Sir,
Refund reference number 30005110311031153649007 was given by amozon shopping app on dated 31 January of 2021 but my refund above said refund reference number not credited my account till today, I have been contacted several time to customers care centre of Pnb but they didn't gave me responsible and sufficient answer to above said refund.
Please Credit said amount in my account which was given in above refund reference number

      I have purchase and product from Amazon which was delivered to me on 13th January 2021 and the turn was picked up at on 29 January 2021 where in the product refund was processed back to the original mode of payment that was the debit card of PNB Bank Bhera Enclave branch Delhi but yet even after 7 days of the refund processed I have not received my amount credited to the PNB account
      I have been juggling between Amazon customer care and the PNB to get my money back. Amazon has given me my refund reference number which PNB Customer Care is not ready to accept and is not able to help me I kindly request and put my faith in Indian Consumer complaints to get my problem resolved herein I am sharing my refund reference number please help.

        Dear sir,
        I am bilash dey. i am an account holder in your bank. An amount of 29.50 has been deducted from my account. To investigate about the matter I went to the manager. the manager did not pay any heed to my questions. Therefore I ask you to inquire into the matter and solve it as soon as possible. And the branch manager is very very irresponsible man.

            I had ordered asus vivobook14 from Amazon on[protected] which i successfully cancelled on[protected]. Since i paid for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happened till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a transaction number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that i called the bank with the transaction number given from Amazon but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, but the amount is not credited since then. My refund reference number is 30005110251025152850162 . Attached is the email from the Amazon team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

              Sir i went to create my account in the mini branch of punjab national bank .the agent of the mini branch miss behaved with me . he said the account cannot be opened here you have to pay 500 rupaye and these rupees will not be deposited to your account some how he created my accound . now it has been 1 MONTH but he is NOT PROVIDING my passbook.whenever i go to this branch most of the time i remain closed and sometime if not. then he doesnt talk in a good manner he missbehaved with every customer .

              sir please help me to provide my passbook I WILL BE VERY THANKFULL OF YOURS .

                I have bought product on Amazon on 23 january, 2021 worth 3105 rupees. Due to some reason returned and asked for refund.but I have not still got my refund back.When I contacted Amazon they said they have already refunded and I should ask bank.When I contacted bank they said they haven't received and I should ask Amazon for it.

                Customer is struck in between and both are referring one another and not refunding the amount

And on[protected] Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (74332741021102001205980) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab National Bank doesn't have such policy.                         Amazon had initiated the refund money on 31-01-21 and it should be credited on 05-02-21 but I haven't received my refund money yet, Kindly check where it is pending or stuck and process the same.

                            On[protected] i made a transaction in bajaj finance regarding a loan amount payment through my UBI card ( Card no - [protected]) by POS machine. my transaction declined in POS machine but the amount deducted from my a/c (amount 28500).

                            i visited Bank & bajaj both the companies. they are not providing any kind of service or help regarding this.

                                    Please this case not satisfy for your banking on pnb.
                                    I am one of your customer on kotak bank ATM withdrawal 10, 000 Rs on 04.02.2021 at 7.10 pm but I am not my money at that time, one of document shilp and that time debit on my account Rs 10, 000.

                                    So I requested to my mony reverse on my account with in 24 hours.

                                      On 25-1-21 I have done order throughout Amazon redmi Asus vivo book14 rs (35990) at same time order is declined and amount is debit from my ATM card. Amazon give me refund reference id : 30005110251025152850162 on this order no:[protected] and says this amount is reflected in our bank account 02-02-21 but this amount is not credited in my account till the date.

                                        Sir/madam I have ordered a DVI to HDMI adaptor on[protected] lt was to be recieved on[protected] But I have not recieved my refund.
