They were here before time but the conductor told them that this ticket belongs to another bus and left them here in jalandhar bus stand, even i have to travel to delhi but due to heavy traffic i didnt got ticket and i tried to help these two girls who are from east africa and they were feeling helpless
I tried to talk to diffrent departments but everyone dint want to get involve in the matter even the stand incharge.
I got the conductors no from another conductor and approached him but he is not accepting anything so i request you to please involve in the case

I hereby like to inform you that i travelled to punjab for the first time.

Over-all journey was fine but when i went to buy packed items at patiala bus stand, j was very disappointed with unfair prices as they were charging ₹5 extra on packed items. And, when i asked the reason, they replied that it is the rate of bus stand.

Please, urgently take strict action regarding this as it is always not possible to take tiffin with us.

I hope you will consider it a serious matter.

I shall be thankful to you.

Today i am visiting hoshiarpur to garhshankar no pb 07 bq0825 he cant stop bus on stop of garhshankar main stop. When people say then he stopped on chandigarh road and say mai ghar chad ke awa or many other things. When i said i complaint u then he told me jithe margi karlo kai milde tere warge.. I am a government employee. Kindly give some manners to u r condutors how to speak passenger. Bus time 8.42 hoshiarpur to chandigarh dated 17.9.18. Kindly take strict action against him.

This Driver was going at over-speed and he hit my car and run away. When I stopped the bus then this driver and Conductor started abusing me. My family members were also with me at that time the bus driver and Conductor abused my family also.
I have sent my complaint to the CM window as well.

Punjab roadways bus no pb 03 af 6843 is not moving or going to its destination the bus stand on bus stand but stop reason behind not going to batala that the number of pass student is more than the passenger this is not first time it cancel reguler when the number of pass student is more as comper to the passenger all the buses of punjab roadways the going this to the reguler pass student what the # punjab roadways authority is doing. Daily several buses of punjab roadways cancel due to this reason when the do this buses are of punjab roadways and the are issueing or pass then why the are doing this to us this complain is for special bus of punjab roadways which moves from amritsar to pathankot daily on 3:40 bus number pb 03 af 6843

As i am regular going traveller of punjab roadways. The conductor of the bus, bus no. 182349, pb 07 6 2703,
Has misbehaved with me and charging more fare from me.
Kindly look into the metter and provide me justice. All the conductors at bus stand are also doing partiality and not even listened one word from me.
They are too aggressive and may also beat me. I am harassed.

Bus no.- pb-08-cx5879 bus conductor did not let me enter in the bus and said that the bus is not going to stop at bangala. If punjab roadways buses are not going stop than which roadways bus. No bus conductor can denies entry to a passenger. Maybe they take commission form private buses and bus stand staff also support them. Please take action against this kind of behaviour as it is against rules.

L am parson who daly use punjab roadways for trawling one palce to another place today date[protected]
I started my journey from chandigarh to amritsar. First i take ticket at 9:20pm & the bus started at 9:35pm.
After trawling few kilometers there should be bus have some machine problem due to this bus driver & ticket collector sade there is problam in over bus.
Then they asked us that there is bus coming just after 30 minutes.
After 50minutes there is not come any bus. Approximately 11:30 pm a fully bus come that also couldn't aloud more then 10 of people. So aome peoples take place in bus & moer than 8 people are remain in which i inclusde now time is 1:00am but there is no bus.
& still we are waiting for bus

I am a student pass holder of nawanshahr to rayat college of law, railmajra, today, dated :[protected], i was travelling in punbus around 8:00 am (Bus no. Pb 32 l 9943) from nawanshahr to rayat college of law, when i showed my student bus pass to conducter and requested him to stop the bus at college, he refused to stop the bus at rayat college, railmajra and started using abusive language, his behaviour was also very rough towards other passengers in general but specially against the student pass holders, when we reached the college i again requested him to stop the bus but again he refused, after back to back requests of all students they stopped the bus beyond the territorial limits of college
Early action will highly be appreciated

Today i travelled sirsa to shri muktsar sahib, bus driver and co driver take money from private buses and lat them take passenger from decided stoppages in slotted time. They parked the bus in parking area instead of counter.

I would like to draw your attention to the incidence happened today with me and my friend.
We were traveling from ludhiana to samrala and near jandiali the bus twitches at the speed of approx. 60.
The driver had no responsibility for the passengers. I am having injury in right arm and i have to perform in a play today.
It will be very difficult for me to perform now.
My friend stucked his nose with the seat, he also has to act in the play today evening.
Mostly passengers were ladies on last seats and they had severe i injuries.
When we aksed the driver to slow down the speed, he blamed the road for this.

We are young but what if an old man would be on the last seat.
Please look into the matter.

On 18/08/18 8:45 am. Conductor gave me the valid ticket. But he is saying you have drop at toll tax i. E 5 km apart from murthal and the bus will go though above the murthal fly over. Today 3 august 2018, therefore, punjab roadways via jhatra comes on time 9:05 departure from zira, however it takes 1hour 5 minutes to travel moga which maximum distance is about 22 km, neat road even no congestion yet it takes that much time which is not only wastage of time of public only but also they are looking for a small distance passengers for get money they don't give them ticket and driver continued call on mobile and conductor call to other for information about checkers. Mine problem is only they waste the time stundents. Please take action fast

Dear Manager,
On 17 july 18 punjab roadways bus no PB06 F 2823 from Pathankot to Chandigarh. Bus started at 06:15PM from pathankot driver was asked about the arrival at chandigarh. He assured that bus will reach Chd by 11:30 PM. But he is not sticking to the timings. He has been halting at each and every place. Even he is halting at villages also. It seems that it is local bus taking passengers from one village to other. It is now 11 PM after crossing Balachaur he has halted at Raman Vaishno Dhaba. God knows how much more time he is going to take. It seems that bus will rch chd by 2. You can imagine the plite of passengers who r sitting in bus since 6 PM. Collection fare by the bus will speak about the poor service of punjab roadways. That is why people dont want to travel by govt buses due to harrasment. Kindly take action.

Its so shameful to share that In between 5 to 6:15 am 5 to 6 buses passes from hariana and even tbough people are eargly waiting for them but no bus stops here .. sometime they stop by their own will. it totally wrong . as people gdt late for their duties. Buses are not even loaded.

I visited Shop num K 10 fruit n juice stall
to purchase Good day butter cookies of MRP RS 10 but he asked me for RS 15. On my notice he argued and misbehave with me and also he took from me rs15 in places of RS 10. Pls look into the matter and informed me with your action.

When other people request for tickets they give us tickets i will requst to check the bus collection of tickets today in this bus but u r conducter only 15 tickets give people

At morning 4.30 AM at ludhiana bus stand, punjab roadways bus going to Moga-kotkapura, conductor was not allowing passangers of Jagraon to take the bus, which is a stoppage for every express. Due to non availability of more options, conductor was just making it to his own ways. Although when bus departed, still there were many vacant seats in bus. Purely making state roadways bus to his own private bus.

Worst volvo service ever, degrading the name of the volvo.

I boarded a bus to chandigarh from isbt kashmere gate, i was charged 600 inr at an actual price ticket of 580 inr.

Ac too dont works that well as compared to himsutta (Hrtc) or haryana volvo.

This is for the punbus and company just travel once in haryana roadways and see what the ac of a volvo is capable of same 9400 model.

Its sheer wastage of money and time to travel in punbus volvo.

I am travelling in bus no. PB 05 V 9202. Initially while getting ticket from Ludhiana bus stand driver said they will go non- stop and will stop at only specific stops. But now he is only following the service lane path and traveling less on highway. There by stopping at all local bus stops. And in order to achieve timeline they travel fast on service lane also. Such a condition is very much prone to accident.
Please look into the matter as it is mostly done by Punjab roadways only.

The punbus of moga pb 03AF 7567 departure from ludhiana at 5:15pm (aprox) . At 6:30 pm in the ajitwal the bus was out of fuel and all the passengers very dispoointed. I called the moga and chandigarh head office but no one ànswered my call

I use to take bus from chaheru to chandigarh, and it had happened twuce that the bus conductor had made the ticket from jalandhar instead of chaheru. Though i had asked him before, he still argued and made the overcharged ticket. Strict actions should be taken. Following are the details as mentioned on the ticket:
