Hi... My a/c no is [protected] jo k surinder kaur w/o ranjodh saini k nam se hai. Mera bill circle 30 din ka hai. July ka bill galat reading k karan pspcl ne cancel kr k mujhe mujhe 6 sept mein 6500rs thek ka bill diya (July and aug) 2 month ka. Jo mein ne cash counter pai pay kiya. Or oct mein fir se bill de diya 73 days ka 5500. Jab bill 06 sept -09 oct ka banta hai.. Uper se sdo ne jise bola tha bat karna b ata.

    There is no power in our domestic meter since 6 pm yesterday. I lodged the complaint with customer care but the same could not be resovdx till 7 am today.. They send me a wrong message that complaint is resolved again complaint was booked but all in vein. Your employees numbers are either switched off or they make false promises. Serviced are ddtrriorafing. Ipersonally wish that you are taking benefit of monopoly. Wish that some other competifor should come i. Punjab. Pls help to resolve the issue
    Last night there was heavy rain in village jaipura, doraha, Local depart is not listing anything, please arrange the engg. to solve our issue.

      Avta sing a line man, n his behaviar to baad, his saying somting wrong wrds. N the r come from comission in mah house thatt days, before, bill, pay,,,, they calling a give me 2000 rupees n, we wil not cutting ur meter, so i gave him, beacuse i have nt money in mah acount tht day, n today they r come n cutt the line, put up the meter, im caling a head office but they r not helping me, his a feavering for they prson, i[censored] r a helping me sir plz, solve my complante n, [protected], press cheaf of patiyala,
      Sir from last evening phase from transformer has been lost but after many complaints nobody has come to resolve and they are just giving no.s On no.s But nobody is ready to resolve our problem now it is above 12 hours. Hope u will resolve this as early as possible
      There is no electricity from morning in Darpan city Kharar. Nobody picking the landline number of Kharar office.
      It's our humble request that please sort out our problem as soon as possible. Our electricity meter is not working. We are facing alot of problems due to it..

        पंजाब बिजली बोर्ड सेनिवेदन है किहमारी कालोनी बहलोर पुर मोहाली में है यहाँ पर बिजली की कमी है आधी कलोनी मैं बिजली कै मीटर लगे हैं ओर बाकी के नहीं लगे हैं यहाँ लोगों की समस्या हल की जाय पंजाब सरकार ओर बिजली बोर्ड यहाँ पर कुछ नहीं कर रहे हैं हमारी आपसे अनुरोधहै कि यहाँ पर कार्रवाई करे जिससे कलोनी की समस्या हल की जायबिजली बोर्ड ऐसा कैसे कर सकता है

          I am from patran distt patiala. Their is my factory and i am not receiving my bills of electricity. I said many times in the pspcl but there is no one listen to me. Every month we had take the bills from pspcl and complaining every time but their is no response from them please work on my complaint and do this as fast as yiu can. My factory connection number or meter number is s15ms150117w and factory name is bhole shanker rice mill

              My buffalo died due to carelessness of the electricity office, they have left a uncoated wire on the street, and as in routine i was taking my buffaloes for feeding, and suddenly one of my buffaloes got stuck with that wire and due to very high electric current she died at spot, buffaloes are only source of income for us, buffalo costed almost[protected], we are helpness now, please help us by giving compensation so that we can buy a new one and so i can feed my family. Please do help us

              Electricity Cutt from yesterday. No body had come to resolve it.i asked but till now there is no response. Private persons came yesterday and cut the Electricity supply for upgrade. But they hadn't completed the entire work. Respected JE sahib has no responsibility for it.Shame for it.Punjab sate electricity Board..

                  I pay bill online on 13th nov 2017 of a/c u13at040122h (Transaction no. Jsbi[protected]igacjenrc1) rs. 1210. Amount deduc from my sbi account [protected] but i could not get bill reciept. I inquairy form bank department they said transacion is clear and talk to pspcl department. So please sir send me reciept of above a/c no. Or refund my ammount rs. 1210

But, in the next bill i received, the amount of earlier bill is also mentioned, due to which i am unable to deposit the present bill. So, plz modify the bill amount online to enable me to deposit said amount. I am used to deposit earlier bills online and it is difficult for me to visit pspcl office.                       This is in reference with the application of load extension against rid:[protected], account no.[protected], bharat international. Our application was approved on 02/11/2017, then, we were asked to pay security payment charges through net banking. We do not use net banking so upon guidance of ra of local pspcl office, we had paid the charges by cheque on 24/11/2017, but still till date it is showing pending charges on pspcl portal.
                      Hence you are requested to help us out in this matter on priority basis as we are not getting any convincing reply from local office.
                      Electricity problem from mid night at home due to sparks in wire in the street.. kindly resolve the problem soon please

                        Today i paid on line bill no.88709 under consumer no. Z74zr730006k for rs.5553.00 thru payumoney. Rs.5612.61 debited from my bank ac under seq. No.[protected]. No receipt issued. Your system shows bill unpaid transaction failed but money not credited back. No respone from 1912 all contact no. Off evem mobile no.[protected] kindly rectify ur mistake & credit the amount under intimation to me.

                          I have paid electricity bill payment of consumer no. [protected] in the month of november 2017 of rs 2570 through paytm. This transaction was done on 30 november 2017 but still it was on processing stage and bill was shown unpaid. I have also complaint to paytm regarding this issue but they was said it was from pspcl end.

                            I’ve observed that from 5-6 months my bill amount is not as per the usage. The usage is less whereas the bill amount is too much. Please help me with this issue. I have a standing bill which needs to be cleared but when i log in from the website for online payment my bill is not found there. This further makes the payment delayed and hence the extra chages.

                                  As past many months our electricity bill is coming too much and as a single handed women i can't afford to much high rated electricity bills and can't even pay in one shot as i have no source of income i a really upset by the bills of electricity so please kindly check our meter and see someone has merged his meter with ours as i live all alone with my mother and i don't know why the bill is coming soo much as i have asked the other residents of my area as compare to them my bill is the most before also i have registered many complains in the near by electricity office but no one came to our house to even check that what is the problem solving it is an another case but they didn't even visited or replied to the letters or calls this is why now i am giving this complain to you ao that i can have a relief from these too much high rated bills which iam unable to pay as its a request sir/mam

                                      I narinder kaur meter no [protected] i composed this letter to inform you that i have been to j. E of pspcl for changing the ownership of electrical meter as my husband is expired & i prepared all the documents which is indemnity bond, death certificate of my husband, property tax receipt, address proof, pan card, latest electrical bill & i submitted to j. E he is asking rs 5000 for all process please confirm me the fees he is changing is correct? As i checked on internet it is only rs 200. Hope you will guide on this matter.

                                        I santosh malkot, account no. Z71bu481158m.. Resident of housefed complex flat no 3607, banur, mohali 140601... Its been more than 4 months.. But the name of the flat owner has not been updated yet.. I have fulfilled all the necessary formalities and paid the fees to update the name from jatinder singh (Old owner of flat) to santosh malkoti (Current owner of the flat) it has not been updated yet.

                                        Kindly do the needful... Hoping for a quick action.

                                        HI,

                                        The Power meter was faulty and We asked PSPCL to replace it. We already have paid the money. They have not put the new meter and charged us 5040 as the new bill. Since this is a winter time, we are not using AC but still we have got this extra bill. Please check.
