This is PARINAY singh. I recently ordered on 26th July Sunday oneplus phone amounting 55079. However I cancelled the same since I was getting at a lower price from somewhere else.the refund was initiated on 27th July Monday. I waited for the time period given in the email.on Friday 31st I tried checking with pnb customer care but the person told me to visit my bank branch to check the same as he cannot do online so when I checked in my branch....

I ordered one product on 17/8/2020 the amount was 2024 and i return something from that and on 25th july 2020 the refund of rs 730 was initiated by amazon india but i haven't received it yet till today

I was supposed to get a refund of rs. 2947.00 from amazon india on 23 july 2020 but i didn't get it because my bank pnb india never processed it. I emailed them both amazon and pnb but no response from pnb so far. I was given a refund reference number from amazon regarding my refund and suggested to file a charge dispute as refund never processed by my pnb bank. So i mailed them regarding this and talked to the customer care executive...

Rupees 634.00 has been transferred through 3 transactions from amazon pay wallate. The details are as follows

I have account with pnb halvad branch with the account no.[protected] the branch manager can't tell me if required balance not maintain then u pay charges for that type so please refund my all charge form the date.1.01.2018 to till date.....

I have ordered an item with aamazon with rupees 9653 and have returned the item . Amazon has provided me Refund reference no. Of bank but bank is not transferring money they are saying talk to amazon and Amazon is saying talk to bank.

My name is amandeep kaur and i had ordered r s aggarwal quantative aptitude for competitive exams of rs 584 in amazon on 15 july 2020 and after returned date 19 july 2020. I was told by Amazon to raise a concern with the bank for a recent order made . The bank customer care will keep you on hold for 10-15 mins and then cut the call. I have the refund reference number but nothing is happening. I have tried contacting them at least 12-13 times....

I have ordered phone from amazon but after some days i ask for refund and amazone provided successful refund they said but bank has not cleared amount and then i call costomer care than they clearly refuse to tell anything and not ready to listen anything...
