I took bus at kuruskehtra with bus no
PB65AS 0784 I asked cundoctoer that bus will stop for breakfast .because I have exam at Karnal so he ignored that and stopped bus at 14km from my pickup place

I asked to please change my bus but he denide so rudely and asked do anything i[censored] want to complaint no issue u can complaint

Shame full peoples

I will virul that video and also virul this complaint if anyone from team will not take action against this

I along with 13 passenger were standing at baba bakala chowk rayya. At 4.37 pm on dated 17/02/2021.but driver and conductor didn't stop the bus taken wrong side..Occurring loss of 13 passengers to punbus.

Your Bus Conductor misbehaved with me, a Cancer patient of PGIMER CHD.today dated 14/02/2021 traveling from Mohali Phase-6 to Samrala .Bus reached at about 9.27 am at phase -6 Mohali.I has been dropped by your bus conductor forcibly Between Balongi & Kharar without any Bus Stopage, besides possessing/ having Valid Certificate of Cancer Patient issued by PGI CHD.only for mentally & economically harassing purpose to me by your bus conductor.Today nobody picked up the following phone numbers for my complaint:[protected], 2447017, 220531, 2402813, [protected], [protected] Please do the needful at my complaint &take the necessary action immediately against your bus conductor in the Interest of justice.
Note:My certificate was also stamped by Civil Surgeon Ludhiana & due to Civid-19, Voucher/Tickets are not available.

I have traval muktsar to bathinda,
Bus cleaning zero, beg place aera very dusty due to that my beg dirty all windows hazy,
Please some attention of bus cleaning,
Look like private bus services.

Right now I am travelling from jalandhar to Jammu. I have one medium size trolley with me .I have paid for 1 passanger ticket and luggage on my side..I haven't take any extra seat for luggage despite of that bus conductor asked me to pay for one extra half ticket.the buss no is 9944.kindly tell me if it is authorised to charge for half extra ticket for carrying medium size bag...

Please download the pics driver talking with conducter during driving the bus and the conducter distracting him
Also i[censored]nexpectd thing will hapen with bus the government will took all the fianancial loss for every person

As whole world is under the crisis of corona, we the people of punjab are facing same. Very few buses are on road. Inspite of this crisis Punbus employees are not cooperating with passengers. They are not droping passengers at their destinations. One such example ticket is also attached with this application. Passenger requested the staff to stop bus at mirapur college even holding devigarh ticket. But no request was listened and bus stopped at devigarh.

so you are requested to plz care passengers.

I want to share my travelling experience with you. Actually now these weeks the punbus didn't follow any covid-19 rules and regulation like wearing mask, social distancing . In this situation the punbus service is not good for our health. You want to make sure your bus service follow all these rules and pls improve your bus service

Myself and my family while traveling to Ambala to Moga ... Bus conductor and and says bus will go to Firozpur. We will drop you at Moga . then he has taken 500 rs from us without any tickets ... Later he says bus will go to ludhiana then you bored another bus from ludhiana to Moga . He was using unparliamentary language and misbehave with my family. Requesting to concern authority to take some serious action against him. For any assistance please contact me on [protected]

I had travelled along with my friend on 8 Nov 2020, Sunday in the bus which originated from Bathinda at 08:30 am for delhi ISBT.
I would like to draw our attention to the pathetic condition in which all the passengers had to have lunch at subhash dhaba/hotel. There was no basic amenities for gents & ladies there. Nor was the place hygienic. And the food was of worst quality.
There were plethora of options available for us to go but our bus driver and conductor took us there only even though the hotel is situated on other side of road. I am guessing it must be for a commission they get from these cheap restaurant owners.
Please take strict action against the bus conductor and driver of the said bus whose ticket is attached for your consideration.

Actually i want to draw your attention towards bus service of Roadways from Jagraon to Raikot between 5 pm to 6pm. Everyday there’s three buses came between this time period, but from last few days i am expericing problems for buses. There’s no bus service from 5 to 6pm nowsays. Everyone expericing problems. Please have a look in this issues.

I have travelled from Amritsar to Jalandhar today morning 21.10.2020 08:00AM by PunBus vide no. PB08ED0796 Depot - Jalandhar-II. Bus departs from Amritsar Bus Stand around 8 AM and after that Conductor came to me for Ticket and given him Rs.110/- as the fare of Amritsar to Jalandhar but he issued me Machine Generated ticket for Amritsar to Rayya (Amount - 45/- Which is printed on 7:16AM) and rest tickets he given Pre-Printed tickets, i asked him for one complete ticket but he denied and said "Koi baat nahi, hum dekh lenge koi ayega to". I asked him that some times i need to submit the ticket at my office for claim, but i didn't get the one ticket.
This is very wrong practice they are following during Ticketing.
Kindly look into the matter.

I have boarded in a bus from ambala cantt to jalandhar and when bus conductor came for ticket he asked for full ticket for my personal computer. He said that full fare would be charged for electronics item. When i oppose this he put me down of the bus in middle of the road and he charged for 3 tickets of 2 person and 1 cpu cabinet. Ticket attached. I wanted to ask punjab roadways if a personal computer has charged full fare then a laptop an mobile phone should also be charged full fare why these items are exempted.

I was travelling from mohali to mukerian in punjab roadways. The conductor was allowing immigrants to enter the bus and overcrowded it. Even after warning him he was allowing more people to enter the bus.

Sir i take a bus from pathankot bus started at 6 pm but after gurdasspur the bus over load passenger the number of passanger is very high...
There is proper chances of increasing of covid... I[censored] want that covid cannot be increase soo solve this issue i think another reason of covid increasment is over passanger in busses..in this bus all paasanger are siiting on every seet and many standing please solve this issue...

Today i was travelling from phase 6 to nangal nd according to government ruleonly one person is allowed in 2seated nd 2 person in 3 seated after knowing the situation of this state nd country.. Regarding covid that conductor said government has allowed for covering all the seats of bus or this government thing itsa joke i mean covid isa joke pls take action or if this rule is changed the. Also inform me else i have no. Issue for taking this issue with the higher authority. Revert for the same

I'm traveling from jalalabad to chandigarh. I take ticket from jalalabad to chandigarh. By misunderstanding i missed by bus on ferozpur bus stand. Then conductor again cut my ticket for chandigarh. I want my refund of 335 rs.

Me and my friend travelling from Mohali to jalandhar on 30/1/2020. in punjab roadways bus no. 9767 of depot jal 2.
During refreshment break at Roopnagar bus stand. The driver and conductor left us behind intentionally on the Roopnagar bus stand and ran away the bus speedily ignoring our shouts to stop the bus. Our luggage left in the bus. Kindly take strict action against the driver and conductor.
