Punjab National Bank [PNB] Complaints & Reviews

As per the cancellation of an order from Ferns N Petals, the refund of Rs1275 was done on 3rd August 2020 which is not credited in my account numbered [protected].
No reference or transaction number has been provided to me by Ferns N Petals but they ask me to resolve the dispute within the bank.
How should I go forward with this query?...

I am unable to perform transaction and view account statement in PNB net banking.It is giving error as "no eligible from account found for the user pnb" while performing any NEFT/IMPS.And moreover i am not able to view the account statement as account number is not coming up in drop down.
I was able to use net banking earlier.I was not facing this kind of issue.But since last 1 month it is creating problem as i am unable to perform...

I made a transaction of rs.850 on Facebook Ads manager on 29th june, 2020, the money was deducted from my account but it wasn't added or received to facebook ads account.
