I have reference no. that is give by Amazon

Refund is 10749 rs.
I am a student and this is a huge amount for me.
Plz help me for my refund and credit it into my account as soon as possible.

      My name is Kanav Mahajan and I had ordered Nakoda Plastic Container Box - 23 L, 1 Piece, White of RS. 1000 (Nakoda Plastic Container Box - 23 L, 1 Piece, White) in Amazon on 22nd September 2021 and after 28th September 2021, I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 28th September 2021 on which refund initiated.
      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
      TRM559TG0000KTOT2N23 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab national bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

        Dear sir /medam, I ordered an item from amazon of worth rs 699 /-INR, order (protected). The last date was mentioned as 1st October 2021 for the money to be credited but 8 days have been passed by and i didn't get my refund, being an aspirant 699 rs is a huge amount for me plz resolve this issue as soon as possible

          Address: Punjab National bank

          I had ordered something from Amazon on 20-september-2021 which i return to amazon on 24th September but not received refund by Amazon. Since i paid rupees 749 for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my pnbbank account which did not happened till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a transaction number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that i called the bank with the transaction number given from Amazon but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, but the amount is not credited since then. My refund transaction number is TRM559TG0000KTOSY01N

            Made a purchase on Swiggy on 30/10 /21 using my Debit Card.
            Swiggy cancelled the order and refunded the amount of Rs 2870.
            However, it's been 7 days and still the refund amount is not credited in my account.
            Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

              Hii sir/mam
              I had ordered a product of Rs .991 from Amazon on 25 September 2021 but due to some reasons i returned the product. It was a prepaid order and money was paid by my PNB debit card. The money was deducted and the Order was marked successful. when I returned the product, I received an email from Amazon in which they that said your return is successfully completed & refund initiated to your bank account on 28 September 2021. & you will receive the refund money within 3 to 5 business days but today is 8 October 2021 and I haven't got the money yet in my pnb bank account. I contacted Amazon customer service, they said that the refund has been done successfully from their side and money has been sent successfully to the bank but it's a problem related to bank side and i go to bank but they refused to help me.

              Amazon also gave me the refund reference number which is this -
              ( # TRLUC9WL0000KTOT0RNG)

              being a college student Rs. 991 is big amount for me.
              So I'm highly requesting you to look into the matter. so that i can receive my money as soon as possible.

                  I recently made a purchase from Amazon and then cancelled it.. the money was deducted and the refund process started. I waited for several days and saw that the refund status changed to "issued" I checked my PNB passbook and there was no entry. The balance remained the same. My refund reference number is[protected] . Please help. It was 2, 999rs. Amazon and PNB customer care is not helpful

                      I have applied for a refund on amazon dated 2 Oct 2021 of amount 899/-

                        Not got any refund. Being a student i feel i'm in big trouble as bank is saying no refund is issued in your bank account, and amazon is sayiny the refund reference number is genereted after they credit the amount . I don't Know what to do Please help me out

                                      A refund was initiated from Amazon on 12th September 2021 amounting INR 961 which was supposed to be credited into my account by 17th of September but the amount hasn't been reflected in my pnb bank account yet.
                                      On speaking with the Amazon's customer service team, they have informed that the transaction is pending from the bank's end and asked me to contact PNB customer service center. On contacting them, they deny of any help and asked me to contact my branch.
                                      On contacting the branch, they say they cannot track the refund.
                                      Then I contacted PNB via their email on September 24th. I received a reply on 25th September, asking for my account number to help me further, I reverted back 6 days later. Since then I haven't heard from them and I have been checking my account statement; which doesn't shows anything.
                                      I am attaching the screenshots below

                                      I request you to look into the matter.

                                        I have done phonepe transaction to flipkart of amount 1335 rupees.
                                        Which is failed due to bank network issue.
                                        The money has been deducted from my account and flikart order is not placed
                                        but money has not been refunded .
