Address: Pathankot , bus stand

Very afternoon, I’m supriya, a few minutes before, I was supposed to have roadways likewise other days at pathankot buststand But today at same time, when bus reached at mainroad, , conductior not allowed other passengers aswell me to enter, even they shut the opening door at my face, so that i couldn’t enter . I was waiting for around half an hour but with in second they just left : what that’s mean supposed to be. Is this service for female or just for making us fool with ur names ..

I boarded in PUNBUS No.PB02-2297 on 24th April, 2021 from Ropar and took the ticker upto Jalandhar Bus Station vide Ticket No. 00028426 at 18.21:51 Hrs.

The bus was supposed to drop all the passengers at Jalandhar Bus stand but the driver / conductor dropped us enroute i.e. at Rama mandi (Jalandhar) where we faced lot of difficulty for getting another bus. As you are aware that today pandemic time is very crucial for all o[censored]s. It becomes duty of the bus driver to drop us at Jalandhar Bus stand.

Please look into it and take appropriate action against Driver and Conductor

Dear concern,
I am writing a complaint of inappropriate behaviour of bus conductor with ladies . We are 8-9 ladies stood at mahilpur bus stand . A Punjab roadways bus routes Nawansehar to Hoshiarpur at 9:27 am . Bus stopped little back from bus stand . All passengers went towards bus. 2 male passengers entered . When a lady started entering, bus conductor stopped her and said no ladies allowed to enter . There is no space for free service. Then 2 ladies started saying we would pay through money or will take ticket with money .Then he refused by saying, bus needs fuel, with free tickets, it will not able to operate . No ladies, no free tickets allowed and bus gone.

It's how conductor of roadways insulted ladies over a public place. It's a policy of government of free tickets for ladies of Punjab . A conductor dennied to play his role or job at his working time . He has no right to insult ladies .

It's very disappointing that the driver and conductor not stopping the buses for lady passengers on main bus stops, they stop before or after the bus stop or they close the doors from inside even bus is totally empty. If luckly any bus stops, the conductor told passenger's to sit only Male passenger in bus or said not to stop on bus stops, they only stop the buses at bus stand only, Which makes feel harassment to the lady passenger's. It happens all over punjab and on all routes, I don't know what is happening in the punjab

I hereby need to tell that bus conductor of bus no AT2910 at time 10.45 on route to amritsar from jalandhar bus stand has denied to stop bus at kartarpur and misbehaved with me and my mother talked in a louder voice that he is not free enough to stop bus there infact not only this all other bus conductors . This is happening as the fair for female has been announced 0. They are not willing to have female passengers in their buses.

Sir,
As per punjab government notification no. SSWCD-24022/13/2020-6SS-1200 in it’s eligibilty criteria paragraph no. 2 it is clearly mentioned that women who are employees of Punjab Government but live in Chandigarh can travel free in ordinary buses and avail the benifit irrespective of having residencial proof of punjab. And about this notification it is published in each and every newspaper and everyone is aware of it. Instead of all thiswhenever I travel in punjab roadways, I am asked to show only adhar. I am resident of chandigarh as per my I'd proof, but serving in Balachaur for which i don’t have any residencial proof of punjab.
Kindly provide a solution as soon as possible as it is getting humilating also having arguments with the conductors on daily basis.

Sir,
As per punjab government notification, women can avail free bus facility.
Also who is serving in department of punjab government, but residing in chandigarh can avail free travel, but every time I travel in punjab roadways, I am asked to show only adhar. I am resident of chandigarh as per my I'd proof, but serving in Gurdaspur. Punjab court . Is roadways employees not even aware about the notification. Kindly provide the solution.

As i am living in ucha pind distt fatehgarh sahib. There is now getting a big problem no bus stop at ucha pind stop to have passengers. Many buses goes from flyover not stop at this stop. Many girls are facing this problem. Pls pls pls get this into nd solve this problem as soon as u can

Today i was coming from jalandhar bus stand to my house and on the way near chunmun mall a punbus bus was coming at a very high speed which was approximately 60 + and it very high speed of heavy vehicles in the city center . Your bus was just about to hit me when i was standing on the red light . Your bus didn't even stopped on red light . Driver just jumped red. Light with accelerating very high speed. He was about to hit me there were only a difference of inches . Today god saved my life. I ll sue a case against punbus company in high court if .. i i have an evidence to show to the court i have took some photos of your bus and number plate of your bus .. i need a immediate response from you otherwise i ll file a case in the court ..
Time was around 10:12- 10:15 today morning date is 31st of march 2021 .

There is a roadways bus departed from ferozpur city bus stand to fazilka today 25/3/2021 at 11.18 am the bus conducter miss behave with me and not picking me up for fazilka. He said u hv enough luggage so i can't take u. You must pay extra charges. But I trawled from amritsar to ferozpur with same luggage that time I hv no extra charged for luggage. Conductor of this bus is very rude.
I was going to Nirvana Club and he had asked to me to put off before the stop and I told that I have to go Nirvana Club and then he told the bus driver to do not stop the bus at Nirvana Club and he dropped me at the next stop.
Please give them some trainings to talk with womens and also according to new rules, ladies can travel free of cost but they are asking for Money.
And please take some actions against the conductor of the Same bus.
Ticket copy is unable to attach due to large size. Ticket number is 262726 date: 17/3/21.

I got my luggage from chandigarh to shimla today in Punjab roadways bus and the conductor took Rs 500 from us and while asking for the ticket he only gave ticket of Rs 250 as the normal fare is Rs 250. He did not give us ticket of Rs 500 even after asking also. And the conductor and driver were talking me and my mother in a very abusive language . The details are as follows :

Date : 09 March 2021

Please consider this complaint as important and help us in getting our refund of Rs 250 .

I noticed so many time that most of the punbus buses driver are stopping bus at that particular stoppage where as rest all private bus are getting stopped and filling their bus with travellers including prtc bus. some time also I noticed that conductors are getting irritate to board passanger those are carrying punbus passes it means they are more interested to deal in cash only.

Here, I am writing to inform you that buses of route Mahilpur to Phagwara are not well maintained and clean.
The seats seem messy and dirty, and I dont think that they clean them often. The handles and leg space is full of dust and sticky things.
Other than this, the water comes from holes when rainfall occurs.

I believe there is a huge need to maintain them for daily commuters.
I urge you to inspect this issue once and you will get to know how much it is required to change.
