      Hello sir
      I am kamalesh Kumar a pnb customer.
      On 28/01/2021 i have ordered a mobile from Amazon which price is ₹5249 under exchange offer. I paid this amount through my card whose ordered I'd is[protected].Then after 10 minutes i cancelled my ordered. But the refund from Amazon have not come in my bank account. After this i contacted Amazon then they told me that they have refunded my amount ₹5249 on that day when I had cancelled my ordered on 28/01/2021 and given a reference no. 30005110281028143300200 but still i have not got my amount. Then I moved from table to table in your PNB Gaya Chand Chaura Branch for almost 17 days, without any result. I also contacted to pnb customer care service but they did not solved my problem and told me that the Amazon did not refunded your amount. But Amazon told me that if I have not refunded your amount then how this reference no. is generated from your bank side. I am so much confused that who is telling truth or who is telling false with me and where is my amount gone. I am very much worried about my amount. So please check this refresh no. 30005110281028143300200 and please refund my amount.

        I canceled an order on 2nd Feb 2021. I paid the amount through obc debit card. Amazon refund the amount on 2nd feb and give refund reference no. 74332741034103308372486. But still not credited the amount in my account. Amazon customer team said to contact bank. Bank said to contact Amazon. Please help me. Please do the needful. Thank you so much.

          I had ordered something((Renewed) ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 4gb 64gb Grey) from Amazon on[protected] which I successfully cancelled on[protected] also. Since I paid for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happened till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a Refund Reference no stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that I called the bank with the Refund Reference no given from Amazon but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, but the amount is not credited since then. My refund Refund Reference is # 30005110291029224740783 . Attached is the email from the Amazon team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.
          Refund amount:- 7999.

            I have ordered SanDisk 64 GB Class 10 Memory card on 27 Jan, 2021 It was received but I have Returned my product
            Amazon intitiated the refund on 2 feb 2021 and it was expected to come on 5-7 feb

                    I had deposited the cheque for rs 2, 56, 313 at your obc mulund branch at 10 am on the 10 th feb in my sb account no [protected] as per copy attached . the cheque is still not sent for clearance . i am told it is due to software problems . Surprisingly there is no intimation from the branch to this effect and i came to know of it only when i checked the balance.

                    pathetic service - needed urgent funds - i cant use my own money .

                          I bought ptron bassbuds urban in ear true wireless bluetooth 5.0 and returned it as it not satisfied my requirements I have paid through debit card and they confirmed me through RRN that my refund has successfully processed on 31 january 2021 and should have reached to me within 5 days.

                                    I Surya Pal Yadav S/o Late Rajju R/o H.No. 206, Village Maine Kheda, Post Karowan, District Unnao, Uttar Pradesh pin code-209801. I was having saving account in Punjab National Bank, Account no.- [protected], Customer Id No. –[protected], Branch-Jawahar Nagar Unnao RO Kanpur, IFSC code-PUNB0967900. I was employed in BSNL Office Unnao and due to sickness and my health problem I taken V.R.S. on dated 31 Jan 2020. I taken VRS some tome due to sickness on bed then time present time on bed. My whole body wound present time (Photo & Medical Report Attached). While on service I was getting salary of Rs. 45, 000 per month. When my V.R.S. amount transferred to said bank branch, branch manager Mr. Manoj called me in branch and said to have fixed deposit of Rs 1, 04, 500 and said that deposited amount will be doubled i.e. Rs 2, 09, 000 after completion of 5 years. Since I am a lay man not having any knowledge about insurance policies and said amount was deposited in PNB MetLife and a policy bearing serial no.[protected], client Id no.[protected] was sent on my said address. Since, my family consists of wife deceased, husband on bed for illness and 4 major children unemployed. I have no means of livelihood other than amount received through V.R.S. . I never intended to take said PNB Metlife policy. Manager Mr. Manoj had intention to give PNB Metlife policy, instead of fixing said amount for 5 Years. Hence played fraud and even signature of my son Prem Kumar not taken on Aadhar card, High School Certificate Year 2010 and Pan card. Name of son Prem Kumar date of birth also mentioned in policy is wrong. My son Prem Kumar date birth High School Certificate mentioned[protected]. My son Prem Kumar holder of PAN Card No.-EXEPK2597D not mentioned. Inspite of having Pan card form 60 was filled up. When my elder Pradeep Kumar went to branch to conform regarding Fixed Deposit, I found that instead of Fixing amount in Fix deposit (term policy), my PNB Metlife policy has been done on my name physically unfit policy time. It is a clear fraud and misappropriation of my money which I got by V.R.S.
                                    Kindly investigate the matter and wrong doer may kindly be prosecuted under criminal proceeding and said amount of Rs 1, 04, 500 may kindly be refunded to me as said amount was taken from my account after playing foul game and fraud with me.

                                      I bought an Mobile phone Redmi 8A Dual from Amazon online on 18th Jan, 21 through my debit card. The order could not be completed but the amount reached amazon.com. Amazon claimed that my refund was issued on 23rd Jan 21 as to support their claim they provided me with the Refund Reference # 74332741019101813781232 . But the amount is still to be credited to my bank account as of today. Please assist me.
