On 30th january, ₹10, 000 debited from my PNB account no:[protected]
For fees transaction via Paytm.
And due to error transaction got failured but my money was not Refunded.
Pls work on that issue. I need your help.

    I have orderd the product on 30 jan and order id is[protected]
    I got my order on 02-02-21and i asked for return on same day which was later on collected by 03-2-21 and by feb 3 my refund request was initiated but till now i did not receive my refund dated 17-02-21
    Amazon provide me my reference id also: 30005410351030153733238 the amount which was refunded is Rs. 518

      Sir/ma'am, I had ordered a phone from Amazon Rs 11078/- on 29th of Jan. Next day I cancelled it. Refund has been refunded by Amazon but doesn't creadit in my account...I did complain in amazon as well as in pnb but no effect seen till date.
      Kindly look into this matter

        I wish to draw your kind attention that I J. Laxman Rao working in Indian Railways as Sr. Section Engineer (Ministry of Railway / GOI). I had applied for housing loan on 10-Januanry 2021 in your esteemed bank (Branch: Murali Nagar /Visakhapatnam IFSC, code: ORBC0102145). But the loan is not sanctioned so far. I have fulfilled all conditions as esteemed your bank official but now they are saying that my living residential flat original documents to be deposited as security.
        Sir, may I also turn your attention that before issued ‘in-principal approval letter” all proceedings i.e., legal opinion, market value of the property, site visited by bank your officers and all document verification has been done.
        I am pleased inform to you that earlier I was availed home loan (Loan A/c No. [protected] / Rs.10, 000, 00/- (ten lac) from RACPC/SBI/ROU, IFSC Code: SBIN10273 loan sanctioned on dt. 14/03/2016 for 15 years. I was premature closed this loan on 27/11/20.
        Under RTI, Act-2005 kindly sought to following information please.
        Why my home loan not sanctioned so far even after I fulfilled all conditions and my previous track record along with CIBIL score are excellent.

          4th February 2021
          This is to inform you that, I was suppose to get my refund from TCNS clothing. There were two refunds which were initiated from their end on 4th February 2021 and 8th February 2021 respectively. Following are the details:
          Refund amount 1899 on 4th February 2021 with bank reference number: 30004610371026103778176

          Refund amount 1899 on 8th February 2021 with bank reference number:30004610411032146562959
          The refund was suppose to credit in 5-7 working days but it didn't happen, I did call customer care of the bank but they asked me to go the main branch and when i went to main branch they are asking me to talk to company and bank customer care. The bank has not taken my matter seriously after writing several emails and several calls too. Both the refunds make rupees 3798.

            There is an issue going on with my account I am supposed to get two refunds, one from Amazon(Expected date-03/02/2021) and one from flipkart (Expected date- 09/02/2021) but I haven't got any of these till now.Both these e-commerce websites have provided me a reference id, which can help me locate my refund.I reached PNB customer care support but they are not even listening to my problem I told them that I have reference id for both of the refunds I want to know when will I suppose to get my refund back as it's already too late.But they told me that they cant help me in that aspect.So I urge you to resolve my issue.I am attaching both the refund reference id as well as screenshot of amazon mail and flipkart.

                On 13/01/2021 i had ordered Park avenue blazer of rs 2729 which i received on 17 /01/2021, and i returned it on 28/01/2021, after which amazon initiated refund of rs 2729 on 28/01/2021 with reference id 30005110131013203408020 but till today 16/02/2021 i havent received refund to my bank account.

                        I purchased an item from Amazon for Rs/- 9800 on 24 th January but due to quality issue I returned the same to Amazon .Amazon issued refund of R s/-9800 on 31 January 2021, but I did not get the refund in my PNB account. After complaining, Amazon provided me the REFUND REFERENCE NO- 30005110241024174457505.According to Amazon details refund has been successfully done. When almost ten days passed, I did not get the refund, then with this reference number I approached PNB customer care. Customer care executives refused to help me and told that we cannot track this reference 30005110241024174457505, because it is not being displayed on our system. Then I asked for charge dispute form, the executive told that such form is not available or in practice in PNB. Several times I called Amazon customer care and PNB customer care but I did not get my refund so far. Both of them are making liable to each other but not helping me. Where has my refund gone or stuck? Please help me.

                                This is Gayathri, I had account in PNB.

                                I placed an order (Rs:1499) from Amazon on[protected] using my debit card and I cancelled the order on[protected]. Amazon processed the refund and sent the refund reference code on[protected]. But still my refund amount was not reflected in my account.

                                      I am kamalesh Kumar a pnb customer.
                                      On 28/01/2021 i have ordered a mobile from Amazon which price is ₹5249 under exchange offer. I paid this amount through my card whose ordered I'd is[protected].Then after 10 minutes i cancelled my ordered. But the refund from Amazon have not come in my bank account. After this i contacted Amazon then they told me that they have refunded my amount ₹5249 on that day when I had cancelled my ordered on 28/01/2021 and given a reference no. 30005110281028143300200 but still i have not got my amount. Then I moved from table to table in your PNB Gaya Chand Chaura Branch for almost 17 days, without any result. I also contacted to pnb customer care service but they did not solved my problem and told me that the Amazon did not refunded your amount. But Amazon told me that if I have not refunded your amount then how this reference no. is generated from your bank side. I am so much confused that who is telling truth or who is telling false with me and where is my amount gone. I am very much worried about my amount. So please check this refresh no. 30005110281028143300200 and please refund my amount.
