My name is Paritosh Ojha. I'm the Savings Account holder of Punjab National bank (IFSC- PUNB0409800) which is located at Alopibagh Dist: Allahabad, State: Uttar Pradesh, PIN: 211006. I was making an online payment to Merchant on 2 Oct 2021 and the transaction failed and the amount Rs.5000 has been deducted from my account. I made payment through Google Pay (UPI Transaction I’d[protected]
The screenshot of the failed transaction is also attached.
Though the transaction failed message has been received.
So, Kindly you're requested to look into my matter and resolve this issue.

    A refund was initiated from Amazon on 12th September 2021 amounting INR 961 which was supposed to be credited into my account by 17th of September but the amount hasn't been reflected in my pnb bank account yet.
    On speaking with the Amazon's customer service team, they have informed that the transaction is pending from the bank's end and asked me to contact PNB customer service center. On contacting them, they deny of any help and asked me to contact my branch.
    On contacting the branch, they say they cannot track the refund.
    Then I contacted PNB via their email on September 24th. I received a reply on 25th September, asking for my account number to help me further, I reverted back 6 days later. Since then I haven't heard from them and I have been checking my account statement; which doesn't shows anything.
    I am attaching the screenshots below

    I request you to look into the matter.

      I have done phonepe transaction to flipkart of amount 1335 rupees.
      Which is failed due to bank network issue.
      The money has been deducted from my account and flikart order is not placed
      but money has not been refunded .
      The failed transaction id of phonepe is- T2110021836526425557460
      Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

            Sir, I had ordered a product from Amazon for Rs.630 on 03 September 2021, but the order returned back to amazon since it got damaged in transit.

            After the product got received by the seller, Amazon initiated the refund of Rs.630 on 08 September 2021 to my Punjab National Bank account, but the amount has not been credited in my bank account.

            The Refund Reference Number is # SP0PIU7X0000KSM7VDJ6, which is provided to me by Amazon.

            After calling PNB customer care, they told me that PNB customer care cannot track the amount from the Refund Reference Number and for that I have to visit the Bank's branch.

            Then after visiting the branch, they told me the same thing that branch cannot do anything with the Refund Reference Number and they can only tell me if the amount is credited in my account or not.

            Please help me, since it's been 23 days since Amazon initiated the refund but still haven't received the money in my Bank account.

                  PNB Customer Service Team

                  This is regarding my refund of Rs. 1499/- from Amazon that was processed on the 8th of September 2021 by them, however, it has not been credited to my account number XXXXX[protected]. My account is at PNB Noida Sector -1 C-13.

                  I have called PNB customer care and shared the Refund Reference # SOWAOBF20000KSM3TLCI shared by Amazon. They suggested mailing the matter to [protected]@pnb.co.in.

                  I have again checked with Amazon customer care and they have updated that Refund Reference # SOWAOBF20000KSM3TLCI can only be generated once the amount is sent for credit to the Bank and they can't do anything after that and the only option is to file a dispute with PNB.

                  I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest and get my refund credited to my account as soon as possible.

                    Hello gentlemen,
                    I am santosh kumar varma. I have booked the train ticket on 24.07.2021 via AMAZON but first time transdaction failed and 2nd time transdaction done while amount 508.68×2 deducted in both time.
                    According the AMAZON failed amount 508.68 refund against RRN[protected] but this refunded amount not credited in my PNB account yet.
                    So you are requested that please cooperate and resolve.

                      I have done insurance in PNB MetLife on 27 July 2021 and made the payment of 30000
                      Then after that I got verification call from their helpline I gave all the details they asked. Then they were asking too many details day after day then I refuse to do this policy. Till now I have not get any refund from PNB MetLife

                          I had contact through complaint number of Punjab National Bank... They had registered my complaint And after 1 day only my amount is refunded back to my account. They don't even get the notification from consumers complaint platform.

                            My name is Rishibha Jain and I had ordered E-Smile 16 Pack Heavy Duty S Hooks Black S Shaped Hooks Hanging Hangers Hooks of RS. 255.55 in Amazon on 2/09/2021 and after 7/09/2021 I returned this order due to personal reasons. And on 8/09/2021
                            Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                            30005412501245001892144 and told me to fill charge dispute form but the Branch staff rudely ignored my plea. So

                                I already informed you as well as PNB Bank As well as I wrote a complaint to Bank Ombudsman about my transaction. But from 2Feb 2021 to till now I did not get back my money back. My bank Account no is-[protected], Name -Devender Singh Rawat, Money 5647 Rupees. I really don't know where the hell my money has gone. I called so many times to the customer care of PNB as well as IXIGO care. But the PNB customer agent is saying that your money has transferred to IXIGO and IXIGO agent is saying that they did not receive any money from here. Now what should I do. Even I talk to the PNB Manger of my area but she said i can't help you on that just write a complaint to the Bank Ombudsman.

                                  I am MOUSUMI PAUL, savings account holder of PNB bank, my account number is[protected], KASBA BRANCH. On 7th JULY I had a transaction of₹2931 but It was unsuccessful because if the transaction was successful then there is no reason to initiate refund of mine by Razorpay authorities.. So, Razorpay has initiated my refund of ₹2931 with the reference number[protected]. I have attached the screenshot of the details. But after so many days I didn't get any refund of ₹2931.

                                  I want to register complaint against punjab National Bank for not initiating my refund o₹2931. It was the day of 7th July. I need my money ASAP. PLEASE HELP ME SIR.

                                    निवेदन है कि मैं आसमा w/o वरीस मेरा खाता PNB बढ़ापुर मै है खाता सं. [protected] है मेंने 02/09/2021 को अपने खाते में बैंक ओफ बड़ोदरा का एक चैक 100000 रुपये का जमा किया था जिसकी चैक सं. है 000946 है लेकिन हमारे खाते में अभी तक चैक नहीं जमा हुआ
