One of your conductor on hamirpur (Hp) to amritsar via hoshiarpur on date 20 dec 2018 is not doing his duty properly. He havn't given any ticket to maximum of local passengers. And to whom ticket given, a ticket double the amount of fare is given just by saying he dont know how to cut tickets between two main stations and ticket will be drawn only to nadaun not in between. I used to travel in punjab roadways from past two years but never seen behaviour like this. But i am very sure this kind of employees
Not worthy to your organisation because they are just decreasing your revenue.
Kindly take strong action against this person so that he will not spoil your organisation name as he did.

    Bus no pb03aj7774
    I boarded the bus from panipat to delhi.
    There is no stoppage of bus within this short distance of 85 kms.
    However, this bus driver suddenly stopped at mitra da dhaba near gannaur, just to earn commission from the dhaba owner.
    Upon enquiry with the bus conductor and dhaba owner, they said it is the regulation of punjab roadways authority to stop at this place. This notification was issued six months back and all the buses stop at this dhaba daily from the past six months

    May i please be provided with the said rules or the siad notification of the punjab roadways authority to stop the bus at this dhaba from panipat to delhi.

    And when asked to start the bus, he said that he will start after having his dinner and will not start until then. The passengers can do what they want since the tickets have already been issued to the passengers.

      Dear sir/madam,
      Punjab roadways buses have no timming from pathankot to amritsar after 7 pm. Bus scheduled at 8:40 pm from pathankot to amritsar has been departed from pathankot bus stand at 8:25pm. When i approached to bus by following by my friend"s car and asked why the bus departed before scheduled time ie:8:40, the cunductot said that it was a special bus hired by radha swami sangat bead, which comes from jammu. Bus no. Is pb06f2867 and conductor was a sikh turbian. Driver was busy at his mobile during the journey from pathankot to gurdaspur.
      This is my request to all o[censored] that please improve the service and discipline in govt. Buses scheduled after 7 pm specially for 7:40 and 8:40 pm from pathankot to amritsar. It really affect image of govt. Bus services and behaviour of cunductor and driver are like private employees like they hired private goons in buses who misbehaved with passengers.

      Sir I have boarded PB06V7031 from Jalandhar PAP Chowk to Sathiala College in Punjab Roadways bus. Conducter is denying to issue ticket for Sathiala an insisting me to pay upto Mehta. I am working in Sathiala an make daily travelling in your buses. This is the first instance of such kind. Please look into. Thanks

          This is regarding punbus ac coach number pb 65 as 7584 leaving delhi isbt kasmere gate to chandigarh on 22/11/18 at around 5.45 pm
          I was in the ticket queue at the counter. Initially conductor was issuing tickets and seats, suddenly he stopped giving tickets. Saying to few people to wait n few that seats are over. Also misguided the public that tickets are still available online, although booking was closed online. Then he sent us to the counter upstairs where there was no one
          Then suddenly started issuing tickets on his own discretion and by favouring his known to people. On questioning, he told you leave about those seats, that i will decide
          Finally we did not get tickets

            आपकी पंजाब परिवहन की बस संख्या pb 12y 1444 जो सहारनपुर से देवबन्द आ रही थी, उसमे मैं दिनांक 16 नवंबर 2018 को शाम 5 बजे के करीब नागल से देवबन्द के लिए बैठा ।काफी दूर तक जाने के बाद भी जब परिचालक टिकट देने के लिए नही आया तब मैंने परिचालक को टिकट के लिए आवाज दी ।उसने आकर 20 रुपये लिए और बिना टिकट दिये जाने लगा।टिकट मांगने पर भी टिकट नही दिया।बहुत कहने पर उसने टिकट दिया और मुझे धमकाने लगा कि आज के बाद मैं तुम्हे बस में नही बैठाउँगा।यह घटना कई बार हो चुकी है ।हमेशा ही परिचालक टिकट देने के बाद बस

              This is in regard to your bus number pb12 9953 which i boarded from pipli haryana and i had to get down at isbt new delhi. Along with me 3 more passengers from same station boarded the bus. Fair as per ticket was 145 but he charged 150 from everybody and didn't even bothered to return the balance amount even asking for that again. He also charged and didn't issued. Ticlet to some passengers which he took from panipat toll plaza. When i objectes regarding this conducror started arguing with me and also threatened me to do whatwver i can do and camplaint wherever i can. So i had no other means rather than raising this complaint here. I would be taking this to social media via my twitter and facebook accounts. I have my ticket intact with me and i will make sure that necessary action is taken against such money making acts of cunductors in your prtc buses. I am also a government of india servent i will make sure culprit is taken care of

                I was traveling from panchkula to dehradun today in punbus whose number was 9974. The bus was ordinary and it runs from roopnagar. The driver of this bus was highly unmannered and throughout the way kept arguing with one or the another person as i was sitting just behind the driver seat i realized he was abusive and really not a person with whom family can travel.
                I wouldn't be complaining anything but at the time when the conductor asked about where i have to leave i told him the stoppage named and he unnecessarily started shouting that we don't stop there. Being a civilized person i did realized and was asking him the other place where he can drop me but he kept shouting and talking unnecessarily and the situation got so bad there. He argued with me unnecessarily for some 5-7 minutes with continuously asking me to shut up in his language that too in very rude way. Conductor obviously was taking his side but did not atleast shouted. The behaviour of this driver was so inappropriate and he was seen preferring sardars over any other person, he himself was sardar but the way he acted was so inappropriate and i think some action must be taken against him. He is not fit to even talk around the families who travel in such bus. I'm an advocate by profession and also being an aware citizen decided to complaint about it. He actually treated me and some other people also like we are travelling for free and he is paying for us, being a passenger when we are paying for the journey, no passenger is bound to take any misbehaviour from the staff and it must be taken into consideration. The way he was insulting people and also me was so annoying that it is going to create some serious problems for punbus.

                  Hi, today on 11th nov i have taken punbus mercedes bus from pathankot to chandigarh. This bus started at 5 pm from pathankot. My seat no is 3 and 4. Driver of this bus is continuously using mobile phone while driving and his behavior with passengers is also very rude. Conductor is also using abusive language while conversation with each other. Pfa video of driver using mobile while driving. Pls take strict action against them otherwise this video will be shared with media.

                    Yesterday on 10/11/2018 i went to srk hospital pathankot to see patient and return back. The tickets o[censored]p and down fare are attached for ready reference.
                    How the difference is rs. 7 per ticket by bus no. Pb08cx8238 where as we have traveled the same distance form and to.
                    I asked the bus conductor and he replied me to clearify from office
                    Let me know that before traveling on prtc bus every have to clearify the fare from prtc office
                    Whether prtc is not responsible to educate their conductor to talk with passenger in right way and politely.

                      60 seats in bus and 90 + passengers in one time.. What the hell is going on.. Is there any descipline or not? So poor service and mentalitty.. Very bad for punbus.. Every passenger is getting irritate coz of your service.. I dont have to say anymore. The thing is. Its very awefull to journey like this... Pay for service and what the hell is with that service...

                        I am traveling from chandigarh to pathankot. I have done booking online by punbus app. It charged me 300 ruppees. But when i boarded the bus. Conductor asked me rupee 15 more as difference money due to increased fare. I did not provide me any legal proof regading this increase in fare. How i believe that he was saying true.? Although i paid him but it is not fare to travelers..

                        I was about to go to sirhind.. But they charged me for rajpura as they told me that they can cut ticket for rajpura only but later on they cut ticket for sirhind to other passengers... I'm very annoying with the behavior of your employees

                          It is with great anguish that i am writing this to you to draw your attention to such callous demeanor of bus conductor. I was traveling from delhi to ambala cantt (Ticket attached) in bus number pb10gx 5376 on 4th november. Driver was traveling above speed limit and traveling wrong side on misty night around 11:30 pm. When i raised objection conductor use abusive words and was completely inebriated. He didn't disclose his name and said 'jo kr skta hai kr le bhenc*d'.

                          Not only this he penalised me for merely 10 kg luggage saying that this exceed maximum weight of free 10kg luggage allowed, in spite of fact free luggage of 20kg is permissible and admonish me to he will alight me in midnight i dare to raise any objection.

                          I am attaching ticket as well as screenshot of bus number to corroborate the claim. I hope strict action will be taken against bus conductor as well as driver for this conductor.

                            We managed to travel by your bus no, 8775 from panipat to karnal. First of all conductor refused to lift us as he said it will go though over bridge. On our request to drop us on nimral kutia chowk fly over. He took us to karnal. On reaching karnal conductor insisted us to get down at namaste chowk instead of nirmalkutia chowk as already agreed upon.in between driver shouted that he willnot stop bus further and will all of you to ambala since he is late forjammu. We started requested him but he was adamant enough. On being so rude we started making video. On seeing this conductor got surprised and get calm whereas driver shouted and slapped on mobile and passenger making video. And threatened for more violence. We again repeated our request to drop us next stop and not on sub lane as he was running on elevated bridge. However we managed to drop at nirmal kutia fly over and not on chowk (Sublane meant for buses). He dropped us on bridge only. He was too rude and making violence with us which is very wrong. He mis behaved like any thing. We were three persons aged between 56-59 and one o[censored]s has leg problem.

                            Please guide your staff suitably i. E do not kill passenger. We want to travel and not to be slapped.

                              We have handed over a small parcel to the punjab roadways bus conductor named jasbir (Mobile no. [protected]) containing 2 track suits to be delivered at saffidon on the way to panipat and have received rs. 500/- ffrom him. When our customer at saffidon approached the conductor to know about the parcel, he advised him to collect the parcel from panipat toll plaza which is 40 km away from that place and unfortunately the said parcel could not collected by our customer and the conductor advised to collect the parcel from jalandhar on 2.11.2018 and when our representative approached the conductor, he started demanding rs. 1000/- more which is in-genuine. Please see that the value of 2 parcels does not exceeds rs. 1000/- while he demands more than value of the items as no fault of our is there. More over our order in lacs got cancelled. So, kindly enquire from responsible conductor and do the needful otherwise we will approach higher authorities.

                                  I took Punjab roadways bus (Volvo) from Kashmere Gate Delhi at 1600 hrs departure time on 28th Oct, 2018 to Chandigarh. I asked twice if TV is working in the bus before i bought tickets, Bus conductor assured me that it is functional. However after boarding the bus neither AC nor Television working.
                                  Also when there is a stopover in Karnal, Bus engine was also stopped knowing passengers are still sitting in the bus and therefore it got suffocating.

                                    I am very unhappy with the services as i was very uncomfortable because of the conductor’s behavior. He came and sat on the seat next to mine as it was empty but so does a few other seats! Didn’t let me keep my hand on the hand rest and when i did keep it he kept his hand on mine! He was extremely rude and did not go away!
                                    He once got up and i tried to occupy both the seats so that he does not sit with me but he asked me to move!
                                    I was afraid to say anything to him as he was very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable through out my journey! I am not sure of his name but my bus was punbus chandigarh depot with timing 9:50 am on 26th october 2018.

                                    Kindly assure the safety and comfort of the customers by making sure the kind of people you appoint. I am very unhappy with the services as i travelled for the first time with punjab roadways.

                                    I was scared of saying anything to him since he was rude.

                                      I am complaining from pathankot district that the punjab roadways buses are not running in their correct timing and the officials are also not taking any action.
                                      The students are also facing many problems regarding their studies.
                                      The school and college opens at 9a. M and we face many problems in attending the lectures and in exams.
                                      And the enquiry counters are also not telling us correct information.
                                      Please take necessary action.

                                        It is 14:45 time when i took punbus from Ludhiana to Chandigarh...an advance ticket Conductor entered in bus and asked for tickets and i gave him 200rs and he gave me ticket of 115Rs and asked me for 5 rs change which is unavailable for me..Bus Start moving and he took out from the bus in hurry...i asked for balance but he ignore.its not matter of 5 rs its matter of irresponsibility to costumers.plz Take Acton ...as soon as possible... Thank you
