    My name is anmol chugh. my account name is anmol handloom empromuim. a/c no -[protected] ye mera account number mene 3/aug/2016 ko 3:00 pm mene 10000 withdrawl ki the but mere acccount se balance cut chuka tha but machine se koi bhi paise nhi nikle aur mene kahi dare tak wait kari. but koi paise nhi aye aur mene 3/august/2016 se leke abhi tak 10 complaint kar chuka abhi tk 1 rs bhi reverse nhi hua mjhe ye samaj nhi ati hamra yaha subhash nagar ke branch manager ne tak 3 br complainet kardi but unki complainet krne ke baad bhi paise nhi aye aj 16 days ho hai aise konse bank a rule hai har bank ka minimum to aximmum 7 days tak paise vapis ajate but ye gatia bank ke abi tk paise vpis nhi aye hai aise gatia service de rhe hai mai khataa aise bank ko bank hi band kardenq chahie.

      The complaint regarding of atm issue that is the on the date of 9 august 2016 at 3:30 pm i was go to the atm of allahabad bank in batala to collect money from atm but there was a problem that i was perceived the message but i don't receive any money i don't know what was it but i don't receive any money but then i was go to my near branch but they said that that is not the big deal afte 48 hours you money will be back on your account but till now no money no refund was or is back in my account please help me that please refund my money on my account

        There is kcc acount of my grandfather. He want to increase limit of kcc as per goverment rule 10 % per year and he is not able to come bank again and again so when i went to bank today for the same at 3. 30pm and i stood 10 minutes in manager office he did not give any response and suddenly he said, come on friday today time is over. When i tried to give explanation he said get out from my office. So finaly he dont have any manner how to talk with people and he also shown his manager power and said tum aam logo ne mere naak me dam kr rakha h or jayada mujhse bole to chakkr lagbauga daily tumse.... He dont have any kind of mercy...

          I have applied for debit card through mobile banking, they provide me a number and said go to bank after 2 days debit card will be available there. But when i approached bank they denied and said there is no such provision of mobile banking, the only way to get a debit card is to apply at the bank counter... Then i filled application form... But for my shock they didn't accept application form and said come back after 2 days. I am visiting my bank branch since one month to get my own debit card... What kind of service they are offering???...

            Branch manager called me on my registered number...and ask me to visit the bank again...To my surprise i got my debit card within minutes and also they assured me of better service quality...but he ask me to write a satisfaction letter so that he could forward the same to circle head...so i wrote the satisfaction letter...and this happened within one day of filing the complain... So guys let higher authority know about the problem you are facing...unless they know about our problem how could do they help us...i am thankful to pnb consumer complaint desk and also consumercomplaint.in who forwarded my complaint to concerned office and also branch manager who resolved the issue quickly.               I went to bank on 02.08.2016 after taking keave from office to get my phone corrected.
              I filled the form for new number.
              And they said me to wait for 2 days.
              After 2 days i found the incorrect number was updated.
              I mailed them later. But no reply.
              Will i have to take a leave again to get the mistake done by bank official rectified?

After put the all online options to irctc site, i have been harassed due to ticket has not been book and balance rs. 817.50has been debited by my bank account.

                    He told himself a consumer complaint representative and want to know the detail of Debit card . Furthur asked to go on any ATM to get money in notification no - [protected] this might be the account number of that FRAUD

                      Pnb branche baseri employee behaviour not good . Bcz they are very lazy person . Not properly work on working hours . And i go to baseri branche for a new atm so employee told me that come here next day . I am a accountant . So i cnt cm to pnb branche next day . No good talk to us . They people are not good so plz my complaint mind it ... thanks

                          I happened to call pnb uk customer care today[protected], to find out about the india money transfers. I had transferred money to india (Non pnb account) and the money was reversed back to my account, however my transfer fees was deducted, they was no communication on the transfer reversal from bank either.

                          Hence to ensure the same does not happen again before i transfer called the customer care to understand if there was anything to be checked from my end. The lady on phone taniya veiga, firstly dint have any patience to listen to my query, without listening to what i say she was just talking about iban and swift transfers (Which was not what i called for). When i asked her to hold on for a minute, she had a very rude and unruly tone stating she cant stay on hold as it is a call center.

                          I literally had to plead her to stay and listen to my issue. Call center employee must be given technical etiquette training. There was no call reference number given to me either.

                          The purpose of having a call center is to server the customers and help them with the query. If people with such attitude are recruited, i am afraid you may loose some valuable customers.

                            I purchased moto g4 plus mobile phone ₹15079 from amazon on 25/07/2016 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 27/07/2016 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference# 75260826217009251374976 & charge auth code# 802225
                            But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                            Same behaviour by branch also.

                            Am urooj, today 8/8/2016 time was 4;30pm to5pm i went to PNB ATM very urgent there was a guard who is sikh i think he was drunk he did miss behave with me very badly there is recording in cc camera this ATM machine is in MM university mullana Amabala haryana
                            I purchased puma Black, Puma Red and Puma White Casual Backpack[protected] plus bag of rate 620 INR. from amazon on 02/04/2017 and done payment by CASH ON DELIVERY. but order was returned on 06/04/2017 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank.                             got a refund of ₹ 12, 718/- from Amazon.in having reference number 75503729012026142525137 on 11/01/2019. But it's more than 7 business days. But the amount is not credited on my account.
                            Well at the time of deducted amount of ₹ 12, 718/-, I was using without chip debit card. But after as per RBI guidelines, 31/12/2018 I replaced my old debit card. Here are the details.

                                  The main branch of pnb in pratapgarh district o[censored]. p. is saying that no form for issuing of debit cards will be entertained for one month. my sister sarita tripathi has a saving account in pnb pratapgarh branch. she went to the branch with a filled form for issue of debit card. but the staff at the branch told her that she come after one month as we are not issuing debit cards currently. the behaviour of the branch officer mr. mishra was very rude.

                                    Failed atm wdr-9773, time -15:32 to 15:39

                                    Dear banker.
                                    I am sorry to say and mention about the failed
                                    Transaction not issuing the money by the atm as mentioned in the complaint
                                    Location atm ; wide atm no: d9139800, i swept my card for withdrawal of
                                    Rs.10000 receipt was issued by machine and at the same time it was
                                    Destroyed by torning it and threw it in dustbin kept near the atm machine.
                                    I did second transaction for withdrawal of rs.10000 again as 10000 is the
                                    Maximum limit of my account in one transaction but the atm machine did not respond to issue any money and a usual sound was heard by me, no
                                    Transaction print slip came out and no money came out from the machine. I
                                    Again swept the card for withdrawal of rs10000 and at this time machine
                                    Issued 10000 but i got shocked by seeing the printed receipt where in the
                                    Available balance was shown rs.32829.41 which is not acceptable for me
                                    Because the amount deducted was not issued by the machine. I have to slips
                                    In my support one is of mini statement wide transaction no :9781 and second is transaction no :9774. One transaction slip was destroyed by me and failed transaction slip either not issued by the machine or not commanded by me.

                                    This is the failure of your system why i should suffer for rs.10000 while
                                    You are charging for atm and other services regularly. You should
                                    Trengthen your services. I lapse 2 hours to call your call center on toll
                                    Free number to get register my complaint but even there was no response, and on both of your's helpline number an automatic voice was responding that all the representatives are busy, and we were in queue.

                                    Hence, this is your fault totally and you should compensate on every failed to your customer.

                                    what happened so far no reply from PNB ...?
                                    So far no bank representative contacted . In my support it is added that my cash bank withdrawal limit is 20000/= or 25000/= not confirmed but ATM machine always reflect your limit is over when tried to withdraw more than 20000/= . Kindly resolve it and send my money in my account .

                                      Dear pnb team,
                                      This is regarding my amount rs.2800 which was debited but transaction (On 23rd july) of fees payment got canceled.

                                      This has done through internet banking.

                                      First time have heard from customer care that we have to first register our complaint and then wait or 45days to et he solution which is not the case in private sectors.

                                      Today is the time of speedy generation and speedy resolution, waiting or 45days and that too post complaint registration is not the right way to convince the customer.

                                      It looks banks hid off transparency with the customer.

                                      Amount adjusted after speaking to recipient. Firm has recieved extra amount and confirmed and have kept their words for next feees adjustment. Thanks
