This is PARINAY singh. I recently ordered on 26th July Sunday oneplus phone amounting 55079. However I cancelled the same since I was getting at a lower price from somewhere else.the refund was initiated on 27th July Monday. I waited for the time period given in the email.on Friday 31st I tried checking with pnb customer care but the person told me to visit my bank branch to check the same as he cannot do online so when I checked in my branch....

Money not credit

I ordered one product on 17/8/2020 the amount was 2024 and i return something from that and on 25th july 2020 the refund of rs 730 was initiated by amazon india but i haven't received it yet till today

Regarding my refund

I gave purchased few goid from amazon and flipkart n returned them both merchant sites refunded my amount on 16/07/20 but these amounts are still not credited till 1/08/20 in my account i had a talk with customer care of bank branch manager and wrote to [protected]@pnb.co.in still getting no response here i m submitting my details

regarding my refund never been processed (charge dispute)

Hi,
I was supposed to get a refund of rs. 2947.00 from amazon india on 23 july 2020 but i didn't get it because my bank pnb india never processed it. I emailed them both amazon and pnb but no response from pnb so far. I was given a refund reference number from amazon regarding my refund and suggested to file a charge dispute as refund never processed by my pnb bank. So i mailed them regarding this and talked to the customer care executive...

I have not got my refund

Amazon refunds of oppo A31 is delayed

I was told by Amazon to raise a concern with the bank for a recent order made . The bank customer care will keep you on hold for 10-15 mins and then cut the call. I have the refund reference number but nothing is happening. I have tried contacting them at least 12-13 times....

Refund issue
