Dear sir, i have closed account no. [protected], paid amount rs 1860 on 29.08.2017.

Additionally i have opened a new account no. [protected], paid rs. 1150 on 25.09.2017 but in the system (Punjab state power corporation limted. (Online payment of electricity bills) this shows error - × error! Account number [protected] does not exist, contact concerned sub-division.

Additionally i have received a new bill of 1550 rs. Against the closed account.

I have receipts of both the the accounts.
Reciept no.[protected] and reciept no.[protected].

Kindly help.

    Fraud by pspcl to draw rs 50000/ from my sbi account
    Sir
    1. I paid my electricity bill rs 6730/ to pspcl by internet banking on 03 oct 2017. Amount was debited from my account but no receipt was given to me. Matter was informed to consumer forum on line who conveyed to power corporation. I was waiting for the receipt or return of amount.
    2. But on 05 oct at about 1245 hrs, i received a call from mob no +[protected] saying that he is from pspcl to clarify about my complain about payment of rs 6730.
    3. He asked my debit card details for the return of my amount back. However i said that i have paid through internet banking and amount should go back to my bank account. He said that there is no system of internet banking in pspcl and it can be through debit card details only. I was trapped fraudulently by an employee of pspcl to tell my debit card details.
    4. He also asked the otps delivered on my mobile and i kept on telling otps. It happened five times and he made payments to banks in mumbai like:
    5. Mpesa mumbai- rs 9999,
    Uko bank mumbai- rs 5000,
    Mpesa mumbai rs 9999,
    Olamoney zipcash mumbai - rs9999,
    Sbi buddy- rs 5000,
    Ola money zipcash mumbai - rs 9999. Total rs 50000/
    6. I also received email from ([protected]@gmail.com) team pspcl, regarding my refund of rs 6730 and asking my contact no, i gave my contact no and asked his contact no for which he has never replied.
    7. Sir, pspcl has scandalously done so through its employees, kindly help me to recover my hard earned money from pspcl, it is a big amount for me, i shall be very grateful to you.

[protected] their are problem is my october bill is also increase compare my other bills please enqiury in my bill detail and unit readings my october units reading is 1074 these are very high please checked my bill and hrlp me...         In gtb nagar bhamian kalan ludhiana electeicity supply is off from friday mornning. Its 1.30 am night still it is missing and its their routine. Kindly take some action against pcpcl sherpur focal point because they are fail to make correct the fault. Regularly they are making unnecessary cuts and making people harrasing. Hope my complaint will resolve soon

          Dear pspcl,

          I am director of electrical department gulmohar city appartment association, derabassi and would like to bring to your kind knowledge, that transformers of our society has been handed over by raglan builders to punjab state power corporation after 7 years.
          We have found there is shortage of oil and since few weeks there are minor faults like short of connector and catching of fire taking place. We are concerned residents and like to highlight this issue with you. Since we have no authority for maintenance of transformer so please sent a team to inspect health of transformer and if required make a proper maintenance.
          Any negligence may cause failure of power system for gulmohar city association

              My contract ac no. Is[protected] meter installed in # 301 tower 12 palm royale estate, green model town jalandhar. A wrong meter reading has been taken by your staff i. E 17651 instead of 15311 on 10/10/2017 resulting in amount difference of almost rs18000/-though it has been corrected on my request the very next day manually but not updated the bill online till now. How i can pay the bill online when it's showing the reading 17651.
              Please make your staff efficient enough to deliver the results.

                Hi i want to apply new meter as i baught new house. I visited your office in naraingarh in amritsar.. They told to make two affidavit n i did it. Then i visited 5-6 times in the office.. There was no one to recieve the document as they are on another duty for making blue cars in villages. As i m a bank employee and i have to 30 kms to from my home so i cant go daily to your office. Today my father gone there. There is your employe jatinder pal singh r. A. First his language is very rude. He told my father to get the person on which name going to apply meter and my father told he s working in bank and cant take leave 9n daily bases. He told its not problem and talk very rudely. My father request him but he did not accept the document. Please do the needful i m complaining against him so no another person will b harrassed by him.

                  Meter reading is not taken accurately and due to which a panulty for power factor is included in my bill. But i am maintaining power factor accurately.
                  Please re check meter reading and reimbers the panulty amount.

                  Meter box seal also broken by person who is taking meter reading. He do not wait for meter reading display and opened the meter box and taking meter reading by pressing scroll key.

                    I was trying to pay my electricity bill on http://pspcl.in website with the account number. 2475649 and name: baldev singh.in the first attempt, no receipt was produced and no notification of the status of the transaction was seen on the screen. So, i tried again with my other bank account. This time the transaction was successful and a receipt was generated. But, to my great dismay, the amount was precious transaction was also deduced from my bank account without any receipt generated. The bill receipt from the second attempt shows "advance payment" of 5907 rupees certifying the previous transaction to be successful. Hence, money was deduced from both of my bank accounts but only one payment receipt was produced (Supporting documents attached)
                    The transaction numbers for both the attempts are jf[protected] and[protected]Supporting documents attached). Kindly, refund my unpaid amount. My bank details are, hdfc bank, name: gurpal singh, acc. No.[protected], ifsc code:hdfc00002909, micr code:[protected]. I would be highly thankful.

                          I paid bill for account no [protected] for 2 times and everytimes it shows payment transaction got aborted and they deducted payment from my bank account. Now i checked bill history for pspcl account and both the transaction got successful and it has deducted 7560 two times from my account taken one as advanced payment which i dont want to pay right now. So kindly revert back one payment back to my account.

                              This is to inform you about some resident of mount kailash colony, vishranti city, gazipur road, zirakpur using electricity power without any registration since 2016. They are using power directly and have no fear of anyone. Sir its ours humble request to you to take necessary action against him. If electricity department will not take any action.                                 I paid bill of rs.2050 online through pspcl's online payment option through billdesk gateway on 3rd oct'2017 at 8:50 am. The amount got deducted from my sbi account but no receipt was generated and still after 3 days i'm not able to see any genearted bill receipt. Kindly generate the receipt else refund the amount to my account before bill's due date i. E. 13/10/2017.

Yesterday i paid my bill, online amount rs. 1230-/ through credit card. However the amount (1240.08 + 1240.08 = 2480.16) debited twice time, due to some system problem. So, please refund the amount as soon as.

It is thought that, a fraud read the massage and called me as a officer of pspcl . He told me about the detail and took the detail of my card . After few minutes he stolen my 12000 -/ Rs. on my card balance . I blocked my card and complaint to the cards' customer care . I will submit my F.I.R. tomorrow .

                                  what can a do for refund ? what can i do ?
                                  what is the way i individually trace them and punish them, so they do not do this again, with others ?

                                        They cutted our connection on sunday 24-09 nd when we did complaint abt ds in local offc they used abusive wording nd molested us. Nd afterwards they cutted the meter nd putted complaint against us in police station due to this reason they closed our account nd then told us to open the new account nd when we completed all the formalities now they are saying we did nt have new meter to issue for the new connections.
                                        They are harassing us
