My name is Kanchan Bisht and I had ordered Elite spin mop of RS. 1199 in amazon on 21 September 2020. I returned this order due to personal reasons and on 6 oct amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005102650265205999012, I called my bank for this and they told me that they do not have any information about it. So please kindly respond to this complaint ....

I decline the payment (Bhim upi) of cams ipo on 23rd sep then too my money is blocked i. E mandate applied successfully.
Can you explain (Pnb bank) why my money is blocked if i declined the transaction?
And the refund date of cams ipo was 29 sep then too my money is not release yet now..

I am punjab national bank account holder since past almost 10 years and no i stop keeping funds in pnb account as they firstly do not give any interest (Too low than other banks) and secondly they keep deducting sms charges every quarter and debit card charges every year which both the things i don't want.

I tried finding an option on pnb mobile app to deactivate the same however these people are so cheap that they have not...

I have a cc a/c from which i issued a ch. No. 770386 dt: 14/09/2020 for rs 15315/- to pay my electric bill, which bounced with note "insufficient funds" on 23/09/2020,
Where as i had sufficient funds in my account.
In this matter the electricity department raised penalty of rs 1400/- & your bank has charged rs 236/- of bounce charges. Total rs 1636/-
