I had made an imps transfer to an account which is being maintained with punjab national bank. Details of payment is mentioned as below...

Further, i had been informed that pnb authorities have received an email in which it is stated that the said transaction is wrongly processed and they were requested to stop the transaction. Subsequently, acting upon that email they denied the beneficiary to withdraw the amount.
Further i (Remitter) informed pnb authorities that we have not sent them such email and not someone on my behalf. The transaction was made willingly in order to make the payment to said beneficiary and there is nothing wrong in it. So, i requested them to please release the amount to the beneficiary as soon as possible.
I sent three reminder on their email imps. [protected]@pnb.co.in and [protected]@pnb.co.in but they are so comfortable being idle that they find it difficult to reply on my query. They are overwhelmed with the thoughts that they are government employee and so care about none. Further i also made a complain on their website which ref. No. Is [protected]
Anyway, i am hopeful that i would get my query resolved through this platform.
