My mother get the family pension from army, and has kept account in your charokhari (Garahani), bhojpur, bihar branch.
My mother did not recieved one rank one pension arear till date however govt has already announced in aug 2015.
Kindly, it is requested that to provide the all information related with orop arear.
However, sbi has already given the arear related with this.

    Sir i m going to pnb bank and. I told u manager please change my notes because notes are cut in below bt manger are not responding and he says i cant change this note because he is not my authority please hlp us
    Money is debited from account but not received as when i input all the details and the money is reconcile/counting in the machine the light went off and debit message of Rs. 10000 has come to my phone.
    Please do the needful and tell me till when i get my money back in my account.

      I am trying from approx 4-5 months to pnb customer care that my mobile transaction is not working. But they always give me email id and said please mail your problem to this mail id.and i did mail for twice or thrice times but didnt get any response. and the executives of customer care behaves so rude.even they dont know how to solve this problem. after all this i went to bank .even they dont know how to do it. nobody helps me out of this problem. every executive have his own story. one said my internet banking is active and other said i have to register internet banking. Everytime i have a very simple query they make it so big and said mail your query to this this mail id. they dont even try to solve the problem and many dont know how to solve the problem. i am fed up from all this.

        My PNB account is IN HARI NAGAR BF-81, JANAKPURI-58. My account number is [protected]. On 18th august i called on customer care number for debit card renewal.The person on the line gave me complaint number A[protected] and told to collect the card from home branch after 15 days.On 15th september i applied for my card to deputy manager MR. ARORA after which he misbehaved with me and refused my application.Then i complaint to the senior manager. He also misbehaved with me and did not respond to this matter.Sir i am a diabetic and hypertension patient.I am greatly worried about this matter.So it is a humble request from you to please look after this matter.

              I am surprised to note form the statement dated 8th Aug. 2016 that you have charge financial charge of Rs. 708.36 & Rs. 632.54 on 8 Aug 2016, which seems to be an inadvertent error. so previous compliant note reply the same on 24 Aug 2016.
              Kindly review and credit back my account accordingly

                Sir, i have done transaction through imps and details are given below -
                Imps-chg/[protected]/sbin0001124/000000 of rs.9500 on 14.09.2016 from pnb account no - [protected] to sbi account no[protected], ifsc code - sbin0001124 but it was failed due to some reason. However, the amount has been debited from my pnb account of rs.9500 but it is not sucessfully credited to that sbi account.
                Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible as i was sending this amount to my sister for her fees. Please return my money as soon as possible.

                  With due respect I want to say that I have an joint account in pnb Rana Pratap Bagh branch. This is the second time the employee name Mr. Sandeep Kumar CTO 'B' PF No. 99881 is misbehaving me. He used very cheap language with me. I was simply answering his question and with my answer he got irritate and said to me क्या बकवास कर रही है।. Please tell me is it a way to speak with a lady. I also registered my complaint to the branch under the bank manager Mr. ARUN Kumar. Please take necessary action against him and will inform me what you are doing with him.

                              There is 1 of your customer by the name Ambrish Nagnath Yashetti- a/c No. [protected] maintained at your Kasturba Market Solapur.
                              This person poses himself as PLAYWIN AGENT OF SIKKIM lOTTERY and collects money to send the PLAYWIN CARDS.
                              I am a victim of the same. I had remitted on 19.7.16 by on line transfer Rs. 1080.After 5 days he gave me a docket No. of Professional courier which was a fake.He told that the courier has gone by mistake to Trivandrum and will be back.After about 20 days he gave me a docket No. of DHL courier, which I tried to track, was also a fake.
                              Since a week his phone is switched off.
                              I contemplate initiating action through cyber crime branch.
                              Meanwhile please verify his account to know how many more people he has and is fooling like this and freeze his account

                                I want to register my complaint against two false transaction due to ATM PROBLEM. On 27/08/2016, Time- 8.30-9.00 A.M I was using your PNB ATM at Thakurdwara, Uttar Pradesh. My two regular transactions have been failed One of 15000 Rs/- and another of 1500 Rs/- MY MONEY DEBITED BUT CASH NOT DISPENSED, Also NO RECEIPT OR SMS received. Here i would like to inform you that I have also complained on your customer care no and after 7 days they provide me NEGATIVE FEEDBACK saying money have been received by you. It is totally disgusting service sir, You should check your camera footage in this regard..i have not received my money back in these 15 days. Please refund my money as soon as possible. ( Transaction NO.- X91940441 for 15000 and transaction no.- X91942979 for 1500 rs.) Here are complaint nos- A[protected] and A[protected] regarding the 15000 and 1500 transaction respectively. Its the worst issue i am facing, please solve it soon..

                                U want to register complaint about my false transaction, on 26 march, at atmaram. Market kashmiri gate, by kotak mahindra atm between 6.40 to 7.00am, i entered the amount of total Rs 1200, my account was debited but cash was not dispensed, i asked the guard about it and he said within 7 working days your amount will be refunded back, again that day i tried to withdraw my cash, rs 1500 and rs 2000 both the time my account was debited but cash was not dispensed but within few hours rs 2000 and rs 1500 was refunded but those 1200 rs hasn't received till date, i waited a long for my refund but no response from. Ypur bank, on 14th april a registered a complaint about thi but no appropriate action was taken, and one day your customer officer called me with negative feedback buy saying money has been recieved by you,
                                Please sort out my problem, its been 2 month, i haven't recieved my money

                                  I deposited money but not deposit by head cashier. He abused and misbehaving and order to private worker that gate out me with beating. Please implement for this working it is need for every customer. Customer go to bank for a reason not walking. This is not good manner. This condition produce problem every customer.                                     I had a CC loan with Gopinagar PNB Br.(Br Code 2072).I want to transfer the Cash Credit loan no [protected] to HDFC Bank. As per rules Hdfc Bank give my PNB bank the full amount but after Payment PNB bank ignores to give the said Docs (which are mentioned in the Letter to PNB Br Manager) to HDFC Bank. Now I am unable to use the CC loan with HDFC Bank. The Br Manager of PNB said to close my all relationship with PNB Bank.
                                    Please take this as a Major Complain and do the needful.

                                      I am very sad to inform you that the ATM Machine installed in Allahabad city are not working properly and the service are in very worst condition compare to other ATMs basically in the are of subedaganj as well as allahabad city .i am very disappointed while punjab national bank is a nationalize bank and working of the PNB is good but in this sector much attention is reqired .

                                      ATM ID of PNB Subedarganj Allahabad is D1476300 is the example where i visit no. of times but always get dissatisfaction.

                                      hence i request to keen proper watch working on ATM

                                        Sir I am a 100 percent disabled and getting disability desability element as per PCDA circular no 562 I should paid arrear from 01/01/2006 to 23 /09/12 Rs 690000. Regarding this I approached to my bank PNB, Rajendra Nagar, Lucknow several times but not responds shown by them. I am 100 percent disabled and wheel chair bounded sir consider my case and solve it as soon as possible please
