receiving bills

I am from patran distt patiala. Their is my factory and i am not receiving my bills of electricity. I said many times in the pspcl but there is no one listen to me. Every month we had take the bills from pspcl and complaining every time but their is no response from them please work on my complaint and do this as fast as yiu can. amount deducted but bill transaction failed online!

Sir, i paid pspcl bill on 11-dec-2017 through online mode but for some unknown reason transaction failed and amount got deducted from bank account.
Further the last date of bill payment had been supassed now. Please do a needful in this regard..

I get not bill receipt

I pay bill online on 13th nov 2017 of a/c u13at040122h (Transaction no. Jsbi[protected]igacjenrc1) rs. 1210. Amount deduc from my sbi account [protected] but i could not get bill reciept. I inquairy form bank department they said transacion is clear and talk to pspcl department. So please sir send me reciept of above a/c no. Or refund my ammount rs. 1210

non entry of payment of bill amount paid online

But, in the next bill i received, the amount of earlier bill is also mentioned, due to which i am unable to deposit the present bill. application of load extension

This is in reference with the application of load extension against rid:[protected], account no.[protected], bharat international. Our application was approved on 02/11/2017, then, we were asked to pay security payment charges through net banking. We do not use net banking so upon guidance of ra of local pspcl office, we had paid the charges by cheque on 24/11/2017, but still till date it is showing pending charges on pspcl portal.

Today i paid on line bill no.88709 under consumer no. Z74zr730006k for rs.5553.00 thru payumoney. Rs.5612.61 debited from my bank ac under seq. No.[protected]. No receipt issued. Your system shows bill unpaid transaction failed but money not credited back. No respone from 1912 all contact no. Off evem mobile no.[protected] kindly rectify ur mistake & credit the amount under intimation to me....

I have paid electricity bill payment of consumer no. [protected] in the month of november 2017 of rs 2570 through paytm. This transaction was done on 30 november 2017 but still it was on processing stage and bill was shown unpaid. I have also complaint to paytm regarding this issue but they was said it was from pspcl end.

i am complaining about high bill amount

I’ve observed that from 5-6 months my bill amount is not as per the usage. The usage is less whereas the bill amount is too much. Please help me with this issue. I have a standing bill which needs to be cleared but when i log in from the website for online payment my bill is not found there. This further makes the payment delayed and hence the extra chages....

meter reading too high and incorrect

amount deducted from bank but bill not paid

I had done bill payment of 1048 rs on 20/11/2017 by sbi debit card via mobikwik. An amount of rs. 1050 deducted from my sbi bank account but bill not beed paid.
Also there is no history of transaction in mobikwik.. But there is narration of the transaction at sbi. Narration at sbi account is by debit card
Othpg[protected]mobikwik gurgaon. Please help me...

bill have been paid twice

My account nmbr is[protected] under name satish kumar. Errornously latest bill has been paid twice. First it was paid at cash counter manually at nangal on 14 nov & 2nd was paid throught net banking on 19 nov. It happend because i didnt intimate my family member regarding the 1st payment. But it was fault at company's end that even after 5 days the bill was not updated which causes double payment of the same bill.....
