My contract ac no. Is[protected] meter installed in # 301 tower 12 palm royale estate, green model town jalandhar. A wrong meter reading has been taken by your staff i. E 17651 instead of 15311 on 10/10/2017 resulting in amount difference of almost rs18000/-though it has been corrected on my request the very next day manually but not updated the bill online till now. How i can pay the bill online when it's showing the reading 17651.br...

Hi i want to apply new meter as i baught new house. I visited your office in naraingarh in amritsar.. They told to make two affidavit n i did it. Then i visited 5-6 times in the office.. There was no one to recieve the document as they are on another duty for making blue cars in villages. As i m a bank employee and i have to 30 kms to from my home so i cant go daily to your office. Meter reading is not taken accurately and due to which a panulty for power factor is included in my bill. But i am maintaining power factor accurately.
Please re check meter reading and reimbers the panulty amount.

Meter box seal also broken by person who is taking meter reading. He do not wait for meter reading display and opened the meter box and taking meter reading by pressing scroll key.

I was trying to pay my electricity bill on http://pspcl.in website with the account number. 2475649 and name: baldev singh.in the first attempt, no receipt was produced and no notification of the status of the transaction was seen on the screen. So, i tried again with my other bank account. This time the transaction was successful and a receipt was generated. Hello pspcl has send me bill from 27 may 2017 to 06 oct 2017... I have already received the bill for the month of may 2017 and august 2017. I have paid the above said bills but now i have received bills for the above said period. This is happened for my both the accounts [protected] and [protected]. Therefore, you are requested to make necessary corrections in my bill and do the needful....

Meter for account no [protected] named dharam pal garg located at 5164, street no 6, nai basti bathinda ph no — [protected] is unoperational since june 2017 and we have compained for it numberof times but no one has arrived till date 8oct 2017 for rectifying it and every month we are paying double electricity bill for no reason and suffering alot. Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible...

I paid bill for account no [protected] for 2 times and everytimes it shows payment transaction got aborted and they deducted payment from my bank account. Now i checked bill history for pspcl account and both the transaction got successful and it has deducted 7560 two times from my account taken one as advanced payment which i dont want to pay right now. So kindly revert back one payment back to my account.

Dear sir,
I'm resident of master colony dinanagar. There is no electricity from last 14hrs and we complained regarding that in the morning. But we are very sad to hear from their reply that it cannot be repaired before monday.
Please resolve this issue on priority basis for our future relations otherwise we have to deal it legally... Thanks

This is to inform you about some resident of mount kailash colony, vishranti city, gazipur road, zirakpur using electricity power without any registration since 2016. They are using power directly and have no fear of anyone. Sir its ours humble request to you to take necessary action against him. If electricity department will not take any action. Then we will complaint to high authority.

I paid bill of rs.2050 online through pspcl's online payment option through billdesk gateway on 3rd oct'2017 at 8:50 am. The amount got deducted from my sbi account but no receipt was generated and still after 3 days i'm not able to see any genearted bill receipt. Kindly generate the receipt else refund the amount to my account before bill's due date i. E. 13/10/2017.

My self amarjit kaur. Contract no.[protected], consumer no. (W23mf090230a). I am a consumer of pspcl. Yesterday i paid my bill, online amount rs. 1230-/ through credit card. However the amount (1240.08 + 1240.08 = 2480.16) debited twice time, due to some system problem. So, please refund the amount as soon as.

I paid online electric bill for consumer no.[protected] belong to the name of mohinder singh of amount rs. 2320 on dated[protected]. Through paytm.

The amount was debit to my account but the receipt does not show & the message shown that transaction under process.
Today after 1day the message is same.

Please look this matter & solve, so that i make my payment clear

My complaint was launched on 18 september2017 complaint no 8882350
Every day i received messege that complaint is resolved but i have not received my bill
As i talk on [protected] the madam saying to me you deposite...

They cutted our connection on sunday 24-09 nd when we did complaint abt ds in local offc they used abusive wording nd molested us. Nd afterwards they cutted the meter nd putted complaint against us in police station due to this reason they closed our account nd then told us to open the new account nd when we completed all the formalities now they are saying we did nt have new meter to issue for the new connections.
They are harassing...

I have already registered this complaint but i did not written correct pspcl.

I am komal rani, resi h, no-62, near gujjar colony rahon road, on main road, ludhiana. Gurnam singh is tenant in my shop and there is no power supply in the shop. And also court case is going on ludhiana court against no power supply, now he is tried illegal way for meter, and i am against this meter and no permission give, i requested please stop this meter....

I paid my bill online on september 28, 2017. However when i checked my card details, i was charged the same amount twice. When i checked under the sections "payment history and advance payment" the money had not been updated in to either.
Please resolve this by either updating the amount in my account or refunding the money.

Is [protected] on my father's name late: karam chand i received my electricity bill before 3 days according to this bill pspcl send me bill from 5 may-2017 to 29 september-2017 but i already pay my bill of 26 may-2017 to 7 august-2017. When i give complaint to meter reader he says that bill is accurate how can this possible. Please help me.
