I have ordered a mb super gainer of rs. (3399) from amazon which i refunded to amazon then after refund were initiated but not reflect in my pnb bank account.its been 10 days gone i didn't get my money back.

    Sir, I have ordered the product ( Big Fox Suede Leather Sandals) on 24th February 2021. The price of the product was 498 including delivery charges.The mode of payment was cash on delivery. The order ID is[protected]. and Original invoice number is IN-5990. The refund issued on 9th march 2021.and Amazon Return ID is DdGLCxqzRRMA. the credit note number is CN-1604.
    Its been 7 months after claiming my return and Amazon also issued the but i did not get the money. Sir please help me as soon as possible.

      I have purchased the SGB from OBC(now pnb) through online mode (certificate and details are attached). In the month of JUNE 2021, interest should be credited but yet it is not received. In SGB online purchase history (internet banking) no record is found. Kindly do the needful. many time emails have been sent to PNB customer care, but matter is not resolved

I am in urgent need of ATM card but bank is not providing me ATM card and even bank is not explaining me the reason for this delay. So I request you to kindly provide me ATM card as soon as possible.

            On 30 August 2021. I made a transaction. I try to add money from Punjab nation bank account to Paytm wallet. Which I usually do. But after proceeding further it is showing that please wait, after some time I got a message that money has been deducted from your account.
            But when i cross check it, no money has been added to my paytm wallet. Now neither on my account nor on my wallet, money is not there. and i didn't get my refund till yet.

                  I ordered boat airdopes 281 pro from amazon on 18th of jul and received the order on 25th of july and the price of the product is ₹1999 and i returned the product on 30th of july and amazon have initiated the refund of ₹1999 on 9 of august but not yet received in my bank account i complain to the amazon they give me reference no[protected] i will give it to pnb customer care but they have not given me proper information so plzzz help me

                    due to personal reason. The seller has initiated the refund of Rs.521/- to our bank account on 24 Jul 21

                      The complaint for payment made on wrong UPI was registered on bank portal and the application was also submitted in bank on Next day only after the incident as incident day was Sunday. But no action was taken by the concerned department. Now 45 days are over and nobody is listening in bank as well as customer care.

                            The employees of this branch don't know how to talk with customers..they are totally mannerless. They don't help to customer even after requesting.
                            They use to give half of information for anything..they shout like illiterate people with eachother..some of them are just there for gossips..

                            Totally pathetic environment..

                            Please look into this matter.

                              I have ordered goods from Amazon and Mamaearth worth rupee 389, 799 and 1042 respectively.
                              Later due to some issues with the product, I returned my Amazon order and cancelled Mamaearth product too.
                              The refund have been initiated but it's around a month now, I have not recieved any refund messages.
                              Please consider my request and check the refund. I will be grateful to you.

                                  Bank has frozen my saving account without providing any information. I am staying in Lucknow and my Bank account is in Partawal Bazar, Maharajganj(UP). Customer care is asking me to visit Bank home branch even knowing the current Covid situation. I hardly visit my hometown(in 3-5yrs). I have already linked my Aadhar and PAN details with bank.
                                  I have also sent an email(attached copy of PAN and Aadhaar ) to PNB branch requesting to unfreeze my debit account but I have not get any response yet.

                                  Not solved yet. How can you mark my problem as solved? You just dropped me a mail and my problem is solved? How can the Consumer Complaint Portal allow you to do so? As a solution, there should be an option to get approval from consumers before mark ticket as resolved.

                                  Is this the right forum for consumer complaints? I do not think so. I have doubts on this platform and the reason for doubt is that you have not taken any action against that bank. I still haven't received any clarification or solution from the bank and you have marked my problem solved.

                                    I got a refund of Rs.283 on 11 aug 2021 from Amazon but It didn't credited to My PNB account. ON calling amazon, it said that the refund was processed on 11 aug and given an RRN NUMBER. On contacting PNB they said that RRN has no use.

                                      From my account unwanted Upi transactions done at 18 may 2021 is 10, 000 and at 20/5/2021 is 25 rps and at 8/82020 is 10rps debited without my permission and doesn't send any notifications and msgs of that transactions if I called for block my account then customer care say that my no. Are not registered in bank but bankers says my no. Registered .

                                        This is regarding RTGS of Rs. 500000/- (five lakh) done on 1st January 2021 Through my Account No [protected], Cheque no 051245 without my knowledge.
                                        I had issued this cheque to Mr. Arun Kumar Gupta of Rs. 500000/- (five lakh) on 21.12.2020 in clearing to Union bank of India.
                                        As the RTGS was done the bank without any phone confirmation and any other information, I request you to kindly refund the entire amount that is Rs 500000/- (five lakh) to my Account without any further delay.
