I had done bill payment of 1048 rs on 20/11/2017 by sbi debit card via mobikwik. An amount of rs. 1050 deducted from my sbi bank account but bill not beed paid.
Also there is no history of transaction in mobikwik.. But there is narration of the transaction at sbi. Narration at sbi account is by debit card
Othpg[protected]mobikwik gurgaon. Please help me
I was charged 1500 in the bill for no reason .My total units were 142 for the bill period and bill is of rs.2730.

    I have been charged 1000rs electricity bill just for consumption of 15 units in two months.the readings on the bill are right but amount is too big.my bill no is93994 and electricity office code isZ74BS254054F.The bill is on average of previous reading which were consumed by previous family staying here.so I request you to consider my bill charges
    Last month the electricity meter has been replaced with new one due to non working of old meter. Old Reading-0 & new reading-30 KWH but still 934 units are mentioned as consumed units as per the bill. What is the basis of 934 units which are not even consumed?????
    Please arrange to correct. No1 can bear so paying so much amount of bill.

      My account nmbr is[protected] under name satish kumar. Errornously latest bill has been paid twice. First it was paid at cash counter manually at nangal on 14 nov & 2nd was paid throught net banking on 19 nov. It happend because i didnt intimate my family member regarding the 1st payment. But it was fault at company's end that even after 5 days the bill was not updated which causes double payment of the same bill..

      I paid electricity bill twice. The amount debited from both accounts. The bill account numbers are n36mk600179x and n36mk641089l. We mistakenly paid two times one from india by paytm and one i paid from canada by Amazon pay . But it is showing only one receipt on your website

        We are getting the average bill for two times. We have informed to the the department 2 months before to replace our meter. But till now our meter has not changed. We are getting the average bill.in the bill it is showing the meter status "d". According to the bill boy they have already complained online so it is showing status "d". But we want to know the time taken to resolve the complaint online. How much time is required to change the meter?

          Lights are fluctuating in our house, it's going and coming from the morning today. We live in New Shakti Nagar, Street no 3, H no 82 . Please send executive so that the problem can be solved as soon as possible . We are facing a lot of problem .

            My name is jaspal kumar and i lives in village dholan near jagraon. I was unemployed few months back, i had taken loan to do a business in a village. I opened a shop named goyal mobile shop. I was earning good from my shop but one incident happened with me on 3/11/2017. There was one electricity pole near to my shop truck driver (Sukhdev singh) hit that pole with his truck due to which i shock circuit happened in my shop, my shop went on fire my cctv camera, 2computer, 24" led has damaged because of short circuit. I have suffered a loss of approx 60000 in this short circuit. I lodge the complaint in electricity borad which was near to me. Electricity board employees checked the situation but they didn't do anything against that truck driver because truck driver's brother is in electricity board. They replaced the old electricity pole with the new one but they didn't compensate me for the losses. I registered the complaint but they didn't take any action against him and they didn't provide any compensation to me. I have the cctv video which i am attaching with this complaint.

            I request you to please take action against them who didn't perform their duty well and also help me in providing compensation to me

            I shall be very thankful to you for this kind of act.

              I am consumer of the punjab state power corporation ltd. A/c no. [protected] falling under model town sub division, jalandhar.

              My current bill no. 103781k[protected] shows rs. 230/- payable by due date 01.12.2017 for consumption of only 16 units, with last meter reading 424 and current reading 440.

              The amount of rs. 230/- for the consumption 16 units is apparently inconsistently billed with the current rates of consumption.

              I, therefore, request you to rectify the error in the bill amount and send the bill for the correct amount to enable me to make payment before due date 01.12.2017.

Was inb/[protected]/punjab state electricity board/bill. Iam sorry' to tell that receipt for the bill was not generated for that. Kindly send the receipt on pspcl web site or pspcl app. Please treat it urgent and do the needful at the earliest. Thanking you.

A bill no. 1837817k[protected] dated 10.11.20`7 for rs. 2670/- for electricity consumption was due for payment by 20th nov, 2017.

                    I made payment of the bill amounting to rs. 2670/- online through state bank of india net banking, yesterday, transaction ref. Jsb[protected]igacjfcar2 dated 13.11.2017. The amount has been duly debited to my account with the bank.

                    Online receipt for the payment made by me online through net banking has not been made available so far which used to be invariably promptly in my past on completion of the process of online payments. Moreover, on checking, i find that the bill is shown as unpaid and due for payment in the site of punjab state power corporation.

                      I am resident of pathankot with consumer no :g65cf461507f, contract a/c no: [protected], cin : u4019fb20108gc033813. My electric meter is malfunctioning and is faulty as it always remains running even though we disconnect electric main supply to my residence.
                      Sub div code:1263, sub div name:east sub division pt, bill no: i100117k[protected] has been generated to me for rs:13, 840 /-with this faulty meter. I have already registered a complaint against the same in pathankot today and department lineman has checked & verified that the meter is faulty.
                      Therefore u are kindly requested to replace my electric meter at the earliest and re-issue the correct electric bill with average accuracy so that i shouldn't have to suffer for this faulty meter. Hoping favourable action shortly.

                        We have lodged complaint for non-supply of electricity to pnb, sme sodal road, jalanhdar on 08.11.2017 at 10.39.29 vide complaint no.9156140 with mobile no. [protected] with half an hour resolution.

                        No response was received so far and we sent message and they reassigned to m. No.[protected] but there is no response so far.

                        Bank's work is held up and there is no response. As such, we once again request you to please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                            I m complaiting about that no electricity in village malak near jagraon vpo malak. Officer swich of his number and no electricity supply since 6 am. He is public servant how he ignore and block phones of people. Why they do so they have to solve our problem. But all people waiting for electricity. Invertors also dead. It is shameful that officer ignore all ther citigens. Some senoir citizen cant afford invertor how they will manage.

                                  I belong to vill tahali wala bodla teh and dist fazilka, my complaint is that power cut problem is too much daily till morning to midnight, nobody care abt students study and homework is interrupted, plz take action who is responsible for all of this, sometime it appear like that we are living in wild life, plz with do respect its big problem for my village

                                    Our electric department is not responded when i call them such things that is electricity is not working till night since no one is coming to take up matter. I called the electric department specialy but they put the phone on hold so i m very unhappy like there behaviour since morning they just picked one time there phone after that they put it on hold.                                       My name is sandeep kapil. My mobile no. Is[protected]. My village is brahmpur upper. Pspcl employee connected wrong meter wire and due to this my electricity bill is rs. 23000/- and due to there mistake inside my home. I faced electric current problem. When i went to pspcl sub division bhanupli, i met with sde and told him about my problem. He make of fun my complaint and said to me you have to pay this bill. I want to ask without any checking how can he react like this. His dealing is too poor. So i request please take immediately necessary action against him and solve my problem. I hope honorable pm will take immediate action against these seriousness officer who deal with the people very poorly.

                                        Hello sir, this is regarding account number: z21ak531676k. Bhupender kumar. September reading: 8237. Bill paid 7560/-. Current reading this morning november 6th is 8896.2. But the reader took reading 12097. Outstanding bill for this showing online as 29150/-. Which is next to impossible fir me to pay. I have contacted mr. Sandeep, billing supervisor who assured me to enquire and later informed that i need to pay 4137/-, the actual amount for consuption in october till nov 2. I have paid 4140/- on november 6th. Kindly enquire into this and make sure i do not have a harrassing time next month about any outstanding amount, which according to me is nil till date.
