Dear Sir, i am the resident of Dream Homes Society, Village Kishanpura, Dhakoli, Zirakpur, Mohali. My account no. is Z74BS224706A. The bill generated for the period from 04/11/2016 to 27/12/2016 is 12, 020/- for the 306 units consumed. The earlier bill was for the period for 31/08/2016 to 04/11/2016 was 5120/-for the 713 units consumed, which was fine.
I request the authorities to look in to the matter and send the revised bill.

I021216l[protected] was issued on 06.12.2016 for rs. 1060/- with due date (Cash/online) 21.12.2016 / (Cheque) 19.12.2016 and i have deposited this bill amount rs.1060/- via internet banking. On 12.12.2016. But after few days i got an message on my phone, your above a/c no. Bill amount is rs.750/- with due date 04.01.17 / 09.01.17. After that i have check again on pspcl web site my previous bill of rs. 1060/- was not showing on site. And new bill showing only rs.750/- (Which is showing unpaid). Why generated again bill i have already paid the bill of 2 months. Pls. Help me in this regard.

          Respected Sir,

          I received an overcharged bill for the billing date as 17/12/2016. The meter reading as noted in the bill is 45706. However, the reading we see is different. Also the readings are changing and showing blanks. It appears that the meter is faulty. Also you can check complete history and we never received such a huge bill even during extreme summers with ACs load etc. The bill is amounting to INR 7615/-. We request you kindly revisit us and rectify the bill.

            My name is tajinder singh, house no 18 golden enclave, lohgarh zirakpur. I want to register complaint against pspcl regarding excess amount charge in electricity bill in every month. My account no is z74zs191428k. My electricity consumption as per detail below:-

            Period unit consumed charge by pspcl payment
            13/06/2016 to 13/08/2016 = 659 unit rs 3090/- rs. 3090/-
            13/08/2016 to 17/10/2016 = 618 unit rs 6240/- rs. 4140/-
            17/10/2016 to 14/12/2016 = 302 unit rs. 4030/-

            I have requested many time to the official for rectification in my electricity bill but no response has been received from him. Due to this problem i have to paid more amount for electricity bill. Hence therefore you are requested to solve this problem.

                Dear sir as we have paid a bill of rs 7970 on 5/12/2016 for our account no [protected] for two months but we are very sorry to say that the meter reading in the online bill does not match with actual reading. Your staff does not visit to our site and charge us the bill without reading the actual reading and we have to pay excess bill as it was last day of payment through online channel. It is also shameful that your staff dont coprate with us when we reach the office for correction. Please make the suitable adjustment and compensate us the excess amount either in next bill or pay back the excess amount charged.                         With due respect i, smt salochna devi wd/o late parkash chand of vill palah, po bhanguri, the dhar kalan, distt pathankot, submit the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action please.
                        Our ibid electricity meter is defective and despite repeated requests with the local executive no action appears to have been taken so far. As a result, the meter reading is rather higher than its actual consumption of 3 led bulbs, one tv and one fridge.
                        I am very poor and hardly meet both ends meet. The olny sourse of income is senior citizen pension being paid by punjab government. As such, i am not in a position to pay such huge amount of bill. I therefore, request you to kindly look into the case and necessary orders to replace the defective meter be issued at an early date.

                          Our society is suffering from a lift machine which is set up in our neighbour shop.they also not take permission from bijli board and they also not take 3-face meter for lift. so plse help us for this condition.when they on the lift our light get disturbed completely nd our appiliance also get some fuse also..

                          i also complaint in muktsar district bijli board but they this condition so i am complaining you .. plse pay attention towards it.
                          I'm from abohar.. there is power blackout from 3.00 am and till continues.. local JE not respond.. we r suffer from boring and other problems...

                              I paid the bill today (29/11/2016) at around 2:00 AM through online mode (net banking) and my family member again paid the bill in afternoon as they don't know that I already paid the bill and the collector collects the bill without providing such information.                                 I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy bill for domestic power consumed during the last two months. If you compare it with our bill of last quarter, you will clearly see the huge difference. While in the last bill meter reading were 17000, the reading in this billing cycle is stated as 19789. I am surprised to see no. o[censored]nits consumed for this billing cycle is 2789. Please arrange to make necessary amendments regarding my account number #H32SB590653M and oblige.

                                  I had visited your office in kharar on 24th nov, with request to change the meter, as it has stopped working. I was given the receiving on my request along with one contact no. O[censored]pkar chand, contact no. [protected], who never picks up the call. I was told to contact him to get the meter replaced. I am trying his number ever since but of no use. He either doesn't pick or disconnect the call. Now since the meter is static and we have been following up with your department, no one is bothered to act upon our complaint.
                                  Plz look into it or else i will be compelled to escalate the matter at higher level.

                                    That I am senior citizen and could not walk properly. That my above account no meter is placed by your department out of my house and I received bill estimated bases. That I asked the meter reader about this and he said that I have to approach to the local office.

                                    That I approach Local office that I have received much bill as it may be. They said that I have not pay my old bill, but they have no account for which month I have not paid my bill. In this regard I want to said that from 1972 to till today I have maintain my Income expenditure account and the same is retain with me, please give me the dues detail and I may present the date and time of payment.

                                    Please do needful and help me.

                                      Our bill is not according to the usage .
                                      I dont know what the malfunction is. Whether its in the meter or not i dont know.
                                      The home next to us lives 24*7 un the house and we are out most of the time . We didn't use the AC in the previous 2 months to control our bill. But no major change was observed. The family living nexto to us is paying half the bill we are giving. Their usage is thrice as ours. Even they eere shocked that this much of bill is not possible

                                      I appeal first to S.D.O at Amloh city but he don't take any action for this complaint. Complaint number is -1263 date 19/09/2016. This complaint was about wrong estableshment of connection of tubal of other people in my own land. So please take correct action as soon as possible.
