I had received bill my electricity of ca no [protected] on the name of my urmila devi. From 17.11.2016 to 17.01.2017 of amount 3160/- in this you had mentioned we had consumed the 479 unit in this period. But from last 30 days to till date we are in delhi and this is the highest bill which is we received in winter from 2014 on words.

I had checked my meter reading after receiving the bill. It is 7014 instead of 7414. Your representative has mentioned the wrong meter reading on bill. Due to his mistake you had charged me the 400 extra unit in my this bill.
I had consumed only 79 unit in this period not 479.

I am requesting you please rectify my bill before my due date 30th jan'17 and provide the actual amt of 79 unit which is we consumed.

This is with respect to the fluctuated bills for the above said account no. [protected] in the name of Aditya Kapoor resident of 48-B, Udham Singh Nagar, Civil Lines, Ludhiana.

We would like to bring this to your notice that, we had raised one request for fluctuated bill on 17.07.2016 with Punjab State Power Corporation limited.

We would like to know :
1. Who visited for this request.
2. What action was taken.

The average bill of mine is Rs 2000/- per month. On 14th December, 2016, we called on the [protected] so many times, and no one picked up, the light was fluctuating whole day.

Thus, resulting to light fluctuation again on 18.12.2016, we have filed for meter change. The person who changed the meter has told us, that meter got burnt because the wires were loose attached by the people who fixed it.

Now, we have received our current bill for Rs 17240/-, in which the old meter reading is for 2078 Units whereas the reading after that is 160 Units. When we are not at fault for this fluctuated bill, tell us why we should pay for it.

On repeated reminders no one visited us. The meter fixation was wrong still we had to pay Rs 2000/- for meter change. When it is a fault on Punjab State Power Corporation part, why shall I be harassed for these payments.

Please ask department why they have changed the meter, what report was given to us, and the people who all visited.

Why shall we bear the loss of such heavy amounts all the time.

We are having four electric connections in phase 8b mohali previously when we pay the bill, we log in "my account menu" putting id and password and pspcl shows the bill and we pay the bill by opting net banking menu. now this menu is not working please look this matter its very urgent also for our connection account number [protected] message shows the bill is 69590 but when we pay the bill on your site it is 107000 please also clerify how difference is arise shows different amount of bills

Sir I pay my bill on 9 jan 2017 of Rs 1520 online but now they show that your bill dont be paid and thay also deduct balance from my bank account. So now please help me what should I do now. Today 4.01.2016. Time Approximately 4.00 pm Very high voltage was driven through PSPCL which affects my home appliances. My LED T.V worth Rs 17000.00 has been damaged. HS32SB640223 by the name of mohan singh of the month of november and december is rs950 in which rs740 is being charge as sundry charges and actual bill is rs187 . inspite of regular payment of bill in time this unnecessary charge is being include in bill, and no information is given for which this charges is taken kindly do our favour to exclude this charges which is inappropriate. i hope u will take action as early as possible.

I was paying the bill online but due to some reasons the transaction was failed and i tried it again to pay the bill.
Bt the bill was debited twice from my account.
when they will refund the amount.

I request you to register a complaint against PSPCL(Punjab state power corporation Ltd.) Fazilka district employees as an electric pole in radha swami colony, Street no.6b is about to fall and complaint has been registered from last 1 month but no action is taken from their side. It is very busy Street so please if possible notify them soon.

Dear Sir, i am the resident of Dream Homes Society, Village Kishanpura, Dhakoli, Zirakpur, Mohali. My account no. is Z74BS224706A. The bill generated for the period from 04/11/2016 to 27/12/2016 is 12, 020/- for the 306 units consumed. The earlier bill was for the period for 31/08/2016 to 04/11/2016 was 5120/-for the 713 units consumed, which was fine.
I request the authorities to look in to the matter and send the revised bill.
