Sir, I had ordered a product from Amazon for Rs.630 on 03 September 2021, but the order returned back to amazon since it got damaged in transit.
After the product got received by the seller, Amazon initiated the refund of Rs.630 on 08 September 2021 to my Punjab National Bank account, but the amount has not been credited in my bank account.
The Refund Reference Number is # SP0PIU7X0000KSM7VDJ6, which is provided to me by Amazon.
After calling PNB customer care, they told me that PNB customer care cannot track the amount from the Refund Reference Number and for that I have to visit the Bank's branch.
Then after visiting the branch, they told me the same thing that branch cannot do anything with the Refund Reference Number and they can only tell me if the amount is credited in my account or not.
Please help me, since it's been 23 days since Amazon initiated the refund but still haven't received the money in my Bank account.
