I've done online shopping from meripustak.com with my pnb rupay debit card but due to unavailability of the item, they cancelled my order. When i asked them about refund, they said that they've already refund the amount and provided me with the reference number. The amount is struck with the acquirer bank.

    Dear sir/mam,

    I am ashwani pratap chauhan from sangam vihar new delhi. I notice that pnb's pos of sangam vihar doing fraud with customers. As my responsibility i would like to register a case on those scamer who do scam with poor and uneducated customers.
    Scamers to scam by asking the customer to authorize them by scan clients fingerprint.
    I notice 2 cases recently.
    Case 1:* (This happen with my mother) victims go to their pos and ask to withdrawal, they gave their details to scamer also authorized scammers for withdrawals. Scamer ask to scan fingerprint 2 or 4 times each time he told that it declined due to server but in actuall on first he check whether victim recived msg on their phone or not if they recived and check their phone they make the partial transaction sucthat if vicatm need 3000 they make first transaction of 1000 and check after they play their trump card.
    Case 2: (This case describe by victim own) victim is a labour he recieved some government fund from government schemes he visited to pos and ask to check whether their is any amount received in their account or not. They check sevral time and told him that their is no fund and ask victim to throw his book. After several month victim need amount to check in their account he found that some transaction made in his account without his knowledge.

        This is with Reference to one of my orders placed with Amazon.in on 7th September 2020. But unfortunately the Transaction Failed. Transaction Remarks as appearing in my account statement is "ECOM 144259 AMAZON INDIA BANGALORE\". My Transaction Amount was Rs 1492/- which was performed using my PNB ATM Cum Debit Card ending ****9865. Already 7 working days have passed but still the deducted Amount is not credited in my Account.

          My name is rohit kumar and i had ordered T shirts for Amount 614 from flipkart on (12/09/2020) and after that i canceled this order due to personal reason on same day. And on 12/09/2020, flipkart initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. They sent this reference number i.e refund id -CR2009121553279168587403
          # and told me to fill charge dispute form but pnb site shows always error, and even they don't work on it after talking to customer care.. So
          Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

            I had ordered a asus vivobook 14 laptop from amazon.in with order #[protected] on 06-sept -2020 which i successfully canceled on 07-sept-2020 and since i had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a refund reference number #75503720252042089215481 stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 07th itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 3-5 business days but since it has been longer than that i called my bank with the reference number that my merchant gave me but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. My account number is [protected]. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then. My refund reference number is 75503720252042089215481 attached is the email from the amazon team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

            I have posted another complaint on PNB complaint portal and they reverted me via phone call and asked the issue and after that within 06 hr i got my fund transferred.

                  I had cancelled a prepaid order from amazon of rs 509, the refund has been processed from their end on 1 September 2020, so the refund should have reflected in my account in 5 business days, but it is not yet credited to my account. The reference no.

                      I had done a electricity bill payment of Rs. 1542 via free charge on 16-May-2020 but that transaction was failed but the amount from my bank account deducted then I applied for refund after then free charge initiated my refund but till now my refund not credited in my bank account free charge give me a RRN number and suggest me to contact with the bank.I contacted with bank branch also but they can't understand this issue. Please help me in getting my money back.

                            My name is aman jain and i had ordered (Renewed) redgear pro wireless gamepad of rs.1049 from amazon on 17-aug-2020 and after 20-aug-2020 i returned this order due to manufacturing defect. And on 24-aug-2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                              I applied fastag from pnb in jan 2020 which i never received. I raised complaint many time on pnb fastag helpline but they are useless. Its almost 8 months gone but still not received.in between i received my paytm fastag. Now please cancel this and refund my charges. Kindly help me and raise this concern.                                 As per the cancellation of an order from Ferns N Petals, the refund of Rs1275 was done on 3rd August 2020 which is not credited in my account numbered [protected].
                                No reference or transaction number has been provided to me by Ferns N Petals but they ask me to resolve the dispute within the bank.
                                How should I go forward with this query?

                                    I am unable to perform transaction and view account statement in PNB net banking.It is giving error as "no eligible from account found for the user pnb" while performing any NEFT/IMPS.And moreover i am not able to view the account statement as account number is not coming up in drop down.
                                    I was able to use net banking earlier.I was not facing this kind of issue.But since last 1 month it is creating problem as i am unable to perform any banking activities.Attached is the scrrenshot.Please resolve this ASAP.

                                      I was able to use internet banking earlier since 4 years.Since last month it is creating issue.The KYC is also done.Attached is the scrrenshot.In screenshot you can see there is no access for Transact and Inquiry.

                                      Giving error as No Eligible"From Account" found for the user.I tried to change the access through net banking but is says Please contact branch for it.

                                      Note:I have visited bank more than thrice but they are not taking any action.

                                        My PNB savings account has been frozen form past 1 month and i am restricted to do any Transaction. Although my account was very much active and i was doing regular transactions and even the Available balance was never below 20, 000 Rs.
                                        My money is with bank now and i need it on a regular basis for my daily necessity.
