With due respect, I Rajinder Kumar Mittal aged 64/M. I have to submit that in the month of December 2019 I purchased a policy form pnbMetLife with policy no. 23130701 having the Client id: 56467567.
From the agent named Mr. Nitin Kumar with phone number [protected]. When I received my policy in the first week of January 2020, they did the following mistakes in the policy:
1. Wrong mobile number
2. Name of assured person is wrong
3. Wrongly mentioned the policy term
4. Not mentioned the email id in the policy
5. Wrong mother name
6. Wrong spouse name
1st visit-
I immediately approached their office for the corrections that are in the month of January 2020 where I was assured by Ms. Rekha that this would be rectified in 15 days that is within the month of January itself.
Nothing happened.
2nd visit-
I visited the branch of pnbMetLife in sector-17b Chandigarh, which is near about 20kms far from my place. There Mr. Rakesh with mobile number [protected] assured me of solving the matter but again
Nothing happened.
3rd visit-
I again visited the same office in the month of March, Mr. Rakesh was not available then the staff gave me the reference of Mr. Upender with mobile no. [protected]. Again assurance was given but as usual
Nothing happened.
4th try
In the mid of March, the lockdown started due to COVID-19 and until the opening of the offices, the telephonic conversation with Mr. Rakesh continued. Always assurance was given but as usual
Nothing happened.
5th visit-
After the lockdown over I visited the same office but as usual
Nothing happened.
6th attempt-
After all this, I approached their customer helpline no. [protected]. After the long wait of 15 minutes (that is wasting my 15 minutes again), they disconnected the call.
Again I called on the same then Mr. Eric gave me to request no. 42315500 and assured me that one supervisor would talk to me within 24 hours.
The next day I received a call from Mr. Parmod and he again assured me but as usual
Nothing happened.
7th attempt-
Again I got in touch with Ms. Rekha but as usual
Nothing happened.
8th visit-
I visited the same office but as usual
Nothing happened.

Conclusion-
From January 2020 till date, I am running from pillar to post but nothing happened.

Q1.Why are they harassing me?
Q2.What the reason behind not doing the corrections? (is it their incapability or not giving any importance to the customer or any other mean)
Q3.Is it a way of treating a senior citizen?
I am a senior citizen and they are not treating me well as well even sometimes shouted at me. They are just putting all the blame on my shoulders. I did not make any mistake but they are just trying to put the blame on me.
I do not want anything, I just want compensation of 2-3 lacs for this harassment. I do not want to run my policy further with this kind of insensitive people who can’t do the corrections. They are just taking the advantage of my politeness. Now I can’t bear all this. It’s very harassing for me at mental as well as physical level.
we already complained in the IRDAI by they are not taking any action on 16/10/2020.
Pnb staff is now threatening us. They are saying we are not going to change anything, do whatever you can do.
I hope you will take the action as soon as possible.

They are not cooperating with us...even mr Rakesh is being more and more day by day. He used to say I will not do anything, u have to come to the branch and fill the form again. What is the way to talk to a senior citizen like this?
Instead of admitting that they had made a mistake and try to correct it.they are now threatening me. Is it the way the senior officials work.

      I placed an order on Amazon and I cancelled that order which I paid and refund was initiated on 18th October 2020 from Amazon side in my upi but I haven't received the amount in my account. Here is refund reference number RRN[protected]
      It's already 4 days and still not got the refund in my account. Amazon has refunded from there side for which refund reference number is shown above. But I haven't got the refunded money in my account. Please help me

        My name is Ankush and I had ordered urban legends men's regular fit cargo pant order id[protected]) of Rs.999 in Amazon on 5-oct-2020 and after 11-oct-2020. I returned this order due to personal reason.

        And on the same date of return, Amazon initiated the amount to my account but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this refund reference number
        [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab National Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

            Dear sir,
            My name is Ravi Kumar Verma and my account no.is [protected] in Punjab National Bank Yamuna vihar delhi.
            I withdraw 10000 rs from SBI ATM yamuna vihar delhi on 4 October 2020, but I don't get cash from ATM and amount was cut from my account.
            Please solve my problem as soon as possible.I am not getting satisfactory answer from pnb customer care from last two weeks.
            I have registered my complaint to pnb customer care 15 days ago on 4 October 2020.
            Plz return my money to my account.

              I had ordered a giordino watch from amazon.in with order #[protected] on 29-sept -2020 which i successfully returned on 06-sept-2020 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a refund reference number ##30005102730273233104690.
              stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 08th itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 3-5 business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. My account number is [protected]. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then. My refund reference number is 75503720252042089215481 attached is the email from the amazon team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

                    I ordered a mobile cell worth rupees 6499 from Flipkart I paid for it in advance through g pay money was deducted from my account but it said order not placed as payment wasn't confirmed by the bank .they said it was an issue from the bank's side and money will be credited back in your account but it's been a day and it hasn't been done.please help upi transaction I'd was[protected]

                            I made a transaction on 26-09-20 of Rs 2, 999 at amazon then i returned it and claimed refund.Now they are telling that they had sent the refund in my account (acc no.[protected]) but in my account the refund is not showing, i also got reference number by Amazon ie (30005102700270159889870).

                            Please solve my issue as soon as possible, i am in urgent need of my payment.

                              Today 13/10/2020 i made IMPS transaction from my PNB account to SBI account.
                              the amount got debited from my PNB account but did not credited to SBI account.
                              As the name suggests IMPS means Immediate Payment Service.
                              it should be immediate.
                              this is very important for me as we are facing some medical emergency.

                              So please look into it or just revert to to PNB account.

                                  I ordered a mobile on 29 September and canceled on 5th of October and set a deadline of 12 October 2020 for refund but it not have done yet and amazon provide reference number for that order .

                                    My name is Kanchan Bisht and I had ordered Elite spin mop of RS. 1199 in amazon on 21 September 2020. I returned this order due to personal reasons and on 6 oct amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money.                                         I decline the payment (Bhim upi) of cams ipo on 23rd sep then too my money is blocked i. E mandate applied successfully.
                                        Can you explain (Pnb bank) why my money is blocked if i declined the transaction?
                                        And the refund date of cams ipo was 29 sep then too my money is not release yet now..
