) on 4july2016 at chowk bajaja faizabad branch instead of crosschecking both the details (account number and name) or calling me for confirmation your bank staff simply transferred the amount to wrong account Number
                  [protected], where one NEHA calls and claims to be Calling From PNB Creditcard has been Reported as SPAM by around 400 Persons.

                  PLEASE DO NOT DISCLOSE YOUR CARD NUMBER, PIN ETC. to such Callers.

                  This Phone Number is one way. You can not call this Number, that itself is a Proof of Malicious attitude of the persons who are calling from this Number.

                    Though, as per the IRCTC statement, an amount of Rs 2190/- has been refunded on 29 Sep 2016, the same has not yet been credited to my bank account.

                      Your Patti, Partapgarh, Uttar Pradesh branch refuse to receive the Saving account Form within working hour, here officer replied to come morning only to accept the form& for salary account there minimum first transaction asking Rs. 2500/-, but it is not valid as your guideline.

When i was gone to the bank and ask him about my blocked debit card. He is not listening me at once and said that i am not habitual for listening more form any one and he is not helping me to unblock my debit. Is this your bank's service to your customers.                             I hold a pension account in pnb branch. No.[protected] since yr. 2011.
                            I have not received revised pension even with sep. 2016 credit. As per government directions, it was to be given from aug. 2016 onward.
                            I spoke with the branch but the officer expressed helplessness stating that the the pension department of pnb is responsible for the action in the matter. On communicating with that office i was advised that the first complaint be lodged with the concerned branch and then escalated as per bank's laid down procedure. I am therefore requesting you to look in to the issue and if required, resolve the matter.

                                Sir, I am jagdev Singh, holding an account in sbi Bank, in pandoh disit mandi hp with Account No: and ATM No.[protected] went for transaction on4-10-16 in time aporexx 10:20am for an amnt of10000 from PNB ATM pandoh in disit mandi hp .Due to some technical error, i couldn't receive the same amnt and the money was deducted from my account my account no. [protected]..Kindly take an action against this complaint and help me in this regrad to get my money back.

                                  I have done below mentioned transaction on the pnb atm (Bypass road) today (3rd october 2016 - 20.20 pm.
                                  I was in shock and awe after receiving this message whereas money had not came out. I was accompanied by my brother at the atm. Several people visited atm that time. I warned them about my fate.
                                  Rs 10000 withdrawn from a/c xxxx 4687 on 031016 at pnb atm n8605900. Txn#[protected]. Avl bal rs 4860.73.

                                    my father got death due to accident on 27/03/16, and i had filled ATM insurance claim form on April 2016 and submitted it with all required document to the concerned pnb branch i.e PANJAB NATIONAL BANK, USRON, ROHTAS, BIHAR.821112.
                                    now, 5 month is going to over, but yet i did not ATM insurances money i.e 50000.

                                      I make a id on quikr.com then i receive a emai from www.pnbsmsjob.com and this centre call me on my number and say only pay 2500 for training kit then I pay regristration fee 2500 in pnb sms online work and my friend is also pay 2500 and i get email and id then this centre say 7200 pay for bank declaration form and i and my friend pay 7200rs for bank declaration and after i get otp and refrence id but cmpny say me pay 9800 for otp confirmation then i get training kit. and i pay 9800 but my friend not pay 9800 so this company manager say your friend is pay 9800 then otp confirmation. i refused it but this company say no refund your money and not provide me trainig kit.so plzzz help me.

                                        Transaction initiated on 14-09-16 got failed during transaction but the amount got deducted from my bank but not credited to beneficiary's account. The amount isn't refunded to me yet its been 15 days.

                                        complaints have been made to PNB but their is no response from their end

                                        please help me to get the amout refunded to my account.
