My refund was initiated by amazon india on 24.07.2020 and they have also provided me the refund reference number but pnb is denying of such refund. From last 3-4 i am contacting amazon as well as pnb for this matter but they are blaming each other.
Moreover nobody is ready to listen to me in pnb.

    I am Sameer Singh Patel, holding account in Punjab National Bank. My account have to be credited with refund amount from Amazon on 24 July 2020. Amount have been issued by Amazon and confirmed by my bank generating reference ID #75503720206041128204446 but amount still not reflected in my account by bank since it is 10 days over.plz help me fix the issue.

      This is to inform you that i have ordered one redmi note 9 (4/64) for rs 11998 on amazon on 24th july 2020 but unfortunately the order was cancelled and the money was also deducted from my account. On 25th july i got a message the my refund has been processed and would reflect in my account within 4 business days. On 28th july i again got a message regarding refund reference number 75503720207041148574504. Please help me out in getting the refund as soon as possible as i am still waiting for the refund. I got a very bad experience of this service it's unexpected from a national bank.

      I request you to please help me as soon as possible in getting my refund.

            I have ordered four products from myntra on 19 june and i returned two of them. I get those two delivered on 25 june and then placed the return request on the same day. It get picked up for return on 1 july. Then they processed it on 14 july and told me it will reflect in my account by 24 july. Its been 4 august their is nothing. I called myntra that i haven't got my refund yet they told me to call in the punjab bank and when i called to their customers support team they told me to write an email regarding the issue. I have done that now they are saying myntra hasn't refunded the money yet now they are playing blame game i don't know what to do. Please help me in some way.

                  I bought one laptop from amazon and made payment through the pnb debit card due to some reason the order got cancelled and then amazon processed the refund for the same and i got the refund reference number but after completing 5 business days still the amount not credited to my account so i want know the reason for it. I am looking forward to hear from you asap.

                    Actually i buy some products in amazon on 18 july 2020 through pnb debit card
                    Due to some issue i cancel the product
                    And the amazon team refund amount 1573 intiated on 19 july 2020
                    And i wait as per rbi norms 3 to 5 working days

                    But till now amount was not credited in my account
                    On this issue when i contacted support they are simply stating that contact branch
                    When i visit branch ther simply stating that contact support

                    So kindly look on this case

                          An amount of rs. 1309 from amazon has been refunded on[protected] but its not reflecting in my pnb account its now.                             My name is vivek i ordered an product of rs.12927 on 15/7/2020 and i returned this order and the refund initiated by amazon on 19/7/2020 and the expected credited date was 24/7/2020 but till now 2/8/2020 i does'nt get the money amazon sent refund reference #75503720202041049367524
                            I contacted with amazon many times but they said that they already refunded if you not get refund contact with bank customer care and when i contact with bank customer care they said contact with amazon team .
                            So please kindly respond very fast to this complaint it's very urgent
                            It's a huge amount for me.

                                  This is PARINAY singh. I recently ordered on 26th July Sunday oneplus phone amounting 55079. However I cancelled the same since I was getting at a lower price from somewhere else.the refund was initiated on 27th July Monday. I waited for the time period given in the email.on Friday 31st I tried checking with pnb customer care but the person told me to visit my bank branch to check the same as he cannot do online so when I checked in my branch. PNB nashik road, Maharashtra, the person in-charge told me he can't help as he will be needing the utr number for the same and I can't even raise despute also. I asked Amazon same but they kept on saying they only provide and rrn number and that can be used to trace the refund amount.however the pnb guy kept on telling me he can't using the rrn number and will need utr number instead. The rrn number - refund reference number provided by Amazon is 75503720209041181551029 . Kindly check where is refund or help me out in raising a despute regarding the same .

                                  I haven't heard from the pnb customer care yet also the amount is not credited yet in my account. However I did receive email on 6thbaug 2020 from Amazon nodal officer stating that from their end refund was successful and it's upto the bank right now and I shall raise charge dispute. So Shall I wait for a while or file a proper FIR ?

                                        Hi,
                                        I was supposed to get a refund of rs. 2947.00 from amazon india on 23 july 2020 but i didn't get it because my bank pnb india never processed it. I emailed them both amazon and pnb but no response from pnb so far. I was given a refund reference number from amazon regarding my refund and suggested to file a charge dispute as refund never processed by my pnb bank. So i mailed them regarding this and talked to the customer care executive but no response. I can't go to my bank because of the lockdown and covid-19 situation in my city. My refund reference number is 75503720201041031954124.
