amount already sent by irctc not reflected by bank in my account

I am sameer singh patel. I have cancelled booked ticket on 21st july. Indian railways site has already credited amount to my account, and also punjab national bank has confirmed this credit resulting in reference no generation[protected]. But, pnb has still not reflected this amount in my account since it is 14 days over. Plz help me sort out the issue by bank...

Refund from ecommerce

My refund was initiated by amazon india on 24.07.2020 and they have also provided me the refund reference number but pnb is denying of such refund. From last 3-4 i am contacting amazon as well as pnb for this matter but they are blaming each other.
Moreover nobody is ready to listen to me in pnb....

I bought one laptop from amazon and made payment through the pnb debit card due to some reason the order got cancelled and then amazon processed the refund for the same and i got the refund reference number but after completing 5 business days still the amount not credited to my account so i want know the reason for it.
