Hi,
My name is Nikhil Johnson and i have order a laptop battery from Amazon.in and returned back due to some defects and my refund amount of RS 3, 299.00/- was processed from Amazon on 20th January 2021 and its now 11th February 2021 till now my refund is not credited. By asking amazon they are telling me to contact Bank Customer Care Team, I have contacted them but didn't received any positive reply from them. Amazon team has also provided me the Refund Reference Number: 74332741016101507576065. So, Kindly help me out with this issue.

    I purchased shoes for rs13049 from Amazon..due to some reason returned them back..amazon said my refund was processed on 29th jan 2021..but even after 12 days amount is not reflecting in my PNB account..
    I have called amazon they mailed me refund reference number.
    I called pnb customer care, visited bank branch, called circle office for help but in vain.
    Amazon advised me to fill a charge dispute form..i asked bank for form they there is no such form. We don't know about this..
    Please help me out, it is total harassment by pnb bank.

      I have do the transaction of ten thousand on 12/02/2021 from PNB ATM Hansi, at 2:02 p.m, I have not received any money but machine had shows that money is received. I have complained so many times, I have also called to toll free number, but there is no reply. Complained no is A[protected]. I have done FIR also, my account number is [protected] PNB bank, I also have CCTV photage and In CCTV photage I did not receive any cash. Please solve this matter urgently because I am very poor farmer and I have need of money.

                My self bought a LAPTOP from Amazon by debit card no ending with 8216. Due to sone problem i had to return it to amazon. They initiated the refund on 15 dec 2020 ammount of rs67192 . Today is 10 February 2021, but stiil refund money not credited to my account. Amazon provided

                After 60 days so many complains on this site, complaints on amazon, bank and also national consumer helpline today on 15 February finally i received my money back. It was a long stress and harassment. But the main problem is i still do not know who is responsible bank or amazon..

                  I have ordered product in Amazon on 23rd January, 2021 worth 3105 rupees. Later I returned product and asked for refund in my bank account. But I have not still received my refund. Amazon customer care says that they have already initiated and issued my refund.But from bank side I am not getting my refund.It has been around 12 days.please help in getting refund

                      Amzaon India has refunded me ₹365 and 317.3 rupees in my bank account.
                      My bank account was Oriental Bank of Commerce which is now PNB.
                      Amazon has initiated my refund on 30 January 2021 and given to me Refund Reference Number, then i talked to customer service of PNB and they said no amount in there to be received in you bank account.

                        My name is Talib Malik and I had ordered a product of RS.7699 (Redmi 9 Power) in Amazon on[protected].
                        which i successfully cancelled on[protected]. Since i paid for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happened till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a transaction number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that i called the bank with the transaction number given from Amazon but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, but the amount is not credited since then. My refund transaction number is 30005110231023233892498 . Attached is the email from the Amazon team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.
                        I am just helpless.

                              On 25th January, 2021 I wanted to place an order of 1017/- on Jockey.in via PNB Debit Card. But unfortunately, the payment was failed on the payment page.
                              From the Jockey.in I received a mail on 27th January, that the refund for my payment has been processed from our site by Razorpay and it will be reflected to your bank account with in 7-10 working days.
                              But still there is no Refund, then I contacted to the PNB Support for the refund but still there is no resolution.
                              I am requesting you to look into the matter and refund me as soon as possible.
                              I have attached the refund id and the Refund Reference Number and as well as the mail from the Jockey.in that is showing that the Refund amount has been processed successfully by Razorpay from their site.

                                Attached is the table of transactions done with the debit card linked to the above mentioned account number for which the refund has been completed by the company with which the transaction has been done but the amount is not yet received in my bank account. I am facing lot of problems due to this. My merchant(flipkart & ajio) has asked me to raise a chargeback please handle this matter on priority as the transaction time is passing 1 month time.                                     A claim for amount of Rs. 80925.00 was submitted, now my utterly surprise without raising any query regarding the claim an amount of Rs. 68989.00 only has been passed, rest of the amount deducted without assigning any reasons, even though I had submitted everything like hospital main bill along with receipt and pharmacy bills along with Doctor's prescription and seal and signature to all the documents.

                                    Kindly look into the matter and get it resolve.
