Respected sir,

My name is tajinder singh, house no 18 golden enclave, lohgarh zirakpur. I want to register complaint against pspcl regarding excess amount charge in electricity bill in every month. My account no is z74zs191428k. My electricity consumption as per detail below:-

Period unit consumed charge by pspcl payment
13/06/2016 to 13/08/2016 = 659 unit rs 3090/- rs. 3090/-
13/08/2016 to 17/10/2016...

I had registered a compalint at 4:30 evening but still its 9:25 on the clock but no action has been taken to reslove the compalint..I'm highly disappointed with the service of your employees, can this kind of service is expected from state board. Are middle class people have to suffer from this only bcoz they dont have any power? Can you please reslove my prblm as soon as possible plss we are spend our whole day without electricity...

Dear sir as we have paid a bill of rs 7970 on 5/12/2016 for our account no [protected] for two months but we are very sorry to say that the meter reading in the online bill does not match with actual reading. Your staff does not visit to our site and charge us the bill without reading the actual reading and we have to pay excess bill as it was last day of payment through online channel. Shere punjab filling station akbarpur (Kapurthala, punjab, pin-144621). We applied for electricity connection 3 months ago. We got connection and any problem in connection. But its about to 3 months we did not got any bill and we doesn't have any account no. Where we can see our electricity bill.
All that we known its meter no. Ea46/988 or 334636.

I paid the bill today (29/11/2016) at around 2:00 AM through online mode (net banking) and my family member again paid the bill in afternoon as they don't know that I already paid the bill and the collector collects the bill without providing such information. So my question is why this happened as I already paid the bill online and will I get my money back?

I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy bill for domestic power consumed during the last two months. If you compare it with our bill of last quarter, you will clearly see the huge difference. While in the last bill meter reading were 17000, the reading in this billing cycle is stated as 19789. I am surprised to see no. o[censored]nits consumed for this billing cycle is 2789. Please arrange to make necessary amendments regarding my account number...

I had visited your office in kharar on 24th nov, with request to change the meter, as it has stopped working. I was given the receiving on my request along with one contact no. O[censored]pkar chand, contact no. [protected], who never picks up the call. I was told to contact him to get the meter replaced. I am trying his number ever since but of no use. Last bill paid on 04/09/2016 of Rs.2070/- for period of 29/8/16 to 19/11/16 through internet payment.My average bill always was around Rs.1500/- with 150-60 KWH consumption always.But message on my number shows Rs.6710/- although metre reading shows only 145KWH consumption for given period. Sir I got an electric meter installed by pseb derrabassi pb.I was not residing in the flat and no unit of electricity was consumed either.
