Dear sir/madam

Kindly check the attached statement of my account in which i transfer rs 15000 in my sbi account through imps from my pnb account on 17th august but still money is not reflected in the sbi account and also amount not revert back in my pnb account.
So kindly refund my money as soon as possible and for that i got a loss of rs 1 lakh.
And for the above mention issue now i complain in both the consumer court and civil court if money is not reverted back within 24 hours with interest.

    I have operate my saving bank A/c in your branch Punjabi Bagh. Last month I have found my ATM card was expired 02/15.We submitted application form in your Rajindra Place branch dt. 07.07.16

    12.08.16 I have recd Renew ATM card at your Rajindra Place branch but bank deduct a charges of Rs. 115/- due to reason of issue a duplicate card. I think this is re-new a card not a duplicate card.

    So I request to your please return our ATM card charges as soon as possible.

      This is my personal experience that your bank 24 hours services are so worst and poor if some one want to lodge any complaint than he/she required a full day or may be a week to lodge a complaint. Either your system is poor and deteriorate or your staff is totally unskilled so you people disbursed so much loan to corporate. All of your employee behiour including managers are so ruff and tuff that they can't a job of thousands of salaries

            The complaint regarding of atm issue that is the on the date of 9 august 2016 at 3:30 pm i was go to the atm of allahabad bank in batala to collect money from atm but there was a problem that i was perceived the message but i don't receive any money i don't know what was it but i don't receive any money but then i was go to my near branch but they said that that is not the big deal afte 48 hours you money will be back on your account but till now no money no refund was or is back in my account please help me that please refund my money on my account

              There is kcc acount of my grandfather. He want to increase limit of kcc as per goverment rule 10 % per year and he is not able to come bank again and again so when i went to bank today for the same at 3. 30pm and i stood 10 minutes in manager office he did not give any response and suddenly he said, come on friday today time is over. When i tried to give explanation he said get out from my office. So finaly he dont have any manner how to talk with people and he also shown his manager power and said tum aam logo ne mere naak me dam kr rakha h or jayada mujhse bole to chakkr lagbauga daily tumse.... He dont have any kind of mercy...

                I have applied for debit card through mobile banking, they provide me a number and said go to bank after 2 days debit card will be available there. But when i approached bank they denied and said there is no such provision of mobile banking, the only way to get a debit card is to apply at the bank counter... Then i filled application form... But for my shock they didn't accept application form and said come back after 2 days. I am visiting my bank branch since one month to get my own debit card... What kind of service they are offering???...

                  Branch manager called me on my registered number...and ask me to visit the bank again...To my surprise i got my debit card within minutes and also they assured me of better service quality...but he ask me to write a satisfaction letter so that he could forward the same to circle head...so i wrote the satisfaction letter...and this happened within one day of filing the complain... So guys let higher authority know about the problem you are facing...unless they know about our problem how could do they help us...i am thankful to pnb consumer complaint desk and also consumercomplaint.in who forwarded my complaint to concerned office and also branch manager who resolved the issue quickly.                     I went to bank on 02.08.2016 after taking keave from office to get my phone corrected.
                    I filled the form for new number.
                    And they said me to wait for 2 days.
                    After 2 days i found the incorrect number was updated.
                    I mailed them later. But no reply.
                    Will i have to take a leave again to get the mistake done by bank official rectified?

                          He told himself a consumer complaint representative and want to know the detail of Debit card . Furthur asked to go on any ATM to get money in notification no - [protected] this might be the account number of that FRAUD

                                I happened to call pnb uk customer care today[protected], to find out about the india money transfers. I had transferred money to india (Non pnb account) and the money was reversed back to my account, however my transfer fees was deducted, they was no communication on the transfer reversal from bank either.

                                Hence to ensure the same does not happen again before i transfer called the customer care to understand if there was anything to be checked from my end. The lady on phone taniya veiga, firstly dint have any patience to listen to my query, without listening to what i say she was just talking about iban and swift transfers (Which was not what i called for). When i asked her to hold on for a minute, she had a very rude and unruly tone stating she cant stay on hold as it is a call center.

                                I literally had to plead her to stay and listen to my issue. Call center employee must be given technical etiquette training. There was no call reference number given to me either.

                                The purpose of having a call center is to server the customers and help them with the query. If people with such attitude are recruited, i am afraid you may loose some valuable customers.

                                  I purchased moto g4 plus mobile phone ₹15079 from amazon on 25/07/2016 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 27/07/2016 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference# 75260826217009251374976 & charge auth code# 802225
                                  But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                                  Same behaviour by branch also.

                                  got a refund of ₹ 12, 718/- from Amazon.in having reference number 75503729012026142525137 on 11/01/2019. But it's more than 7 business days. But the amount is not credited on my account.

                                  Did amazon bill payment of rs 372.01 in 04/08/2021. It was unsuccessful. But the amount got deducted. Later recieved sms saying amount has been refunded to my rupay card. But it does not show in my account. Kindly do the needful. Thank you.

                                        The main branch of pnb in pratapgarh district o[censored]. p. is saying that no form for issuing of debit cards will be entertained for one month. my sister sarita tripathi has a saving account in pnb pratapgarh branch. she went to the branch with a filled form for issue of debit card. but the staff at the branch told her that she come after one month as we are not issuing debit cards currently. the behaviour of the branch officer mr. mishra was very rude.
                                        Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
