      I had ordered the smartphone from Flipkart later I cancelled the order due to delay in delivery.the Flipkart said that they had refunded the money but still it was not credited to my account.

        I had made a payment of Rs 3904/- on 12/01/2021 to amazon but the order failed and the payment was successful and amazon initiated refund on 14/01/2021 and i havent received the said amount of Rs 3904/- till date in my bank account i.e [protected]. And even i have filed the charge dispute form and written various emails to pnb but to no effect please look into the matter and credit the said amount in my account

        I had ordered a phn of Rs 11078/- on 29th of Jan and cancelled it next day... payment was successfully refunded by amozone but I haven't received amount till date.
        I did complain also in pnb and amozone but no effect seen.
        Please look into this matter

            Excuse me
            I have purchased a Milton bottle worth 677 from amazon and the next day I returned it. They said they have done the refund but till now I didn't get that in my account. After that, I consult with amazon customer service as well as my bank customer service and amazon service provided me the Refund reference number for that and said to fill a charge dispute form against the bank. But there is no other way to do that so I'm writing here
            please help me to resolve this problem

                I have ordered bourge mens loire-z1 running shoes 27Jan, 2021.It was received but i have returned my product.

                Amazon initiated the refund on 2Feb, 2021 and it was expected to come on 5-7Feb.

                Amazon gave me the reference id 74332741034103309175052 but the Punjab National Bank has still not credited my money.

                This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                    I have made the booking on goibibo and then made refund request on 3rd Feb, 2021. They have processed the payment on 3rd Feb but amount is not credited in my account. Amount was rs. 4379 and ARN number to track the transaction is [protected]. It has passed the expected date to credit in my account. Please refund my money as I need it asap and credit it to my account.

                      Respected Sir/Madam,
                      I wanted to pay through amazon using Rupay debit card on 25/11/2020 but each time transaction shown not successful and i got message of retry.But when i checked after few hours my money got deducted from my account and when i contacted amazon they told me that payment was not successful from bank side at time of placing order and they gave me RRN no. for one payment of Rs 2621 which is 898009 and for other unsuccessful payment of Rs 2621 is RRN no. 897996.Also at starting i tried to pay netmeds through amazon using Rupay debit card but it got failed and Rs 2620.87 deducted from my account but still it did not refunded back in my account.All these transactions were made in early morning/midnight 25/11/2020.I contacted on PNB customer care no. through my father mobile no.on 10th dec. 2020 and compaint regarding Rs 2620.87 was registerd with complaint no. I[protected], customer care adviced to wait for 5 days and assured that other refund will also be added into my account but it did not happen.So i again contacted pnb customer care and he told me that complaint is under process.On same day my Rs 1000 amonunt was deducted but it refunded back on 28/12/2020 back but its complaint was also registered.On 22 dec. 2020, complaint no. I[protected], I[protected], I[protected] were registered.Previously as mentioned above I[protected] was registered.Now i didnt get my three time deducted money back Rs 2620.87, Rs 2621, Rs 2621.I was told to fill dispute form at bank branch by toll free no. but bank branch dont know about such form procedure.Concerned branch tried to find about dispute form but they didnt get information about such forms.Now after 2 month my money is not refunded back due to error by bank system.I have send them email and 3 reminders but i didnt get my money back.So i request u to please help me to get refund Rs 2620.87, Rs 2621, Rs 2621 back into my account no.

                      Got Rs 2621, Rs 2621 whose RRN no. i got from amazon but still 2620.87 is not received.I have mentioned that complaint no. also which is made to PNB.That amount was deducted initially on 25/11/2020 and did not reach amazon as i tried to pay through rupay debit card directly to netmed using amazon.complaint no. is I[protected] dated 10th dec2020 that complaint is made through my father mobile.

                      It is proof that amount of Rs 2620.87 was deducted on 25/11/2020 from my account but it was not reached to company, amazon show payment was failed to whom i had to make payment.Also it is not refunded back to my account.Complaint no. I[protected] was registered

                      Got Rs 2621, Rs 2621 whose RRN no. i got from amazon but still 2620.87 is not received.I have mentioned thats complaint no. also which i made to PNB.That amount was deducted initially and did not reach amazon as i tried to pay through rupay debit card.

                        I paid an amount of ₹1099 through online transaction method for my order on Amazon App on 19th January 2021, however, the very next day i cancelled my order. Amazon said they have initiated the refund and i would get it in 4-5 days but it has been 15 days from the expected day of refund and still i haven't received my refund. Amazon gave me RRN also. I contacted customer care services of both sides, several times(PNB & AMAZON) but both sides were in the habit of putting blames on each other. Now please help me to get my refund back.

                          I ordered a music system from Amazon site of 3749rs.. It was a prepaid order on 21/1/2021.but next day i cancelled it on 22/1/2021.. After this my money not come in my account till 11/2/2021.. I talk Amazon care they said that they had been paid the amount in your account.. But it was not come in my account.. I contect at pnb branch but they didn't help me... Amazon care give me a RRN number 74332741023102265565895.. And say to submit charge dispute form.. Plz resolve this issue..

                                    My name is Nikhil Johnson and i have order a laptop battery from Amazon.in and returned back due to some defects and my refund amount of RS 3, 299.00/- was processed from Amazon on 20th January 2021 and its now 11th February 2021 till now my refund is not credited. By asking amazon they are telling me to contact Bank Customer Care Team, I have contacted them but didn't received any positive reply from them.                                       I purchased shoes for rs13049 from Amazon..due to some reason returned them back..amazon said my refund was processed on 29th jan 2021..but even after 12 days amount is not reflecting in my PNB account..
                                      I have called amazon they mailed me refund reference number.
                                      I called pnb customer care, visited bank branch, called circle office for help but in vain.
                                      Amazon advised me to fill a charge dispute form..i asked bank for form they there is no such form. We don't know about this..
                                      Please help me out, it is total harassment by pnb bank.

                                        I have do the transaction of ten thousand on 12/02/2021 from PNB ATM Hansi, at 2:02 p.m, I have not received any money but machine had shows that money is received. I have complained so many times, I have also called to toll free number, but there is no reply. Complained no is A[protected]. I have done FIR also, my account number is [protected] PNB bank, I also have CCTV photage and In CCTV photage I did not receive any cash. Please solve this matter urgently because I am very poor farmer and I have need of money.
