I am the resident of ganesh nagar gali no 2 bathinda. I have received a bill of rs 7200 which is of period of 123 days from 24 june 2017 to 25 october 2017. But we have already paid our previous bill of rs 1953 which was of 67 days that we received on 30 aug and we paid on 17 sept 2017.in reality our present bill should not exceed 2000 because we do not have any heavy voltage electric appliance like ac. Therefore i just want to say that our bill is not correct and they have send us the bill of long duration. Please see towards this problem

I am surprised to find that meter installed by your department work only 4000 units and your department had made my bill on D code and that also without base .They had made my bill on 31.10.2017 with consumption much higher than my consumption.

    I am anil mittal. My meter rating was running very fast due to which my bill was about 60000 but usualy it comes about 18000. After my complaint meter was changed but the bill amount has not been deducted. And now officers in ludhiana pspcl are not listening to my problem. Which is very bad as we are customer and they should solve our issues. Pease kindly help us.

      I have received electricity bill for rs 8340/- for the month of october 2017

      In this connection it is submitted we remained out of town for 10 days, moreover air condition were also not required how a bill of such a huge amount has been sent to me

      Please look into the matter and advise accordingly

        This complaint is regarding the bill i am receiving from 22/8/2017 to 25/10/2017 with account no. : [protected].
        I want a full check for this account no. And i want one site engineer to visit my location to check my meter and my household usage and then confirm this bill amount of rs.37, 220/-.
        I dont think this bill is logical because for a small flat like mine, it is impossible to use this much electricity.
        Something is wrong with the meter. Or someone else is stealing my electricity.
        Please respond as soon as possible.
        Else i have to go to the "consumer court".
        As on October 22, 2017 the bill payable on A/C no. [protected] is ₹ 4460. However, when we checked online on pspcl website, a higher bill of ₹ 6950 was showing up inspite of the fact we never have had any arrears. The system does not accept a lower actual bill amount. Please look into the matter.
        My Acc no. is N33CC422547F and I received bill at my home but when I am trying to check it online it is showing not and message is coming "bill not available.". It happens every time and it is totally causing confusion about the system. Either system is usable or not.
        Please revert me back with solution. I am looking for reply..

          This is very kindly to inform you that i am a consumer of your respected pspcl department. I am harassed by your department from last two weeks. There is no one who help me or solve my problem i reached all my end but didn't find any solution. Your information provider gave me this no. I contact at this no-[protected]. The attender always says that i do the solution but nothing to be done. There is no electricity supply in my house last 3-4 days. Other way my electricity bill very much exceeded from last 4-5 month. I am very frustrate and finally doing the complaint. I am very hopeful that you will took this matter seriously and solve the issue.

            I am sorry to say that i have not heard any thing from your side and once more request your good self to kindly compensate me the loss incurred by me due to the negligence of your contractor.

              Hi it’s complaint about pole removal in front of hose with stack of wires complaint has been lodged in august 2017 no process has been done by jalandhar bijli board fees has been submitted total amount of 18000 rupeees... Since three months they saying today tomorrow but nothing has been done by biljli board... If called the person who works in there his name is hardeep he saying it’s goverment work so it’s taking long but the thing is why government works takes that long if government paying them salary on time they are all currupt people if they do not want to serve their work to the community why they working just for money or torture people... Plz any government official person contact me to raise this issue i want to lodge official complaint against them

                    Hamara meter dead hai or humne iski complaint bhi krwai 2 mnths pehle but no one listened to our complaint. Company wale bill pta ni kis basis pe bhej rhe hai jab ke meter dead hai.. Kisko complaint kre koi sunta nhi hai.. Abhi hmara bill zyada aya hai hume is problem ka solution chaiiye... Humne inke office me itne chkkar lgaye bt koi baat ni suntaa...
                    I paid bill no m65ma780809h with amount rs.4210 but amout got decducted from my account and bill was not paid still they showing bill is not paid. At last of process when my amount got deducted an error was there that your transaction has been aborted as message from billdesk. Please refund my money its very important for me. Its a request.

Which is positioned outside​ is my shop.

                              Yesterday, i logged into pspcl website and paid my present bill, as soon as i put the otp in the required field then the screen shows that 'something went wrong'. Then i checked my bill again and it was again showing to make payment but the amount was debited from my account. I waited for one day so that whether the amount would be credited to my account or the bill get payed. But nothing happens, so i want you to check for the following.

                                  My bill account no. Is g31kf420919m. On 01/08/2017, i have paid bill online but in next bill, previous amount was added. When i have checked online repicept it's showing in advance payment instead of bill paid please solve the problem. So that i can clear my over due bill as soon as possible.

                                    I have paid my electricit bill amount of 530 rs an account no. Of x22jc260020h by internet banking from axis bank on 18oct17: a/c 728302 debited by rs 530 inb/[protected]/punjab state electricity bill]. This amount is debited from my a/c but bill receipt is not generated.. I have also registered online complait with ref. No 9060956. And problem is not yet resolved...

                                      I have received my bill on 17th oct 2017 for consumer no - z74zk290368l and it amounts rs. 18, 140/- which is much higher as we are only 2 persons at home and for the last 6 months our bill is getting doubled, 5060 for may and june, 9830 for july and august, 18140 for september and october 2017.
                                      Either the meter is faulty or there is some electricity theft.
                                      I would like to draw attention regarding this and rectify the bill at priority.

                                        Dear sir, i have closed account no. [protected], paid amount rs 1860 on 29.08.2017.

                                        Additionally i have opened a new account no. [protected], paid rs. 1150 on 25.09.2017 but in the system (Punjab state power corporation limted. (Online payment of electricity bills) this shows error - × error! Account number [protected] does not exist, contact concerned sub-division.

                                        Additionally i have received a new bill of 1550 rs. Against the closed account.

                                        I have receipts of both the the accounts.
