The matter of concern is dispute between the bus drivers. The route of Chandigarh transport undertaking is scheduled as 7:10 am from Nurpur bedi to Chandigarh on daily basis. While bus was moving towards their destination on the time, suddenly the Punjab roadways bus stood front of the CTU bus and the driver of Punjab roadways shows their anger. They start talking to each other and the fight was begin from here.
The point is, why passengers faced hindrances due to their personal glitches?
Someone has to reach their office, someone goes for their health check up,
Someone has to attend the interviews.

The behaviour of the drivers of both buses are not acceptable.

I'm filing the complaint, So the matter between the drivers will be resolved as soon as possible on their own basis

    Address: Ludhiana Depot Punjab roadways

    Hi I was travel from ISBT kashmiri gate Delhi to Jalandhar on 23-08-23 time 7.06 pm. Volvo punbus Ludhiana depot bus number is PB10GX0103. The behaviour of conductor is very very rude i think he takes any drugs. First he misbehave with one Punjab roadways driver on counter number 24 ISBT for parking and after that he use rude words and misbehave with senior citizen patient age 70. Kindly take strict action against him i already share the ticket and bus picture with Transport Minister of Punjab .       I took bus from ISBT 43 to Hamirpur Himachal Pradesh bus no 2910 nangal depot started 5.45 from 43 sec. After reaching una Bus stand driver stoped bus and I asked him when bus will go, he told me it will take 30 minutes I went out for food and came back after 10 minutes and didn't find bus. I asked here and there and they said bus has departed and stop only 2 minutes, now I have my bag and other things in bus who is responsible for that ? Very wrong thing that driver told about information about departure. Now I have to bear una to Hamirpur fare again . Please resolve my query for refund from una to Hamirpur because wrong information of driver I didn't travel . Very bad experience with Punjab roadways and that driver which doesn't have sence how to manage passenger and giving them false information

          With due respect I would like to fetch your attention towards the irregular bus service in my locality in morning time. The areas facing this problem are Village Bhol Kalota, Amroh, Bringli, Ramgarh, Bhavnaur and many others that come in the same route to Talwara, in district Hoshiarpur . The first bus HRTC comes at 6: 30 am at Bhol Kalota and next bus KHALSA comes at 7:40 am. There is a huge gap of 1 hr 10 minutes between the 2 bus timings. We have to face problem as we don't reach our places on time. Many students and teachers get late to their respective schools . So kindly consider my plea and get ourselves a new bus service between 7:00 am to 7:30 am . Thank you!

            Today I am travel on jalandhar to Tangra(amritsar) on punjab roadways/punbus nawansahar depot
            And conductor was cut the tickets and I am saying Tangra then he is very shout at me and rude behaviour that I m not stop on Tangra I am daily travel jalandhar to Tangra every bus was stop on evening time there was very few private buses on evening time after a huge humble request he is cut the ticket (jalandhar to Tangra) aftersome time Tangra was coming then he is not stop the bus on tangra bus stop they stop outside of city chohan near sir it's not good and after I m out of bus the conductor was saying some misbehaving word pls take strict action sir

                  I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the rude behavior exhibited by bus Conductor(PB 12M 9938). I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention in order to maintain a respectful and conducive work environment for all employees.

                  I am a resident of Himachal Pradesh, District Bilaspur. This morning we were traveling in a bus from Kurali to Punjab Roadways Depot Rupnagar in Chandigarh.

                  The behavior of punjab roadways against women are very pathetic. A roadways bus came and we walked to the conductor but conductor said go to another window and When we went to another window ..the conductor blow his whistle ..and bus driver drove away with the bus...punbus or punjab roadways is for public and if public is not happy then what is the role of punbus...please keep it in mind that free bus ticket is right of punjabi girls and womens...please ..punjab government please..this all happen near flyover fazilka...please take action for safety of girls... What is the reason to provide free ride to women when the are being mistreated it need to be looked properly
                  If a action will be taken i shalll be very thankful to punjab government..

                        Punjab roadways/Punbus buses do not stop at designated Bus stops, especially at 6 phase Mohali instead they force the passengers to disembark from buses at Verka chowk which is far away from Bus stop of 6Phase Mohali

                          I am a worker and I have to read at my workplace on time so I have to take bus around 7:45.
                          It's the timing for Punjab Roadways which is regular but always too crowded for passengers from my bus stop to get in and the bus that comes after that is PRTC which comes somewhat around 8 o'clock which is miss every other day which adds upto the problem.
                          There are many workers and students as well who eagerly waits for the bus to arrive and this kind of service really creates an inconvenience for all o[censored]s
                          Please look into this matter we need more buses in our area specially in the morning

                              I travel by bus number 3755 everyday from Amritsar to batala.. The driver of the same bus drives so rashly.. Today morning at 8.05, due to the negligence of the driver and the conductor, I fell down on the byepass while sitting on my seat. Since the bus was at a great speed, the driver just took a wrong right turn and the front sliding door opened unfortunately and I fell down from my seat right on the busy road. Kindly take strict action against the driver and the conductor.. And I have even filed a complaint to the CM of Punjab to take necessary actions into the matter.

                                On 29 april, around 2.30pm, i was traveling shriganganagar to ferozepur .i asked the bus conductor " bro, this bus is going abhor". He denied me and said " this bus is not going anywhere. After sometime bus got full and ready to go, some passenger told me that this bus was going abhor. I was with patient (my mother) somehow i managed to caught the bus. If i got late then last bus from fazilka to ferozepur of 5.40. Pm would missed . I requested to train the punjab roadways staff well, not to mislead passenger .

                                  Sir, today I traveled with Punjab roadways from Bathinda to Patiala at 15:28:26 pm having bus no. 0768 on 26.04.2022 in which conductor asked me ticket of Rs. 108 for the luggage whose weight was 10 kg only but as per the terms and conditions of prtc you can carry luggage upto weight of 20 kg at free of cost i showed the conductor terms and conditions of prtc but he denied not only to repay me but asked me to file complaint on online portal he even said that you can call the inspector as well so in last i request you to please take action against the conductor for misbehavior and for unnecessary charges
                                  kindly grant me Rs. 108

                                    Sir I want to file a complaint against the conductor and driver of Punjab Roadways today 22 April 2024 time 12:38:38 I and my mother took the ticket to Handaya from Bathinda and till around 2 o'clock when the bus reached Handaya stop the bus conductor did not stop the bus properly and the conductor asked the alighting female passenger to get off the bus quickly, while my mother was getting off the bus, the driver took the bus and my mother was badly hurt. They fell down on the road and suffered a lot of injuries, but instead of stopping the bus, the driver sped away. Sir, please pay serious attention to my complaint and take strict action against the driver and conductor of this bus because today Driver and conductor
