A complaint fir no.50/17 under section 66c, 66d i. T act p. S cyber crime polic station sadar tonk rajasthan. Received at nodal police station for cyber crimes, sadar tonk raj. Regarding fraudulent transaction with debit card no. [protected] sbbj bank.in this case an unknown person fraudulently got the details of victim's debit card and illegally used in on line purchasing / recharge /any other services by using your payment gate way. Its transaction not done by card holder, so it is requested to make arrangements to stop the payment process and revert back the amount in victim's account immediately. Also provide related information.

Kindly stop the delivery of goods if not delivered so far to suspect person and recharge back the used amount in victim’s account at once due to the fraudulent transactions. Kindly also provide the details of fraudulent transactions done by suspect person.

Dear sir,
I have applied metter on[protected] in the name of mayank vajpai no is [protected]. I have recieved it on[protected] with bill amount of 8000. I have submitted many applications for my metter that i have not received but no one have helped me from sahnewal electricity office now they are forcing me to give bill.
Why should i pay the bill when i have received my metter 15 days baçk and it's still not connected. I have visited sahnewal electricity office many times but no one have ever told me the problem. Now they are threatening me to. Pay the bill else they will take my metter back. Please help

From last 72 hours Electricity of Arniwala village is off due to upgrade of Grid system in Fatehpur Manianwala village
All the other linked villages are provided electricity by Alternate lines but two villages Arniwala wazira and Phullukhera are not given electricity from last three days due to which people are facing many Problems, Even there is shortage of Drinking water due to not working of water supply pumps in R.O plants .
Only there is fifteen to ten minutes of electricity is supplied in these three days.
I want to ask the question to officials that why only a one or two villages are facing crisis even there are 5-6 villages are linked .

Respected Sir, I am using electric connection against CA No. [protected] at H.No. 201 A Street No. 7B Jujhar Singh Avenue Ajnala Rd. Amritsar. I got inflated bill of Rs. 4540/- for the reading Pre. 9042 and curr reading 9704 (consumption o[censored]nit shown - 662) on Mar 2017 bill whereas the reading the meter depict is 9104 which was erroneously recorded as 9704. Apart last 6 months consumption is much less as I am not living in the said premises for the last 6 months after demise of my husband further my wards are not living with me. I have scant means of earning and this inflated bill of Rs. 4540/- is unwarranted.

Office at b-xv-553/c/5, bombay metal wali gali, opposite bansal metal, old ghakki shah atta mill complex, gill road, ludhiana. There is presence of phase in neutral through which there is loss of electric goods in our office. We filed complaint at 1912 several times on daily basis but no one comes or calls for any solution rather after few hours we receive the message as complaint resolved. We tried to complaint again at 1912 they say they can do nothing but to talk to the concerned person to whom the complaint has been marked. No action is being taken and rather we are harassed. Today's complaint no is 6287852 which is marked as resolved without resolving which was market to [protected]. There are so many joints made form the pole till our meter through which one or the other joint is loosened. There is need to change the wire from the pole till our meter but no action is been taken despite repeated complaint. Even the sdo sumit sharma ([protected]), je sukhdev singh has not given any response to this after talking to him telephonically. Kindly look to the matter and get the wire changed without any joints till our meter and resolve at the earliest.

Pspcl electricity department residential account no. [protected] which is on my mother's name i. E. Bimal kaur. This is to inform you that bill issued on 24-02-17 is inr 8080, which is not accepted at all because of the fact that we are not even living in the house. Nobody is residing in the house and is locked from 3years. Last month also we had deposited inr 720 on 15-01-17.
This excessive bill complaint already done lot of times in the local electricity deptt., but this is continuous problem that we are facing every 6 months. Please look in to this matter seriously.

[protected] custmers name kulwant singh, kotkapura, on 01/032017 the amount of 1720/- but rcpt is not avilabel on to me, i use the on line bill payment mode via billdesk, the transacion no. is HPSB[protected], but payment is not return in my a/c an dnot recive any recpt from punjab state power corporation punjab

Sir, I am a widow of Late Sh. Davinder Kumar residing at H.No. 201 A Gali No. 7B Jujhar Singh Avenue Ajnala Rd. Amritsar presently residing with my daughter at Mumbai since last 6 months. Your deptt. raised a bill of Rs. 4540 for the reading ( pre. 9042 Current 9704) whereas I captured a photo of reading as 9104 means reading was inflated to around 662 units for the month March 2017 against Bill No. 1090617C[protected].

I feel depressed as I am not earning anything by way how to pay wrong bill of Rs. 4540/- by 14.3.17.

I'm belong to azad nagar, sultanwind road, amritsar. My house no. is 539.We have connection of PSPCL with the name VIR SINGH. Sir in front of our house there is problem in main wire.It burnt out partially and has danger of destroying nearby materials.It continuosly have being burned with sparking and give faulty smell. Therefore kindly repair it or replace it as soon as possible.

Revised Electrcity Bills DS category A/c Nos [protected], [protected] issued on a/c of change in Mechanical meter to Electrical meter have since been paid on 20/2/2017 in SubDivn Office jalandhar 3211-Adampur(JAL)
JALBG01 for Rs, 480/-.2560/- respectively. The old bills original ones for Rs 400/- and 2020/- plus surcharge 7/- & 34/- still show outstanding. I fear that they may be added in the coming bills in April, 17.

I am Anil Kumar S/o Sh.Madan lal s/o Sh. Prabh Dyal from Mohall Piplan Wala, Bhadroya road, Pathankot. I want make a complaint against the Issue in Bill/Invoice for my connection CA No.[protected].
My Meter was changed due to Burning around 2 and half years back but is was not working propery and stopped in between after installation. And when meter reader came to see the reading it was not working so he told us to make compalint as so i did the complaint but no one has came for the same and reading was given on self calculation basis and bill sent to us...it was very high so i make compalint against this but meter repaired not done.
the again send a bll on self calculation basis again and again and again then i put a case in your tribunal and advance payment given by me and in finalisation of the case the authority gave a decision to reduce it on given payment and said the concern person the change the meter.
But again after few months bill sent on calculation basis so i made complaint again but still no response. the employee of your organisation came to cut the meter forcefuly so irequested again and then made one more payment by cheque on surety that bill and meter will be reviewd but still nothing.
Now they send again the bill on calculation basis and forcefully trying to cut the meter but i dnt want to make payment until the problem will be solved.
Else i will have to make legal case against the pspcl.
as i hv tired to make efforts for the same.
Please do the needful.

My name is Neet, I am writing this complaint from Australia on the behalf of my house elecricity bill, which is located in Punjab Nausherra pannua. There are only two members in my family there in India. My mother in law was here in Australia and she went back to India last month and my sister in law living in Jalandhar as she studying there. My mother in law got Rs 15000 whereas she was not there and the house was locked. Not only this time, everytime they got that much bill. This is not very fair. Our neighbours in India got very less bill like Rs 500-1000 whereas, they are more than 5 members in their houses and they have everything in their home(tv, AC, fridge, machine etc...) Sir, I am serving in indian army and we are not staying at my home permanently. Whenever we come at home light has always cut off. Presently No light at my home from 25 days due to electric wire broken. Wire is very old and struc off from many places we are facing this problem from last two years. Consumer no H64TK520968F. please its to request you pspcl that you have correct your staff.your staff print high amount of bill without exact check reading in construction only my unit reading is approx 2500 and bill making 8000 reading what the #### of you guys so worst staff here. i am not paying bill here i am also complaint your pspcl to news reporter also if you support me then share as soon as possible...

Refer to load verification refer to subject industries, Seniors are not able to check Heavy electrical stationery equipments like Distribution Transformers in custody of Employers where ratings of such transformer is more but duplicate plates are put as per sanction load like as transformer is of 500 kva plate duplicate plate put of 250kva which can be verified with OEM supplier and during peak load hours interplant load is shared. As sanction load/ connected load shown is less as regular basis bribe monthly base is given to concerned local Lalru and patiala officers at your PSPCL.
Hence We would like to make it secret and make sudden / suvellience visit to sites for knowing the truth in evening or peak hours.
