Main kuch mahine pehele internet banking ke liye apply kiya tha but main user id or password nahi paya. Jab main on line registaion karna chahata hu to "you allredy registerd internet banking" dekhata ha. Or jab main re set password karna chahata hu to "your diteils is incomplite" dekha raha ha. Sir main apna branch mai phir se ditails update kar diya. Phir bhi same prablem ho rahi ha.. Please sir soliusion my prablem.

    I availed home loan from Indirapuram branch. Followed every instructions provided by loan manager. After 4 EMI's they deduct 25000 extra from my account and when i checked for loan account statement remaining amount was increased by 90000 instead of decreasing. So after paying 4 EMI's my loan account balance was Principal amount + 90000. In statement when i checked there were lot of charges which were not informed to me such as Documentation + Processing fee (when i applied for loan there was zero processing fee offer), mandatory insurance, NEC charges. I opted for govt bank assuming that everything will be as per process and partial. It could have better if i would have opted for private bank. I am so frustrated. And all this happened just because of three persons appointed in that branch.

        I am a pensioner, with PNB account number [protected] at Ashok Vihar Branch Phase 2, Delhi 110052 ( IFSC Code PUNB0063700 and MICR code:[protected] since beginning.
        I have noticed my pension has been reduced, whereas it should have gone up. My pension credited from Feb 2015 to Apr 15 was Rs 18, 645/- from May to Sep 15 it was Rs 19, 185/- in Oct 15 it was Rs 19, 726/-, however in Nov 16 to Dec 16 it was Rs 15, 173/-and Jan 16 to Aug 16 Rs 17, 805/-.
        I am surprised as to how my pension has gone down instead of going up.

        Also I have not received arrears w.e.f. 1 Jan 16 for the 7th pay commission.
        ALSO WEBSITE OF PNB IS NOT ACCEPTING ANY COMPALINTS.
        KINDLY LOOK INTO MY GRIEVANCES AND DO THE NEEDFUL

          Am go to branch on 31-08-16 for cash withdrawal when your counter no8 cashier give me money one rs500/- note is fake he give me then I return note to cashier he say I can't change the note and he abusing and missbehave with me and my son he tell me get out to my bank or i will ask for security guard when i go to branch manager someone friend of manager sitting with manager he also abusing me and my son and branch manager laughing and can't do something

            Dear Team

            With deep agony I am writing this mail to you. I am not getting any proper response from your side. My name is Ranjeet Singh PNB Housing Finance Home loan A/C no HOU/AHM/0216/266675.

            I have written nth number of mails to you “PNB housing finance team”, but there is no response; it is getting difficult now.

            It is very painful and pitiful to wasting my time and energy on you.

            Such a lacking behavior is inappropriate; I’m a salaried person and have many prior commitments, without my consent you people debit my account with multiple EMIs.

            Event 1- In the month of April 16 they made two duplicity transactions. (Account statement attached)

            Event 2- Same in the month July 16. (Account statement attached)

            You guys never respond to my mails.
            Your CC teams have no answers.
            Your Toll Free no is never been free to connect.
            It seems your back end teams have no idea what they are doing.

            This unprofessionalism of bank has impacted not even of on my cibil score but also my credit worthiness where there is no fault of mine.

            The impact of this negligent behavior is not limited to my image but monitory also. Wherein I have been charged twice the bouncing charge one at PNB (where I have home loan A/C) & 2nd at SBI (I have issued advance cheques).

            PNB Hposing Finance has no right to apply/deposit multiple EMIs / ECS/Cheque without informing me or taking my consent.

            I have sent multiple Mails and even called toll free number however was unable to get a proper answer.

            So I request your intervention in my case and help me to get my money back (Bounce charges or any penalty impose) in my account and a written apology letter.

              Subject: Complain regarding deduction of money

              Dear Sir, I wish to bring to your attention that Rs 5500 has been deduced from my PNB account [protected] on 05/06/2016 at 11.11Am from Haldwani Abdulla building PNB ATM.

              It came to my notice when I checked my account balance on day 05/06/2016. It was unprecedented to see Rs 5500 missing from my account when I have made no transaction and have not withdrawn the money. I have alraedy lodged a complaint to the PNB customer care however it has been rejected SRN No: A[protected] and also a written complain to Bank and mail to your General manager ([protected]@pnb.co.in) and circle officer kashipur
              there is no satisfactory action by bank and higher authority and continue to remind to you and bank last 2 and 1/2 months but didn't solve my problem and refund

              So i would request you to look into this issue with highest priority. I hope for an early response.

              I request you to look in the matter as early as possible and return and refund the money to me.

              मैंने भी CCTV footage देखी है, उसमे कोई भी रुपए निकालते हुए नहीं दिख रहा है
              और ये technical problem है जिसमे गलती से मेरे account से रुपए debit हुए है, फिर भी आपको लगता है के रुपए निकले है तो मुझे cctv footage में suspect को बताओ जिसने मेरे अकाउंट से रूपये निकले है उसके aganist मै FIR करूँगा, otherwise आपके और PNB के aganist मुझे complain करनी पड़ेगी क्योंकि आपके काम में transperancy नहीं है जिसने मेरे अकाउंट से रुपए withdrol किये है मुझे उसके बारे में बताये ये जानना मेरा हक़ है, बस ये कहकर आप मेरी complain close नही कर सकते के transection हुआ है.

              Otherwise मुझे court के through appel करनी पड़ेगी.

                Sir, i have done transaction through
                "imps-out/[protected]/icic0000037/[protected]" of rs 25000 on 01.09.2016 from pnb account no. [protected] to icici account no.[protected] but it was failed due to some reason. Hence, i made another same transaction of rs 25000 through "imps-out/[protected]/icic0000037/[protected] on 01.09.2016 from pnb account no. [protected] to icici account no.[protected]and and it was sucsessful. However, the amount debited from my account was rs 50000 but only rs 25000 credited to my icici account no.[protected].
                Sir, kindly resolve the issue as early as possible as it is very troublesome for salaried people like us.

                Sir, i have done transaction through "imps- of rs10000 and 5000 on 05.02.2017 from pnb account no. [protected] to icici account but it was failed due to some reason. . However, the amount debited from my account was rs 10000 and 5000 but customer care stating that the amount will refund within 7 working days. where as i saw many cases with they get refund within 48 hrs. I need this to be resolve soon

                  I Ajay dubey Prop of Dubey communication at Barhalganj of District Gorakhapur Up having a current ac [protected] at barhalganj.Presently appointed Manager along with his junior avinash both the employee do not know how to deal a customer.Neighter they communicate better nor take interest in progressive work.For any work state come tomorrow reapitively.His misbehaving if no avoid everyday squarel.I am businessman so many business in different feild resulting have no prolong time to axpand in queue at branch.I request you kindly observe my ac statement it is my shortest turnover ac accept those 4 ac in otherbanks bcs i limited due to not fund availability trice, in the branch, in a week.
                  Sir I am a regular going ac holder of the branch.If any mistake regarding cheque issue or others happening from any side what theresponsibilty of both ? only to resolve the issue at spot.I issued a cheqe of 53523/- in favour of snehlata on 29th of aug 2016.The 6 digit was not clear due to ink showing 2010.I except it.but you bounce my cheque without giving any information to me.I got sms on mobile I ran to bank and ask whats the problem whereas 8, 88, 000/-balanse in my ac.They told me that you are trying to cheat the customer why you release this cheque meitioned 2010.I told him If My intention is to be cheating to my customer why i got the branch immidiatly.I requst more and more kindly i Myself issued the cheqe i make it correct whereas it came from sbi local branch in clearing.They not Agreed for that resulting retuned the chequ to the sbi.Then I asked him why did you not call me before reply i have no time for this work and hot talk both the employee.They said no any benefit to the bank from your ac.you close it.
                  3)- In past days i want to purchage a car .in this connection i request him for finance whereas I deposited 500000/- in 900000/- car prise but they avoided.One day they told that if you want the finance a car you talk to avinash.i meet him they demand 10% of finace amt as per manager committe.After that i asked him then he said plz manage karlo kuchh idhar udhar karke.Then within 2 days i got fiance from other branch
                  At the last In this cercum i request you kindly resolve these types of problems happend every day, and i can not stand in queue bcz of my less time.otherwise kindly close my ac and inform also

                    1. It is very painful and pitiful to see wasting our time on PNB online transaction like credit card bill payment. I tried to pay 32283/- but every time it showed message like “daily limit exceeded”. I changed limit to 33000 and no. of transaction to 3 but to no avail. it still showed daily limit exceeded. I paid 24000…it was successful but next time when I tried to pay 8283/-, it again showed daily limit exceeded. I have never and in no bank shown such time wasting online banking system. Please resolve the problem and improve your online banking facility.
                    2. I was provided salary account with zero NEFT charge but bank started charging for NEFT after sometime without informing. This is height of cheating. Please give me back what you have commited.

                          Pls help me. Atm machine of pnb near tehsil road model town ghaziabad remained out of service most of the time. Atm machine is of in bad conditions and a. C is also not working. Due this i have withdraw money from other atm machine. Some extra charge i have to pay after 3 transactions. Today due to this atm machine i have to withdraw money from other atm machine. Nearby there is atm machine of icici. This is always in service and in good condition. Why not pnb. I am paying money for maintenance. Pnb deduct money every year for using atm. Pls help us.

                              Today my wallet had been stolen from rajeev chowk metro station delhi, i immediately called on customer care for blocking, but due to long wait & long procedure there was withdrawal done of rs-5000/- from my account.

                              Kindly do the needful & arrange the refund in my account, i am having all necessary documents regarding police complaints.

                                I have done 3 transactions through sbp kiosk banking on 2nd july
                                2016. Where as money has been deducted from my punjab nation bank ac
                                No.. [protected] and transaction failed meanwhile transferring
                                The same.
                                Transferee amount was 7000 which was not processed into sbp
                                Kiosk, so please refund the same amount into my punjab national bank
                                As soon as possible.

                                  I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 01 aug 2016at 13:07 hrs. I went to an atm of sbi bank at dhangu road pathankot and wish to draw an amount of rs 3000/- on my first attempt i request for rs. 3000/- the transaction did not materialize. On receiving the sms alert at my registered mobile no. I was surprised that an amount of rs 3000/- was debited from my above mentioned s. B a/c. Immediately i tired to contact your customer service centre, there i lodged my request against complaint no m[protected] on next day i. E. 02.08.2016

                                  I was given an assurance that the same will be credited into your account within 36 hours. But till now the same has not been credited. You are requested to please look into the matter and please do the needful at the earliest and oblige.

                                    I am hari kishan sharma s/o shiv dayal sharma a/c holder in pnb, sharda road, meerut. My a/c is [protected].Recently there happened a technical fault in withdrawing money from atm machine, in which my cash had been deducted from my account but i had not received my cash. So, i lodged complaint in pnb sharda road branch office, pnb sports complex branch office, pnb bagpat road branch office and to the circle office about that..
                                    After a month i got back my money, but there happened a fraud with me before i received my cash.
                                    On 26 august 2016 at 12:31 pm a received a call from cell no.[protected]. He told his name rahul gupta and told that he was speaking from mumbai pnb headquarter. He told me about my complaint that i had lodged in which i had demanded to return my cash and provide me with cctv footage of that particular atm machine. He told me about my bank account details for confirmation and also asked for atm pin compulsorily(He told me to add some numbers and then to add my atm pin in that, and told it compulsory for the process to collect my cash) for the request. And money from my account had been subtracted in three transactions of rupees 9999, 5000 and 5000 respectively. And the call terminated right then when i called him back. The cell no. Was switch off.

                                    Sorry to say, i don't want to blame any employee in pnb, but information about my complaint given by that fellow from the other side of the call, were what i had shared in my e-mails to respective branchs of pnb as aforesaid to the mail-ids [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in.

                                    I am running in fifties with a little sum of money. And then these kind of fault and fraud happen to me, which is an intense harassment to me. This is a huge amount, what i have been looted, and i will put my best efforts to recollect my money. Please take an appropriate action about this.

                                      I have deposit some amount of money into others accounts for the sake of job.
                                      But when i deposited the money there is no response from other side.
                                      So, i want you to please take some illegal action against that account.

                                      It's a humble request to you please consider my complain for the other life.

                                      The account is with the name of racky singh who shows that he is going to give the job after being paid.

                                      Please take a legal action against this account.

                                      Security guards disrespect the customers very rudely .this type of behaviour is unbearable.please take strict action against them.

                                        Name: Gajender Pal Singh; Acc. no. [protected]; Branch - 510 Army Base Work shop. Dated: 21/07/2016, I withdraw Rs 2000 from ICICI bank ATM near Continental India LTD. Modipuram. amount debited but cash was not dispensed by ATM. Again same time I tried for Rs 1000, now ATM dispensed cash. Today it is almost one month but the amount is not refunded to my Acc.
