I got a refund of Rs.283 on 11 aug 2021 from Amazon but It didn't credited to My PNB account. ON calling amazon, it said that the refund was processed on 11 aug and given an RRN NUMBER. On contacting PNB they said that RRN has no use....

I was paying my Airtel Postpaid bill of Rs. 942.80 via PNB net banking services today, and the amount got deducted but the transaction failed and showed payment unsuccessful.

My account no is [protected]. I am customer of PNB Bank from last 10 years and from past few months my account is showing "debit frozen" I am not sure why? I went to main branch they asked me update the KYC so I submitted all necessary documents and KYC got updated. But still same issue and still showing debit frozen Account. Please look into this matter....
