Amount debited but not dispensed from atm and transaction declined

On[protected] I ordered an earphone 'one roar den 300' through amazon for Rs.599. Rs.165 was paid through Amazon pay balance and the remaining Rs.434 was paid through my PNB bank account. I returned the product on[protected] and they refund initiated on that day and also got refund reference number.But I have not received the amount Rs.434 yet

Amazon processed my refund on 30 september 2021 but bank not credit it into my account.

My name is Kanav Mahajan and I had ordered Nakoda Plastic Container Box - 23 L, 1 Piece, White of RS. 1000 (Nakoda Plastic Container Box - 23 L, 1 Piece, White) in Amazon on 22nd September 2021 and after 28th September 2021, I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 28th September 2021 on which refund initiated.
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
TRM559TG0000KTOT2N23 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab national bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

I had ordered something from Amazon on 20-september-2021 which i return to amazon on 24th September but not received refund by Amazon. Since i paid rupees 749 for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my pnbbank account which did not happened till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a transaction number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that i called the bank with the transaction number given from Amazon but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. Made a purchase on Swiggy on 30/10 /21 using my Debit Card.
Swiggy cancelled the order and refunded the amount of Rs 2870.
However, it's been 7 days and still the refund amount is not credited in my account.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

I had ordered a product of Rs .991 from Amazon on 25 September 2021 but due to some reasons i returned the product. It was a prepaid order and money was paid by my PNB debit card. The money was deducted and the Order was marked successful. when I returned the product, I received an email from Amazon in which they that said your return is successfully completed & refund initiated to your bank account on 28 September 2021. & you will receive the refund money within 3 to 5 business days but today is 8 October 2021 and I haven't got the money yet in my pnb bank account. I contacted Amazon customer service, they said that the refund has been done successfully from their side and money has been sent successfully to the bank but it's a problem related to bank side and i go to bank but they refused to help me.
