i am here by draw your kind attention that since long we have asking about procedure for giving authorisation to operate locker, i am already inform in my letter that account holder suffering from kidney problem he could not move from his bed, but PNB authority was deef ear towrads our request.
I am here with attach my complain letter which we already inform to PNB.

I am here with like to draw your kind attention that my uncle namely Dhiren Kumar Barik operate a locker along with saving account since 1981 at Korba branch, Chatisgrah while he was staying there, but due to kidney problem he leave that place and now staying at his home town i.e. Barikpur near Bhadrak, Orissa. Now he is totally bedridden, he couldn't move from his bed. That he kept some important assets in his locker No-39, at Korba Branch, Chatisgrah that is urgently needed for medical expenses. Now he desires to authorize his daughter to operate his locker. So kindly suggest me most urgently how can he authorize his daughter from his hometown Barikpur, Bhadrak, Orissa to operate his locker?
For this act of kindness I shall very grateful to you.

      i not easy to open my net banking a/c please help me sir
      i have applied for netbanking on 5july from my mobile phone & pnb customercare gave me one no.[protected]& told to wait for 15 days but i have not received my pin yet
      hi sir pl quik fast service net banking
      I can open carporate user on my compute but i can't open retail user & i can open retail user on my other system but i can't open carporate user on that system.why?
      i want to start my net banking...how can i do des.?????????

        now the bank of guhla cheeka punjab national bank's condition is very poor.consumer are not also satisfy with bank employs(cashier-manager) the funny thing, is all the employ take smoking in the basement and destroyed environment.the atm machine also a big problem because it is in the bank building so the customers face a big problem..nobody can use this machine after bank working time so we can say the punjab national bank guhla is not good...please care the bank...

          I am pursuing my post graduate from ashoka inlead school of hospitality my admission date is 1 feb 2010 .Punjab national bank gurgaon gave assurance and approval letter to give education loan for ashoka inlead students.

          my father is Ex-servicemen from army and we are not able to deposit my fee by own.because of assurance given by bank i took admission.After three month bank reject my application because my brother allready took education loan from orient bank of commerce and he is in default list of that bank.my brother is mechanical engineer and at recession time he resign from his job. know again he got job and he is able to pay his education loan.

          my college give me 100% job gaurantee but because of my loan is not pass i cannot continue my study . so i appeal you to kindly order to bank for passing my education loan.

Meri cibil report mein 75000 rs ka loan 16june, 2006 ko dikha raha hai. jiska bank account no.[protected] hai , bank p.n.b. mein bta raha hai jo ki maine nahi lia. maine jab p.n.b. bank se baat ki to unhone btaya ki hamara acc. no all india mein 16 digit ka hai jabki jo acc. no. cibil dvara muje dia gya vo 14 digit ka hai. mere loan acc. ki sahi tarike se aur jaldi se jaldi janch ki jae aur muje iski information di jae taki mera ruka hua kaam thik ho sake.

            Sir I ( Durgesh Kumar ) A/C NO [protected] am unable to withdraw the amount by my ATM card. Since last two days I am trying to do that but machine is giving a response code 050 and unauthorized card usage. Other facilities like balance inquiry etc are available.
            I approached to customer care ,they told me that some of the options might be disabled from your mother branch. Yesterevening I phoned to your branch member about this case.

            Therefore you are kindly requested to take appropriate action against this inconvenience to this customer as soon as possible.

              ATM COMPLAINT

              Dear Sir/Mam,

              I have account in PNB, we had been faced problem during cash withdraw HDFC ATM, we have done teansaction in HDFC ATM on dt. 11 Jan 11 in which transaction we have collect amount from ATM 11000.00 & 10000.00 another required but transaction detuct my account but i am not received this amount from HDFC ATM, i am already complain log in customer care vide complain no. 53352733, please if this issue solved now when mail mark me on my E Mail ID [protected]@sify.com & [protected]@corelogistic.com

              I tried withdrawing an amount of Rs 500 from my account and accidently did not take it take it out on time and the machine sucked in the money back. Now my account is debited for the same amount but I do not have that money. I went to the nearby PNB bank to lodge a complaint but he asked me to call on [protected] to lodge a complaint. For the past two days I have been calling up day and night but the only response that I get is "This route is busy". Please help me with this.
              So much so that I have lost the transaction details also. :(
              But I tried taking out the money on Thursday i.e. 24th March 2011.
              The atm is located in Kabir nagar, Jalandhar, Punjab. And the transaction was made around 1 o'clock.

                I would like to draw your kind attention in a desperate situation that my Account (A/C NO.[protected]) has been debited on different dates i.e.,[protected],[protected] &[protected] for Rs.5,349/-without any basis (break-up is being given in detail at the bottom herein) and reasons best known to the bank as I have never used/withdrawn the above said amount through my ATM cum Debit card and hence, I am very much surprised by this mis-happening being a bonafide customer since long and I am very much disappointed that this was caused to me through our reputed/well-known Punjab National Bank situated at G.T.Road, Ghantaghar.Ghaziabad.This above fact/incidence was brought immediately to the knowledge of the present manager of the above mentioned branch on 03-may-2010. Furthermore, I am very much worried about the safety of my confidential data base kept with you assuming safety of the same.

                Till now, no positive action has been taken by resolving my very serious problem of reimbursement of money without my knowledge/consent.

                Now, in anticipation with immediate positive strong action from you to my satisfaction by remitting the above said amount in my account without making any further delay in the subject matter.

                Hope, you will inform me about the same as earliest as possible.

                  We are having embroidery unit in the name of rushiraj embroidery at c/74,pramukh park industrial estate,padesara,surat.We have purchased two embroidery machine in year 2007 for which we have taken loan under tuff scheme from Punjab national bank majura branch surat.Till date we have paid our installments to bank regularly.After complition of period required under tuff scheme, we have inquired regarding our payment of subsidery amount whether it is received or not ? The bank manager stated that it is yet not released from central govt.We frequntly inquired regarding our payment, as all our neighbouring unit received payment from respective bank, than we again inquired, now bank stated your payment is yet not received.During month of march 2010 we have written a letter to head branch of punjab national bank delhi and copy to HR.The branch manager told us that your file is not traceble at circul office,and it is misplaced by the bank's staff.Than branch sent another copy of our file to circul office.We have approched manager of bank at relevent time.He stated that your case will be put up in board meeting and thereafter we will decide what to do.
                  Sir we request you to intervene in this matter.We are micro small scale unite, having poor financial condition.Now-a-days there is no margin in the embroidery work.It is very difficult to survive for small unite.We have timely lodge our claim with bank but after passing three years now bank stated that file is misplaced.
                  In entire episode there is no mistake from our side.It is here to mention that we requirely getting money of interest subsidiary from state govt.
                  We humbly requesting you sir to please intervene in this matter and direct the bank of realize our tuff subsidiary amount.

                    My name is ANKIT KUMAR SHARMA. I have an account with bank account number [protected] in branch railway road Gandhi marg, ALIGARH.
                    I want to withdraw some amount from ATM but unfortunately I haven’t received the cash because of shortage of funds. Next day when again I do the same procedure then I saw there was already 7000/- debited from our account. I shocked and went to your nearest branch at patel chowk. They people told me contact their customer care and after that customer care told us that you have to wait for 15 days and the funds will be credited.
                    After waiting so long, when we again contact the customer care then they told us you have to visit your branch where the account you have. We had faced the same there.

                    Now, please tell me what we have to do.

                      Subject:- Cash Not Withdrawal but Amt.Rs.5000/- Debited in A/c.

                      I, Surendra Prasad Gupta, have an A/c No.[protected] with Punjab National Bank Bank Road Gkp.,used my ATM Card to withdraw Rs. 5000/- from my account at the ATM counter of PNB MMM ENG.COLLEGE Deoria RD on Dt.15/06/2010 at 3.30 pm. As soon as I inserted my ATM card and entered details of withdrawal of Rs.5000/- Internal Process being in ATM Machine but No money came out. Blank printed slip also came out then I asked to Security Guard about Cash withdrawl he say that Cash less in ATM Machine and reuse for less than 5000/- then at 3.38 pm i withdrawal Rs.3000/- only .As per slip I found that an amount of Rs.5000/- has been deducted from my PNB account. Later I complained about this to the Contact No.[protected] on dt.15/06/2010 and next on dt.18/06/2010 but no action was taken. The customer care service advised me to make a written complaint to crm.isgipnb.com.in but this site could not open even after many attempts. Please forward this complaint to the customer care PNB and oblige.

                        This is to bring to your kind notice that yesterday (23rd June, 2010 at 20.24 at AM ID D2150400) I tried to withdraw Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) from PNB ATM located at Sheikh Sarai Phase-II, New Delhi-110017 using my SBI debit card. The ATM machine didn’t dispense the requested amount but the transaction slip dispensed from the ATM machine reflecting Rs.10,000/- debited from my account. The ATM machine also stopped working after that. The facts were brought to the notice of Security Guard deployed for this ATM who advised to complain SBI.
                        The details mentioned on the transaction slip are as follow:-

                            Not a good customer Servies Staff and manager never being on time. Staff Do not have manners to deal with their customer. they are sitting on Enquiry counters and other counters but they cant help customer first they use rude way cummunication and then sort out r they getting paid for their jobs or they are doing some sort of asocial work is thier anyone who can take steps against as i never found brach manager their in the morning and whenever u ask staff where is the manager they never reply properly about manager's timings. this is the worst situation of punjab national bank opposite pathanpura near sophia market saharanpur.

                              My PPO No.[protected] of Dt.[protected].
                              I left for 4 months to USA on 20thApril, 2010. While proceeding I handed over a repeat letter of request on 12thApril, to kindly ensure that my Commuted pension instalment was to be Over on the 31st March, 2010. But on return in August this year I found that this was not done or ensured. I again gave the application in person and was promised to definitely do the needful and also charge the arrears.

                                My name is Sushil Kumar and my Mb. no is [protected], sir had to deposit Rs 4000/- in my brothers account which is in Samalkha (Haryana) Branch i was in the queue from one hour when it was my trun cashier said that he will accept cash form the person who is of our branch and latter from you i complant to manager but he said that the casher said correct you should wait till customer of our branch is there and latter we will take your cash so sir it take two hour to deposit cash

                                  Sir, I am Rajesh Kumar Verma, holding an account in PNB Bank, Ghaziabad U.P, with Account No:[protected] went for transaction on 2nd june 08 at near abut 8:00 pm for an mount of Rs.1000 from PNB ATM Punjab National Bank, Hazratganj , to some technical error, i couldn't receive cash. I writen complaint to PNB bank GHAZIABAD 43 AMBEDKR MARG Ghaziabad and also to customer care of PNB. But I didn't get any amount to till date though they are regularly assuring me.

                                  Kindly take some necessary action to return my amount.

                                  Sir, I am Ex-Employee ( clerk-cum-Cashier ) of Punjab National Bank, Surendranagar ( Gujarat ) staying at Surendranagar .

                                  Sir, I applied for Net Banking Facility since last 4 years, till to-day, Punjab National Bank is not providing me Net Banking Facility .

                                  Sir, My Personalised ATM Card was issued to me before 4 years, but after a very few Days, our Head Office, IT Dept. has written a letter to our Bank alongwith other 10-11 ATM Card Numbers, stating that there is a Technical Problem in These Cards, please send back to us & we'll send New ATM Cards to ATM Card Holders. Since 4 years have been passed, no Personalised ATM Card is issued to me yet.

                                  This is with reference to my letter to you in the 1st week of October, 2008 and direct communication with the concerned official in the ATM Dept.

                                  On 28.09.08, I had used my ATM card to withdraw cash (Rs.5000/-) from the Standard Chartered Bank ATM at Sector 2, Vashi. The ATM did not dispense the cash. On updating my pass book I found that Rs.5020/- is debited to my account even though no money was dispensed by the ATM. I have immediately informed your bank both in writing and with personal follow ups with the concerned official in the ATM Dept. I was informed that the amount would be credited as soon as Standard Chartered Bank does their reconciliation.

                                  It is now 6 months since the episode, and the matter remains unsolved. I earnestly request you to personally look into the matter and help me in this regard.

                                  I am Mr.Dhananjaya Shriram Ladikar saving bank account no [protected] Punjab National Bank, Manish Nagar Branch, NAGPUR 440015.

                                  I have used Punjab National Bank ATM south City Raebareli Road Lucknow ATM-ID D1479300 on 12.05.2009 around 10.02 a.m. I have done three withdrawals amounting to Rs 10, 000, Rs8000 and Rs 8000.Out of which Rs 8000 is debited from my saving account but I have not received any cash. I have registered this complaint on 19.05.09 vide complaint no 14846191. Till date there is no response.
                                  Total amount is Rs 26000, which is not possible. My mini statement is showing withdrawl of Rs 26000 on 12.05.09, as maximum cash withdrawal allowed is Rs 25000 per day only.

                                  There is no feedback at Customer care Punjab National Bank till date30.07.2009. They have directed me to talk to ATM Reconsilation Department on telephone no[protected]. But it is difficult/impossible to contact at this number. It is busy all the time.If nothing is learnt from your end in the next 7 days I will have no other choice than to approach to the consumer court for the same.

                                  Punjab National Bank — Debit from account but not received

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I have registered a complaint with your customer care department no. 16684022 on 06 June 2009. After that I contacted your customer care executives thrice for an update but till date I have not received any money, call or any response from your side.I just received a mail acknowledge that, Sir, Claim with other bank has been lodged. Your A/C will be credited soon.
                                  I hope you will not compel me to take legal recourse of the matter. After all my hard money of Rs.5000/- has been retained in an illegal and unauthorized manner. In case I did not heard anything within 15 days of sending this electronic mail. I will be compel to approach consumer redresall forum and will seek damages from the manager of the bank who is rolling me from one corner to another. I hope you will not compel me to take such steps.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                        I Roshan Singh with PNB A/c- [protected] tried to book an air ticket by Indigo Airline in the begining of march, 2010. Unfortunately ticket could not be booked due to some technical error appeared on the screen but my account debited with Rs. 5,340.00. On 10 th march i lodged a compalint with PNB customer care ( compalint no[protected] and was assured by them to solve the problem within 45 working days. I contacted many a times to PNB customer care but they told me to wait. Now it is 5 th june, 2010 and my amount is still pending debited. therefore you are requested to do the needful.
