I have not yet received the refund amount in my pnb bank account [protected] for below reference transaction numbers :

1. Reference number is [protected] for rs.540.64/- initiated on 22.07.2020
2. Reference number is[protected] for rs.989./- initiated on 23.07.2020...

I am sameer singh patel. I have cancelled booked ticket on 21st july. Indian railways site has already credited amount to my account, and also punjab national bank has confirmed this credit resulting in reference no generation[protected]. But, pnb has still not reflected this amount in my account since it is 14 days over. Plz help me sort out the issue by bank...

I am sameer singh patel, holding account in punjab national bank. My account have to be credited with refund amount from amazon on 22 july 2020. Amount have been issued by amazon and confirmed by my bank generating reference id #75503720204041089137769 but amount still not reflected in my account by bank since it is 12 days over. Plz help me fix the issue....

My refund was initiated by amazon india on 24.07.2020 and they have also provided me the refund reference number but pnb is denying of such refund. From last 3-4 i am contacting amazon as well as pnb for this matter but they are blaming each other.
Moreover nobody is ready to listen to me in pnb....

I bought one laptop from amazon and made payment through the pnb debit card due to some reason the order got cancelled and then amazon processed the refund for the same and i got the refund reference number but after completing 5 business days still the amount not credited to my account so i want know the reason for it.
