I make a id on quikr.com then i receive a emai from www.pnbsmsjob.com and this centre call me on my number and say only pay 2500 for training kit then I pay regristration fee 2500 in pnb sms online work and my friend is also pay 2500 and i get email and id then this centre say 7200 pay for bank declaration form and i and my friend pay 7200rs for bank declaration and after i get otp and refrence id but cmpny say me pay 9800 for otp confirmation then i get training kit. and i pay 9800 but my friend not pay 9800 so this company manager say your friend is pay 9800 then otp confirmation. i refused it but this company say no refund your money and not provide me trainig kit.so plzzz help me.

Sir, I have made online transaction of Rs.25000.then I have got the message transaction is failed due to suspect during transaction.and amount is deducted my account but not transferred. while I have made IMPS transaction and charge also deducted.Please look into matter and take action immediately . thank you

      But yesterday on dated 29092016 somebody from ur pnb ofiice call me that my out standing is 4000/-
      How this is possible from december 2015 nobody contact me on no information by mail phone or by post. Or no any statement send in email regarding my outstanding or card status in february my card was blocked after then also same status no any information from your department or no any responsibility to send me a single message in my mail mobile or any other source. How i responsible for this
      15/- =4000/-
      Now a days we r using electronic media u have to inform by my email mobile etc. But so sad...
      Ur bank mentally harshment me
      How bad is your system that nobody care customers
      Please solve this issue immediately.

          To whom so ever this may concern,

          My daughter studies in Dastur Girls School, Pune.

          I work in a call center, so normally I work during night times and sleep in the morning, however when you are a parent you often have to sacrifice your sleep to fulfill your children's need and thats what I did here.

          On 30th June or 1st July 2016 at around 01:00-01:30PM, I visited Punjab National Bank, MG Road/ Aurora Tower Branch, to pay my daughters school fees, I clearly remember withdrawing the cash amount from the PNB ATM which was situated next to the same PNB banks branch.

          However after 3 months from that date, today I got a notification from my daughters school that they haven't received the fees yet and unfortunately I lost the received receipt. So I went to the branch and met the manager Mr.Kumar, who was obviously was very helpful in attempting to search the transaction details, but going thru the transaction details I got to learn that most of the time when the bank received the school fees it was mentioned as "Cash received" towards the transaction remark instead of the students name which created alot of confusion, we even tried to search thru the deposit receipt coupons/file but still we weren't able to find it.

          I don't have any words to say, but I strongly believe that some one is being really unorganized here, it can be either the cashier who isn't marking the proper remarks or the deposit slip collector who might have misplaced my receipt.

          I am 200% sure that I have deposited the amount of 7350/- on 30th June or 1st July 2016 at around 01:00-01:30PM, as I also remember my neighbor Mr. Rajesh Sajnani([protected]) had met me in the bank on that same day as he was opening his FD account with PNB, So I request you to please verify thru cctv footage of both bank as well as the ATM and please resolve my matter.

              Hi Sir,

              I took home loan from PNB malleshwarm branch, bangalore. My home loan a/c HOU/MLS/0716/303447. I received Disbursement Advice Letter & Welcome Letter on Aug 3rd 2016.

              My total loan amount was Rs 38, 40, 000 but they have given me check no "234128" for Rs 36, 37, 500 and check no "234127" for Rs 1, 89, 800. and total Rs 38, 27, 300 which is short of Rs 12300.

              According to Bank Manager they have charge charge Rs 12, 300 processing fee and documentation charge as per Bank Relationship manager - Loan Mr Aman Kumar .

              But as per News in 4th july PNB Economics times During the period the bank will be offering full waiver o[censored]pfront/processing fees and documentation charges for housing and car loans sanctioned from July 1 to September 30.

                      i have a account with SBI khankerkhda no [protected] and on dated 18/9/16 timeing between 1.30 pm to 1.45 pm i withdraw cash 10, 000.Rs from PNB atm (situated at PNB bank shiv chowk khankerkhda meerut up -250001) but at the time of withdrawl the machine stop working and cannot dispense amount but the amount was deducted from my account and the complained titcek no is[protected].
                      till dated the amount was not received in my account.

                          Dear concerned,

                          Very disappointed to inform you that myself being pnb customer from past 5 years is not getting response for complaint a[protected] launched on 6 sep 2016 at 7 pm.

                          I have tried to withdraw amount inr 10000 from an atm (bank of india atm) in gurgaon on 6th sep. after entering pin and amount i got message on atm screen that it is temporarily out of service.
                          After 30-40 min, i got sms from pnb that account has been debited with rs. 10000. immediately i launched complaint a[protected] through call on customer care.
                          After 15 days i got a response that request has been rejected by other bank.

                          Please let me know by when i can get my money back?

                              Dear PNB Team,

                              I had made transaction of 3000/- on September 24, 2016 through my PNB ATM/DEBIT CARD but the transaction gets failed and amount of 3000/- still gets deducted from my account. AThe vendor also provided me receipt showing transaction is not processed. My A/C No. is as follows:-

                              I filed a complaint against the same on the same day through the PNB costumer care service and they registered my complaint against sr no. A[protected]. Its been 24 hours but no action has been taken from PNB. you are requested to refund the money that gets erroneously debitted from my account.

                              I have made a transaction of Rupees 3000 from my PNB ATM/debit card on september 24, 2016. The transaction however gets failed but the amount of 3000 gets debitted from my account. I have already talk to the PNB costumer care executive for this but no satisfactory replly received.. The SR No. that i received from the costumer care executive is as follows:- A[protected]

                              please let me know from when can i expect refund of my debitted money.. Do reply ASAP.
                              I have withdraed 5500 amount in vijaya bank atm using PNB ATM card..amount is not came out of ATM but debited from my account...

                                मेरा पंजाब नेशनल बैंक शाखा रमाला चीनी मिल में किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड का तथा बचत खाता ह दिनाक 04/08/2016 को मैंने अपना क्रेडिट कार्ड नवीनीकरण कराया 400500 चार लांक पाँच सौ रुपये से नग़द जमा करके।इसको करने के बाद मैंने क्रेडिट कार्ड का पैसा अपने बचत खाते में ट्रान्सफर कराया । मेरे बचत खाते में 31000 रुपये गन्ने का पेमेन्ट पहले से था। तो मेरेबचत खाते में कुल 427000 चार लाख सतेइस रुपये हो गए।
                                इसके बाद जब मैने अपने बचत खाते से 426000 चार लांछ्ब्बीस हज़ार रुपये का निकासी फार्म जमा किया तो कैसीएर मनीष ने मुझे कहा की अभी पैसा नही है लंच के बाद क़ैस आएगा तब मिलेगा जबकि मेरे मोबाइल पर करीब 1:30 बजे दोपहर को ही मैसेज आ गया था। कैसियेर ने मुझे लंच के बाद करीब 3:00 बजे बुलाया और केवल 24500 दिए मैंने पूछा तो कहा की हुम्म तुम्हे पूरा पैसा दे दिया । मैंने इसकी शिकायत मेनेजर से की तो उन्होंने भी कहा की जब कैसीएर बोल रहा हैं की दे दिया तो दे दिया ।
                                मैंने इसकी शिकायत रमाला थाने में की लेकिन अभी तक कोई हल नही निकला फिर 12/08/2016को मैंने इसकी शिकायत रजिस्टरी के मादयम से डी0जी0पी0 lukhnow, एस0पी0 बाग़पत, सी0ओ0 रमाला, थाना प्रभारी रमाला को भी की लेकिन कोई जबाब किसी की भी तरफ से नही आया तो मैंने माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी luckhnow को और वित्तमंत्री जी delhi को 19/08/2016 भी स्पीड पोस्ट की लेकिन अभी तक कोई जबाब नही मिला। इसके बाद मैने DM दफ्तर से भी आदेश कराये और उसके बाद एस0पी0 मैडम से रुबरु जाकर प्राथर्ना पत्र दिया लेकिन अभी तक कोई कार्यवाही नही हुई और मेरी पुलिस रिपोर्ट तक नही लिखी गयी।

My card no . [protected]. Kindly review the request & settle my account reversing my money .

                                        I have taken an education loan from your bank loan account: 408800jb00000318. As the bank manager told me that the loan will be at 0% interest rate. The manager's name was mr. Arora from khaddi aashram branch panipat. After the completion of loan they started charging me the interest rate as well as the installments. After degree i did not get job and my father is retired and also have the responsibility of five members on him. It is very difficult for me to pay the amount and i am unable to pay. I have complained many times but nobody respond me so i am writing again. I need the complete resolution otherwise, do the settlement of the loan. I am not satisfied with the services provided by your bank as well as i am not going to pay any installments till the resolution. If the bankers tortured me again by calling or going at my home i will take some action against it. I am seriously fed up.
