Bt the employee who misbehaved me was nt present in the bank. He went somewhere outside from the bank. Branch manager took my mail id for complete his record to show. Sir, i have done transaction through imps and details are given below -
Imps-chg/[protected]/sbin0001124/000000 of rs.9500 on 14.09.2016 from pnb account no - [protected] to sbi account no[protected], ifsc code - sbin0001124 but it was failed due to some reason. However, the amount has been debited from my pnb account of rs.9500 but it is not sucessfully credited to that sbi account.
