Sir(s), my service pension has been revised vide PCDA (pensions) Allahabad vide their Corr PPO No.C/CORR/Misc/337845/2009 dt 30 Mar 2010 and copy has been forwarded to PNB, Nana Peth, Pune-411002 vide HEMRL Sutarwadi, Pune-21 letter No. HEMRL/ADMIN/3202/29/REV-PEN/SS dt.
17-5-10.with a copy to PNB Aundh, Pune-411007 from where I am drawing my pension as per A/c No. [protected].

On 3rd Sep 2010 I came to know from the entry of my pension pass book that my revised pension, arrears and capitalized value has not been credited even after three and half months of receipt of above PPO in their banks.

I request you to kindly look into the matter so as to enable me to get my due amount of my revised pension, arrears and capitalized value w/o any further delay.

    I had oprated ATM located near punjab national bank Aashiana Branch Lucknow in Khazana Market Complex on 03 August 2010 to withdraw Amount of Rs2000/=00 .However the Amount was not received due to fault in ATM.and the Amount was though debited to my Saving Bank Account No[protected].The matter was reported next day ie on 4th August 2010 in writting to the punjab national bank Aashiana Branch Lucknow but inspite my repeated visits to Bank nothing could be known from them. I request that atleast I should be informed the present status of the transaction.

        I have an account in Punjab National Bank, Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur branch.
        I need sign proof for home loan. I have spent whole day in bank but bank manager and clerk missguide me.
        First they told me that i can not provide you your sign proof.
        After 1-2 hour they told me that write an application for sign proof.
        I have written an application and gave them then they told me that take a sign proof performa from the bank from which you are taking Home Loan. When I asked them do you have any sign proof performa then they told me that PNB does not have any sign proof performa.
        They gave me mental harresment whole day.

        I need sign proof on plain paper but they have not provide me.

        I would like to know that PNB is working like this.

          I Rama Shankar have a PNB saving account at Panjab National Bank, Rajendra chowk, Hajipur,Bihar A/c No. [protected]. once day dated 24.07.2010 I go pnb atm gandhi chowk as soon as i going to receive cash suddendly atm shut down. I havent my cash but my account has deducted 11000.00. when i see my account balance i socked but i call customer care and inform that situtaion he inform me wait for fifteen days my complain no. Is[protected].07.2010 . But till date only follow up customer care or atm cell pnb branch but i am not able to credited in my account.

          Plz do need fool .

          HDFC — SHUT DOWN OF ATM AT HAJIPUR

          The shutter of HDFC bank ATM at gandhi chowk is always down by the guard.
          the guard always says that ATM is out of order.

                This is with reference to the annual life certificate submission of my grandmother Smt. Lalita Pillay, a pensioner of Punjab National Bank, 5 No. Stop Branch, Bhopal. Aged 85 years, She is too old and is a patient with problems of arthritis. It is virtually impossible for her to go and get herself verified in the Bank for submitting life certificate due to her problems with walking and our house being on the third floor with no lift facility. The last year's (2009) life certificate verification for her has been kept pending due to her inability to go to the bank. we have visited the branch and contacted the manager about this almost repeatedly 3-4 times requesting him to send some bank person with us for the verification purposes. We are ready to bring the bank official home in our car and drop him back but the bank manager has been too rude everytime saying that he does not have man power. Its hardly a 15-20 minute task to be done but the bank is not ready to cooperate especially the manager behaves in a very curt and unfriendly manner who is not ready to understand the problem at all. Now for the last couple of months, grandmother's pension has been stopped and ATM card blocked by the bank on grounds of non-submission of life certificate. We again contacted the bank but the same curt reply has been given by the manager. I strongly oppose the bank's inhuman attitude toward's its customers especially pensioners many of whom are old and incapable because of health reasons like my grandmom. The bank should make arrangements to facilitate verification of old patients at their home. If the bank does not provide me with a solution, what should i do?

                I Neeta Anil Shrivastava open a pension account at Punjab National Bank Kalyan(W) Karnik Road, opposite Ajit Scanning Center Kalyan(W). My pension has been credited to my account but my children's pension not yet credited to their account from March 2010 onwards. I personally visited to branch frequently i.e twice in every month and lodge a compliant at the Kalyan branch, but till date I have not received pension of my children from March 2010 onwards.
                The detail of account no is as under:-

                I have submitted my live certificate along with my children live certificate every year in November. Only my pension is credited but my children's pension account was not credited.

                The Branch Manager from Kalyan Branch(W) Shri Chafekar and K.V. Satyamurthy told that the pension will be credited in their account in the next month.
                Please look into the matter personally and do the needful.

                I hope you will solve my problem as early as possible. It is not possible for me to visit the branch frequently as i have to take care of my old mother in law.
                I shall be highly obliged you will consider my complaint seriously and you will take of me i.e Neeta Anil Shrivastava.

                Once again you are requested to please look into the matter and get the favourable reply very soon.

                I had already lodge this complaint through mail at [protected]@pnb.co.in 13th January 2011, but still my problem is not solved.

                I fully agree. I am retd. Juge gettinsion from 1996. As latest Pension revision Act passed M.P. Legislature. The concerned Branch i.e. Jumerati Bhopal M.P. has to revise the pension but has not been done so far despite my complaint to G.M.

                The Bank Manager instead feeding on false promises. They should do what is required to be done under the law. Non revision of pension is difficiency in Serrvice and must be dealt stricly.

                  Currently I have saving account in PNB- Branch Sahibabad (Ghaziabad) AC/ Number : [protected] & bank address is : A-25 , Shyam Park Extn , GT Road (PIN-201005) Phone :[protected] .
                  I have used my PNB ATM Card no: [protected] for money withdrawal in Oriental Bank of Commerce ATM in Dhampur , Distt-Bijnor on 12/3/2010, I have applied for Rs 10000/- withdrawal three times & I have received Rs 10000/- Only ONCE (In THIRD ATTEMPT), In First attampt there was no transaction but amount of Rs 10000/- was debited from account , In second attampt there was again no transaction but no amount debited from A/C , In third attampt I have received amount of Rs 10000/- also one more debit of Rs 10000/-

                  But the only issue is that excess amount of Rs 10000/- has been debited from my account without any transction (In first attemt) , I request you to look into the matter & please arrange justice to me , I have registred complaint in PNB customet compliant number is :[protected]On dt : 12/4/2010) , Second compliant registred after 15 days & complaint number is : 26993923 .

                  I have contacted PNB Branch & Branch Manager several times but no response .

                  I have used my PNB ATM Card no: 512652xxxxxxx255 for money withdrawal of Rs.8500/- on 13/10/2010 from PNB ATM Booth (39/105, Meston Road, Kanpur.) But Cash was not released. Then I made a complain on PNB Help Line No.[protected].Our Complaint No.is 50679641 dt.15/10/2010 (Our ATM ID No.is 1025600.

                  Today is 17/11/2010 (more than 1 month) still I have, nt received my money in my A/c. That whyI request you to look into the matter & please arrange justice to me, I have contacted PNB Branch & Branch Manager several times but no response .So Please consider my request and please do needful.I am in very need of money.I shall be highly oblige.

                  I also many time send the complaint concern dept.but no any progress in this so i feel very bvad than i call consumer fouram and he say complaint to you sir pls help me for majar issue.Exsectly prblem blewo mansion.


                  I am santosh kumar chaturvedi, my saving a/c no. [protected] in pnb Nirankari branch Delhi .



                  I used pnb atm on date 27/03/2011 in vishweshwar Ganj Ghazipur U.P for only amount checking purpose but my card not read and massage is show card is unavailable. Then

                  I phonic talking to customer care after one hour and he is say to me no any transaction in your account before one hour. I checked again on 4/04/2011 in atm, and my balance debited 15000 Rs. Amount on 27/03/1011. Then I complaint to CC of pnb . He is note the complaint and Give me a complaint no.54757938. And after 10 day’s CC person say your transaction is successful .no any help you to our side. But I am not withdrawal on 27/03/2011.



                  Then I call to consumer court and they are saying you are written complaint to nodal officer.

                  Consumer court Reference no. is 293471.



                  pls do the needfull for the same.

I HAD WITHDRAWN CASH FROM PNB ATM AT GANESH PURA, TRI NAGAR ON 03/04/2012.RS 10000 AROUND 7:30 PM BUT THE AMOUNT GOT DEDUCTED FROM MY A/C BUT I HAD NOT RECEIVED MONEY FROM THE MACHINE AS AT THE TIME TO TRANSACTION PROCEEDING, THE ATM MACHING GOT AUTOMATICALLY SHUT DOWN FOR A WHILE.
                  AND NEXT DAY IT WAS SHOWING RS. 10, 000/- CREDITED FROM THE A/C.

                  I HAVE COMPLAINT IN PNB ATM CELL ON 04/04/2012.BEARING COMPLAINT NO[protected].

                        Punjab National Bank — WRONG DEDECTION ON MONEY

                        Respected sir,
                        I want to state that my account number ([protected]).This account is from Dehradun branch office of PNB.I was done transaction on (02/march/2009) for five hundred rupees (500/-). But the transaction was blocked and 500/-Rs wrong deducted from my account .Again on (12/march/2009), I was done transaction for ten thousand rupees(10000/-Rs).The transaction was blocked and (10000/-Rs) wrongly deducted from my account. I am student of engineering college. I am facing so many problems because that time, I have no money. For the above mention transaction (500/-Rs), I was call your tool free number ([protected]) and the complain no[protected]. Now There were Eleven days past but no reply .Also for (10000/-Rs) I was wrote the complain in branch office of my account.

                          With due respect I beg to state that I have applied for Education Loan in punjab national bank at branch civil line deoia, before 25 days( for B.tech course) i have applied online form but they donot take any action for my education loan.I have checkup through your bank, (all document for education loan),Manager have given green signal to produce the document with loan application.As per instruction.At present my case is pending in Deoria,(civil line deoria).I have already visit with my father With Mr. Anoop singh.I am goint to bank daily as manager instruction but they do not take action, since i have no account in punjab national bank but my father have an account in punjab national bank in mumbai .

                          That sir, I clearly inform you that I unable to pay any amount of Rupees in my institute.so I requested you to please look into the matter as soon as possible, so that I can deposit the feeto my college on or before the 20th.August,2010.

                          That Sir,My class is going on full swing ,If you are not able to sanction the loan please inform me so that I can apply another bank for education loan.

                                I did internet reservation (e ticket) using PNB ATM card on 07/08/2010, saturday.I booked two tickets of Rs 608/- each, Total = Rs 1216/- but clicked 4 times. Instead of a debit of Rs 1216, the bank has debited Rs 2432/- double for the two tickets i have booked on the site www.irctc.co.in.

                                  This is to bring to your kind notice that there has been a fraud withdrawl of cash of Rs8000 from my account on sunday.I have made transaction on saturday morning for Rs 200 after which the balance amount of Rs137 remained.A check in my name HANISHA DUA has been deposited of amount Rs8050 in krishnna nagar branch on thursday.again i tried transaction for the amount deposited recently but the atm showed insufficient amount so we tried again on sunday but the same response came.On enquiry from the bank i came to know that the transaction has been made already at on 25 july, 9:27 on sunday morning from the pnb gandhi nagar branch.Neither I have shared my password with anyone nor do i have given my no to anyone.My atm card is always with me .A transaction of Rs 8000 has been made by someone as told by officials.Please if you could help me in this matter and can make recovery of the same amount.We are going through financial crises ,so please if you could make the execution as soon as possible.

Now he is totally bedridden, he couldn't move from his bed. That he kept some important assets in his locker No-39, at Korba Branch, Chatisgrah that is urgently needed for medical expenses.
