I purchased waama jewels cain ₹288 from Flipkart on 24.8.20 and done full payment by Google pay but order was cancelled on 25.8.20 and now Flipkart saying that refund has been sent to bank account.so contact customer service and files charge dispute they had given me a no.refund reference number #[protected]

    Dear sir,
    My name is Ravi Kumar Verma and my account no.is [protected] in Punjab National Bank Yamuna vihar delhi.
    I withdraw 10000 rs from SBI ATM yamuna vihar delhi on 4 October 2020, but I don't get cash from ATM and amount was cut from my account.
    Please solve my problem as soon as possible.I am not getting satisfactory answer from pnb customer care from last two weeks.
    I have registered my complaint to pnb customer care 15 days ago on 4 October 2020.
    Plz return my money to my account.

      I had ordered a giordino watch from amazon.in with order #[protected] on 29-sept -2020 which i successfully returned on 06-sept-2020 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a refund reference number ##30005102730273233104690.
      stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 08th itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 3-5 business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. My account number is [protected]. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then. My refund reference number is 75503720252042089215481 attached is the email from the amazon team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

            I ordered a mobile cell worth rupees 6499 from Flipkart I paid for it in advance through g pay money was deducted from my account but it said order not placed as payment wasn't confirmed by the bank .they said it was an issue from the bank's side and money will be credited back in your account but it's been a day and it hasn't been done.please help upi transaction I'd was[protected]

                My name is Usha Gurjar and I had ordered nutro active keto aata 1 kg of RS.389 in Amazon on 21 September 2020 and after 24/09/2020 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 24/09/2020
                Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

                    I made a transaction on 26-09-20 of Rs 2, 999 at amazon then i returned it and claimed refund.Now they are telling that they had sent the refund in my account (acc no.[protected]) but in my account the refund is not showing, i also got reference number by Amazon ie (30005102700270159889870).

                    Please solve my issue as soon as possible, i am in urgent need of my payment.

                      Today 13/10/2020 i made IMPS transaction from my PNB account to SBI account.
                      the amount got debited from my PNB account but did not credited to SBI account.
                      As the name suggests IMPS means Immediate Payment Service.
                      it should be immediate.
                      this is very important for me as we are facing some medical emergency.

                      So please look into it or just revert to to PNB account.

                          I ordered a mobile on 29 September and canceled on 5th of October and set a deadline of 12 October 2020 for refund but it not have done yet and amazon provide reference number for that order .

                            My name is Kanchan Bisht and I had ordered Elite spin mop of RS. 1199 in amazon on 21 September 2020. I returned this order due to personal reasons and on 6 oct amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money.                                   I am punjab national bank account holder since past almost 10 years and no i stop keeping funds in pnb account as they firstly do not give any interest (Too low than other banks) and secondly they keep deducting sms charges every quarter and debit card charges every year which both the things i don't want.

                                  I tried finding an option on pnb mobile app to deactivate the same however these people are so cheap that they have not kept this option whereas other banks have this. They are doing this fraud and earn crores of rupees by deducting sms charges and the best part is i never get any sms other than their stupid promotions, why will i pay for their promotion?

                                  If for example they charge 15 rupees per account and suppose 1 crore account holders are there which means they earn 15 crores of money by simply doing nothing and similarly debit card charges are 177 rupees per account so imagine the deduction amount on a bigger scale.

                                  These people make rich people steal our money for example nirav modi took 9000 crore and went out of country.

                                  Now can someone help me to deactivate the sms alerts so that i can save my hard earned money from getting stolen.

                                    Sir, this is to request you that i have paid my electricity bill on 28 July 2020 through payTm UPI. money paid by my PNB Account but didn't received to my merchant (UPCL). As per the PNB advice i complaint to Pay Tm regarding the issue. Pay Tm has requested charge back against the merchant but they told me to co-ordinate with your bank ie. PNB. i went to Branch Manager but the refused to request my charge - back i have given the written application for refund to manager and all the details about the Transaction, its almost two months has been passed but Branch Manager had not requested any charge back. will you please help me to request for charge - back refund to my merchant (UPCL) anyhow. i am attaching the screenshot of my Transaction and Pay Tm reply.                                       Had Ordered a Redmi 9 pro phone from AMAZON.IN with order #[protected] on 27 September 2020 which i successfully canceled on 30 September 2020 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 30th itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them.                                         My name is rohit kumar and i had ordered mobile with exchange offer of rs. Amount 15899 in amazon on (25/09/2020) and after that i canceled this order due to personal reason on same day. And on 25/09/2020, amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money(15849 received but not 50 of exchange service). Amazon sent this reference number
                                        # 766425 and told me to fill charge dispute form but pnb site shows always error, and even they don't work on it after talking to customer care.. So
                                        Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
