I bought an Alexa fire tv stick lite from Amazon online on 20th Jan, 21 through my debit card. As it didn't support my tv I opt to return it. I returned the product on 28th Jan, 21 and amazon claimed that my refund was issued on 28th'Jan 21 as to support their claim they provided me with the Refund Reference # 74056631029102850157984 . They also provided me with Transaction Id-1rT7weeGbEp1US8YVimS And Processor Trace Id[protected] . But the amount is still to be credited to my bank account as of today. Please assist me.

Complaint marked as Resolved I made the complaint on february 6th. They replied to me that my complaint has been made registered to PNB Customer care on 7th feb, and today I got my money refunded. Previously, before I made the complaint, I tried everything from calling both customer care services, even went to the branch but they outright said they can't trace through transaction Ids. My refund was issued on 28th jan, and when I lost all hope, I found out about this service and I'm very very grateful. Thank You, The amount has been refunded to my account.
