I was traveling today CHUNNI to Landran. Via punjab roadways. At 5.15 bus from CHUNNI. Kalan
The fare of CHUNNI to Landran is 15 rs he take me from 20 rs.
And although he is very disrespectful in conversations.
He told me i[censored] have no changes of 15 rs. I will not pick u in the bus.
I am a student i[censored] don't take any action on this.
I will go to consumer court.

Above said bus number not pick jalandhar to mukerian passengers even lot of seats are available in the bus and conductor requested plz sit in kartar bus service. I not a govt. Employee and pay full payment for my ticket. I attached bus photo kartar bus service and ur bus gone. The bus conductor refused to get in two passengers even on requesting him. He said for ludhiana to khanna go to the private bus whose conductor is standing with him when the private bus conductor said him not to take the passengers. I asked him why you are refusing to carry the passengers, firstly he said he won't enter the city traffic and i aggried with him and said where ever you are comfortable you can stop and make me leave and then again private bus conductor said him not to take and the roadways conductor said i have no seats inside. This was a total harassment and favouritism. I don't want to travel in those private bus and this bus is for providing swrvise to us and they are refusing. I'm not saying to take strict action but I'm saying please make a rule not to leave any passenger if he is requesting may be there is some urgency. Please consider my request.
To justify my incident I'm attaching the photograph of the bus number.

A daily passenger from harse mansar to mukerian route.. Today i take bus no. Pb-06
8314 at 3: 45 pm. The conductor was sitting in front of bus.. & m at back door because my stop was near but at the mansar stop door was unable to open at the moment, conductor ignores and blow whisle. My one foot was above the bus & other was down & bus ran away. It was my good luck that i am alive.. & not any major injury happened with me.. Kindly call your bus conductor & driver about it. So that it should never happen again with another one. Kindly resolve it & give reply.. Thank you.

I caught punjab roadways bus no. Pb 02 a z6963 near amritsar railway station at 13:50 on 03.03.2019. I was traveling with my two sons (Age 4 year 9 month and 2 years) and wife. The asked to give rs 90 for two & half tickets (Instead rs 88 by pretending not having rs 8 ticket) and gave me tickets valued rs 70 only. I told this to him but he ignored. I again told, than he took my tickets and returned rs 75 tickets. I again told him about less value tickets, he said that he is coming. I had to ask him several times to complete the tickets equal to rs 90 given by me, than he misbehaved with me. I am having the tickets and i can produce if necessary.. Before this incident, there was good reputation of punjab roadways in my mind, so this type of employee must be punished to save reputation of punjab & punjab roadways. And action taken against this conductor must be conveyed to me also.

. The conductor was very rude ñ ill-mannered irrespective of anyone's age or health. He was very unhelpful ñ behaving as if he is the master ñ rest all r his slaves. It was very shocking, insulting ñ hurting. A private labour was appointed by the staff to put seat no. On the luggage ñ for putting in dikki for which the customer had to pay rs.10/ per bag to the labour. Hope the company will take notice of it ñ teach its staff how to behave as it brings ñ bad name to the company as well as the state.

Sir i am here to inform you that i am student and bus public transport bus pas holder by prtc but conductors of punjab roadways bus very oftenly misbehaving with college girls and other students roadways students bus pass facilty is to serve the students and for welfare of public but bus conductors from kotkapura ganganagar at around 3pm arrive at kotkapura is very misbehaving with us which is wrong according to rules and administration law kindly reprimand him

I am a student of khalsa college ludhiana and many more students especially girls every morning stands at phillaur bus stop but mostly all the buses don’t bored us in the bus and it creates a lot of inconvenience for us as we get late for our college.
I also want to share a incident as bus no. Pb 08 cb 9767 at morning time between 7:00-8:30 they slow down their bus to despatch one person at phillaur, then all the girls start chasing the bus but the driver didn’t stop the bus and run the bus in great speed.
They didnot respect the girls

Sir, i want to inform you that there is wrong timing of buses on time table boards at pathankot bus stand. On time table board written that first bus to amritsar is at 3:25 am dated (26/2/2019) but there was no bus that time it's very disappointing for me as well as other. I have very important work at amritsar but because of this mistake i am not able to reach there on time. Please do the needful as soon as possible so in future no one should face this situation. Make an accurate time table for passengers.

I am from dosurka. I travel daily to hoshiarpur by roadways bus. But buses from tanda to hoshiarpur are not come in proper time in morning. Buses driver come the bus according their time. They are always late near about 15 minute. Its a biggest issue. I always reach at my destination very late. They do not hear anything. We come to our stop at 7 am. They come a bus at 7 30.

On 3/02/2019, i picked punbus punjab roadways batala depo from kharar to phagwara, said bus conductor issued ticket for phagwara (Rs 135/-) but he dropped me banga saying bus will not go to phagwara. He talked a private bus driver to take two passengers of phagwara to drop there but bus conductor of batala depo neither return our money nor pay money of ticket to private bus conductor, we both ladies pay extra money for phagwara ticket, this is really a harassing. Please look in to the matter.

Sir i m travelling delhi to chandigarh in punjab roadways roopnagar depot... The behaviour of conductor is very bad... He was serving water with the help of his feet... Very poor condition this bus is called volvo but there is no ac in bus... This is a humble request of you please don't send this type of cheap conductor in bus. Date of journey 31 jan. 2019... I pick up bus of punjab roadways from sirsa (Hry) 125055, sangwan chowk at 9.15 am dt[protected]. When i ask conductor to give me ticket of chormar khera (125077) then he refused me and gave the ticket to odhan which is 5 km before chormar khera. If chormar khera is not a stand then why bus stopped at sangwan chowk sirsa and paniwala motaa, that is also not a stand for bus. The bus should not be stopped at sangwan chowk and paniwala mota sirsa if chormar khera is not a stand for bus. This is the willingness of conductor where he stop or where he not. The bus no is

I gagandeep handa travelling daily from batala to jalandhar in morning and jalandhar to batala evening. I am a punjab roadways bus pass holder from last 2 years. Today a bus having bus no. Pb 12 l6408 did not stop even after i waved to stop the bus at umarpura bus stop batala. Only few passengers are sitting in the bus and when i asked the bus conductor and bus driver why they did not stop the bus at batala stop they use layman language (Speak punjabi gali) and even threaten me and said the bus is their property and they will stop the bus where ever they want.

The bus conduction even slap me and said do the complaint where ever you want. If this kind of thansport service you provide and theated me for my life by your conductor then please stop these kind of buses.

It is my humble request to suspend the bus driver and conductor for life time or take a strick action against them who are on duty today. Otherwise your transport will go in losses. For your ready reference i am again mentioning here the bus no pb 12 l6408 (Nangal)

Dear sir,
This is my very bad experience with punjab roadways batala depot bus services. Yesterday I was came from sirhind to jalandhar and conducter did misbehaved with me he stop me sitting on first 5 seat and all seats are full with passenger front 5 seats empty that time, but he shouting me and try to fight with me. He stop me to sit any front seat and this is very pain full for me I just left same bus in khanna instead of jalandhar I don't want to go with him

Hello there.
I am complaining regarding my lost baggage from punbus volvo no. Pb65a0921, ropar depot.
I was travelling from chandigarh to delhi on 23/12/2018 and my baggage was stored in boot space of bus. On deboarding bus in delhi my red colour trolley bag was missing and another red bag of some passenger was lying there who probably deboarded from bus at delhi bypass and took away my bag.
On complaining to conductor he was clueless.
I left that bag with conductor and asked him to contact me if my bag is found. Conductor told me that he will submit misplaced bag (Of other passenger) at ropar depot and will contact me if my luggage is found.
There has been no contact from conductor since 24th december, neither he is answering my calls.
I request you to look in this matter and at least enquire conductor about any clue of lost baggage.

I am daily travel from gurdaspur to samba vice versa. I felt very much harrassed when driver mostly can't stop the bus at bus stand samba about 15:35 pm. When i tried to stop the bus they slow down the bus and suddenly put a acceleration and gone ahead. Sir i seriously harrassed from that act of diver. You may please help us for this act of concern. I can't able to read the bus no but i saw on back side of bus written amritsar-2 in punjabi. But i knew very well the driver face. You may please solve my this matter of concern, thankyou

I am a daily boarding person from chandigarh to jamalpur, ludhiana and from jamalpur to chandigarh.
I catch the punjab roadways from kohara stopage as i have monthly general pass.
But there is an issue, sometimes the bus conductor doesn't stop the bus here. Today on 22.12.2018 also did not stop the bus here. The bus was of jagron depot.
Sir i request you to please look after the matter and resolve the problem of me like persons.

One of your conductor on hamirpur (Hp) to amritsar via hoshiarpur on date 20 dec 2018 is not doing his duty properly. He havn't given any ticket to maximum of local passengers. And to whom ticket given, a ticket double the amount of fare is given just by saying he dont know how to cut tickets between two main stations and ticket will be drawn only to nadaun not in between. I used to travel in punjab roadways from past two years but never seen behaviour like this. But i am very sure this kind of employees
Not worthy to your organisation because they are just decreasing your revenue.
Kindly take strong action against this person so that he will not spoil your organisation name as he did.
