My name is rohit kumar and i had ordered mobile with exchange offer of rs. Amount 15899 in amazon on (25/09/2020) and after that i canceled this order due to personal reason on same day. And on 25/09/2020, amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money(15849 received but not 50 of exchange service). Amazon sent this reference number
# 766425 and told me to fill charge dispute form but pnb site shows always error, and even they don't work on it after talking to customer care.. So
Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

    I have applied for PNB fastag through the online portal on 28/02/2020 with application number APP0279840. I received a message on 03/03/2020 that my fastag has been generated and will be dispatched soon. But till now I did not get my fastag delivered.

    I have raised many complaints to PNB but no one has responded positively. I talked to customer care also but they do not have an answer to my question. I have sent 09 emails to [protected]@pnb.co.in dated 11/03/2020, 13/03/2020, 21/03/2020, 18/05/2020, 24/05/2020, 30/06/2020, 10/08/2020, 17/08/2020, 01/09/2020 but they seem to be very busy that they do not have time for their customers.

    I have also raised concerns in pgportal.gov.in through which again I received cc copy of mail sent to PNB on 28/07/2020 but PNB has no time to reply.

    I have given a written complaint to the Wardha branch office on 30/06/2020 also sent an email on the same date to [protected]@pnb.co.in but still no progress.

    It is my kind request to either deliver my fastag of refund my money..

            I made a payment of Rs 8150 for airtel Xstream Fiber Broadband on 11 August 2020 with refrence id[protected]. Transcation failed but amount got debited from my account. I contacted PNB customer care regarding the issue and was given a complaint no A[protected] and 45 days time for refund. It's been more than 57 days and no refund. I contacted PNB customer care today for the same and they said the complaint is open and they can't help when the refund will be credited.

              I Suresh kumar having an account no. [protected]. On 1oct. I had registered my complaint about money transfer issue and I got a call from this no. [protected] he told me that he is calling from pnb and asked for a otp unfortunately i gave the Otp that I had got on my phone after this 18000 rupees was deducted from my account . Now he is not picking our call

                  I am a long standing customer of punjab national bank and i applied for a fast tag in december 2019. It is now september 2020 and i have still not received my fast tag

                  I had raised complaints several times with customer care demanding that my fast tag be delivered to my home and every time they provide this standard response "we have raised a complaint and written to the head office and are awaiting a response".

                  I have now lost trust in pnb and want them to cancel my fast tag application and refund the amount i paid, so that i can approach other providers.

                  My fast tag application reference number is a19234. My fast tag application number is app0118000.

                  Request your help in early resolution of this matter please

                    I had booked Oyo Rooms through Amazon Pay UPI (Pnb Bank account is linked to my UPI )I canceled on 23-SEPT-2020 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 23rd itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. My account number is [protected]. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then. My refund reference number is 445113. Attached is the status from the OYO team team stating that the refund has been successfully processed.Please look into this asap.

                      Dear sir,
                      I have a cc a/c from which i issued a ch. No. 770386 dt: 14/09/2020 for rs 15315/- to pay my electric bill, which bounced with note "insufficient funds" on 23/09/2020,
                      Where as i had sufficient funds in my account.
                      In this matter the electricity department raised penalty of rs 1400/- & your bank has charged rs 236/- of bounce charges. Total rs 1636/-
                      I complained to the branch manager mrs. Amita singh & mr. Manish on 24th, but they took it very lightly.
                      Now i request you to please credit the amount of rs 1636/- in my account, because this is a bank fault & for that why should i bear the penalty.

                          This email is in regards to the transaction that I made yesterday from a platform called PHONEPE

                          I am writing to you to raise an issue about Money Transfer and UPI Payment service

                          The issue that I have recently experienced was online UPI transaction that I was making through PHONEPE. I was trying to send the money to [protected]@icici and mistakenly I sent it to [protected]@ybl. I called PNB customer service and they asked me to approach Phonepe and get the UTR number and then approach my Home branch. Early morning I called phonepe to check and they gave me the UTR number and asked me to directly approach my home branch bank as they are not liable for anything and that they cannot call the concerned person whose account got credited. I went to my Home Branch PNB KHRMS ASHOK VIHAR, DELHI I spoke to one of their colleagues sitting at the branch to help and she asked me to write a letter stating what happened. I did what exactly I was asked for and provided the letter to that employee. She started working on her system and after 5-10 minutes, she refused to take an online complaint and she said u can keep the letter here and we will get back to you, also it may take 1 month time and we cannot promise you whether we can get your money back or not. ( that was her words )

                          After getting this response and no resolution I further approached the Branch Manager, and he informed me that he will not be able to help since I used an online platform to transfer the funds so I have to speak to Phonepe. I asked him that he is not ready to help in writing but he denied.

                          I already had a word with phonepe team managers and they have clearly stated that as per the guidelines of RBI you have to approach the Bank to resolve this issue.

                          I further went to RBI website and I checked and it clearly states in case of wrong UPI transactions regardless of Platform whether phonepe, google pay or Paytm or your bank, anyhow you have to raise a complaint with your Branch Bank and they can resolve the issue by getting in touch with that person who’s account got credited by mistake.

                          I asked the Branch Manager of PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK KHRMS BRANCH ASHOK VIHAR DELHI-110052 to file a complaint and later what I get in response is nothing but 2 email addresses from which I can seek help.

                          PHONEPE asked me to call my bank

                          My bank asked me to call Phonepe

                          Nobody is ready to help their customer.

                          I am following all channels to get my money

                            Bank manager directly refuse to talked with me regarding my education loan.
                            He said - (Nahi hoga ja jo karna h karle)
                            He also misbehaved with me in loud sound.

                              This is to bring to you notice to the below-mentioned instances or frauds i have been indulged from the last 12 months.
                              This is with regard to the personal loan offer call i had received from pnb metlife in the month of aug 2019.
                              After learning about the offer, the amount for the requested loan was –rs. 15, 00, 000 which was readily agreed upon by the official as an eligible amount.
                              Terms and conditions mentioned by the official –
                              One policy of pnb metlife with a premium of rs. 1, 36, 363 per annum for 12 years was to be purchased with no benefits at the time of maturity. Only the loan amount would be sanctioned and transferred to the requester.
                              Please note that this deal was agreed upon in the month of august 2019.
                              Payment method - cheque
                              This payment was done via cheque in the name of pnb metlife india insurance co. Ltd
                              Policy no:23004344
                              Cheque no –[protected] 074898 31
                              Once the payment was done, on 26th august 2019, policy documents were received by me (Attaching the policy documents for your reference)
                              As per the deal, the loan amount was to be sanctioned and transferred within 10 days from the day the policy documents were received.
                              It was clearly mentioned by the concerned official that this deal can be canceled at any time if found to be not trustworthy or fraud provided the money is not received within the promised deadline.
                              On the agreed date when the loan amount was to be received, the concerned official over call mentioned that in order to get the money transferred a noc would be required.
                              The reason for this noc was so that no claims can be made for benefits post maturity.
                              To apply for this noc another insurance policy needs to be purchased from india first life insurance co. Ltd
                              The amount involved – rs. 80, 000 per annum for 12 years.
                              Payment method - cheque
                              This payment was done via cheque in the name of india first life insurance co. Ltd
                              Policy no:10536873
                              Cheque no –[protected] 074898 31
                              As part of the deal, once the loan amount is received by the requester, this insurance policy for the noc would be canceled and the amount (Rs. 80, 000) would be reverted to the source account from which the payment was made.
                              The above-mentioned additional policy was applied for to receive the actual loan amount.
                              The documents for this policy were also received. (Attaching the policies for your reference)
                              On the date when the loan amount was to be received, the official again cited another policy as stamp duty and demanded rs 55, 000 (Non-refundable) to get the actual loan amount transferred to the requester.
                              In this instance, i have requested this deal to be canceled as this deal did not seem to be trustworthy. The payments being done only from my end with no assurance that the loan amount will be transferred as mentioned at the start of this deal.
                              The official confirmed placing a cancellation request.
                              Ever since this conversation it has been impossible to connect with the official overcall as he seems to either be ignoring or diverting the multiple calls made by me seeking further information.
                              I would request you to kindly look into the matter and cancel both of my policies and revert the amount to my account.

                                      I've done online shopping from meripustak.com with my pnb rupay debit card but due to unavailability of the item, they cancelled my order. When i asked them about refund, they said that they've already refund the amount and provided me with the reference number. The amount is struck with the acquirer bank.

                                        Dear sir/mam,

                                        I am ashwani pratap chauhan from sangam vihar new delhi. I notice that pnb's pos of sangam vihar doing fraud with customers. As my responsibility i would like to register a case on those scamer who do scam with poor and uneducated customers.
                                        Scamers to scam by asking the customer to authorize them by scan clients fingerprint.
                                        I notice 2 cases recently.
                                        Case 1:* (This happen with my mother) victims go to their pos and ask to withdrawal, they gave their details to scamer also authorized scammers for withdrawals. Scamer ask to scan fingerprint 2 or 4 times each time he told that it declined due to server but in actuall on first he check whether victim recived msg on their phone or not if they recived and check their phone they make the partial transaction sucthat if vicatm need 3000 they make first transaction of 1000 and check after they play their trump card.
                                        Case 2: (This case describe by victim own) victim is a labour he recieved some government fund from government schemes he visited to pos and ask to check whether their is any amount received in their account or not. They check sevral time and told him that their is no fund and ask victim to throw his book. After several month victim need amount to check in their account he found that some transaction made in his account without his knowledge.
