hello sir i m suresh kumar my connect internet no [protected] today I have disconnect connect internet, per jo aap k customer care k staff hai usen mere se 600 ka bill bhi pay kra liya hai or mere ko jo modem tha vo bhi rakh liya hai or usen mujhe koi bill nhi diya or upper se bola hai aap ka no disconnect nhi hoga so agar kuch ker sakte ho to kro plz contect me [protected]

    My name is Prince Verma and my residence address is sector 47-c Chandigarh. 1 week before i was applied for new broadband connection in connect and i will submit all upfront payment 1120 rupees and my ID’s, but 1 week is over and i dont get any call or any document from connect, and when i was call in sector 47-c connect office and someone pick my call and talk with me insensible way. Now the result is this:- i don't have any payment and also i don't have any connection from connect. This is just illegal way of doing business and connect just took the money from customers and then after no revert back and NOTHING for customers. Too poor services & connect Chandigarh is just a money tooker company.
    After one week when i was call on this numbers for confirm my broadband connection, they all persons talk with me in very BAD LANGUAGE and nobody can give me proper answer.

    I am also going through the same condition. I lives in sector 45 Chandigarh, I just get attracted with the connect broadband plans and get the form filled with proofs and upfront payment cheque. Executive said installation will be done on 2 days. Now it is over a week now, every time i am calling him and he said person will come in post lunch for the same but never come till now and even i have to call to executive for the status.

    I called customer care then and they said proofs are not verified and you need to go to Connect office in sector 35C. I went there and a lady said, your status is "Capacity full" and i asked her when installation will be done and she simply replied, don't know as system show this status and it might take 1 or 2 days or even more. She didn't tell the exact date.

    Now i am suffering as i already disconnect my current broadband [BSNL] as on the words of the executive and now my official work is suffering.

I had started with Classic 444 plan monthly. But from Last 4 months i.e April, 2015 they upgrade my plan from Classic 444 to Classic 599 without any intimation in written or verbly. On my side i had never told them to upgrade my Plan.i had already informed vebally mr. manjeet singh to change my plan to 444 but they it is companies policy to upgrade, u, ll pay bill for 2 months den I, ll change your plan. Now, they send me bill of Rs.2200. Sir they are making fraud with me and everyone. Please do necessary action and give me waiver regarding my bill.         Last year my internet speed was 2.62 mbps on oakla speed test and now it is about 300 kbps. My plan is coperate plan so there is no limit and I have also proof for that as I make 1 video and 1 picture of high speed downloading . They now said you will recieve this speee only. That's very annoying

          I have done my payment for connect broadband before 1 week, till now installation is not done !!! i would like to ask connect broadband executives if any through this forum, if you have any FEASIBILTY issues while installation, dont make fake promises that it will be done in 2 or 3 days. Your services are pathetic and customer care executives are rude. I am from manimajra chandigarh and Mr naveen contact no [protected] is the executive who took money from me. He even switched off his mobile today! Please take action against this charlatans and lazy buggers! ! The worst decision is to take connect broadband in manimajra area, chandigarh. Beware!!               This is Kanwarjit Singh from Zira(Ferozpur). I had requested local distributor for installation of new connection. He visited my office to check for feasibility, and said that connection can be given there, and that Mr. Bhandari (some technition) will come and install it. Mr. Bhandari came after 2 days, and told me that feasibility is there, however, he will install connection only if I pay extra Rs 2000 to him. Why are such people still prevailing in society?

                I have been harassed at the hand of connect broadband Jalandhar. I applied for a connection from Connect Broadband, a person named Kapil - [protected] came to my house and said the connection will be done. He asked for 1550/- + 200/- 1550 is for one month advanced rental and 200 for an affidavit that will be my residence proof. I gave him the money. After 2 hours he called me up and said tomorrow people will come to my place to check the feasibility, if a connection is feasible or not. Oh!! come on dude you took 1750/- from me without even checking the feasibility. I said why did you do that, he that this is a norm. I said ok. After 7 days for harassment, he said a connection is not feasible. He said, the technical guy reported wrongly that a connection is feasible. What the heck!!! Acompany of CLOWNS is it? In these 7 days Mr. Kapil never attended my phone nor does Mr. Technical Head Jalandhar [protected] Mr Kapil and Mr Technical Head are two big culprits, I wish an action. My ph number - [protected] Futher to this, my 1750/- never came back. That person Kapil didn't return my money.

                  Dear Sir, With due regard to your efforts to ensure quality service in our area, I have some misgivings. It is my firm conviction that due to the lackadaisical attitude of some of your employees, my Internet connection has been lying paralyzed for a couple of days now. The problem began on August 31, when my Internet went down. I established that the problem was not my computer or the wireless connection, and then contacted Connect Company about the service interruption. Company claimed to send a repairman right away. No repairman was sent for another two days. I fail to comprehend why the repair and restoration of an Internet connection should call for so many reminders and requests. What appall me further are the absolutely insubstantial excuses that are creatively sought by the service providers, as a justification for the delay. It seems that such views are not a part of the ethics guiding the service providers who have been giving me futile assurances for the last one week. The repairman came after almost 3 days of consecutive complaints and resolved the issue, but again today in the morning the internet showed to be disconnected. According to the Customer care Operators all my bills stands clear till date but again the issue that aroused over the call was that the reason which the company operators gave me was that my internet connection got disconnected because of the non- payment of bill whereas the actual billing department gave me a clean chit on my records. Is this how your departments co-ordinate with each other and treat your customers??? Long holds on Telephones, Poor Customer Service Support by the call center people, and continues switching of calls from one department to another, and then from one senior executive to another increased the level of frustration and temper. Being without an Internet connection in office in the present times is no less than being marooned on an island. My entire work came to a halt and I have suffered a huge loss because of this issue. I want the provider to personally send me the apologize note and compensate me for the loss so that you should be aware about my Precious Time that I have killed resolving the internet issues which was off course never my duty. I hope you respond to the serious nature of my predicament and take adequate steps to ensure my rights as a customer. I’ll be waiting for your response. Thanking you in anticipation. I used to pay Rs. 799 monthly rent but this month I have received month bill with Rs 899 monthly rent. I called up customer care and asked about the same. They are telling that the charges have been increased. My complaint is how Connect can increase monthly charges without informing or taking approval from me for the same.                     What the ...k ..Connect CC called me and said they will look into the plan and might change it to previous one and but charges (the increased one) for previous month will not be reduced .. BUT WHY .. They said we have added a column ( a small column with faded font) in last month bill. HOW MANY PEOPLE READ THE WHOLE CONTENT ON THE BILL? I requested them till the time they are discussing with their management the complaint ticket should be opened .. But I have received SMS mentioning the issue is resolved. F..k

                    Hi, I am using Connect Broadband connection No. [protected] Account# 2227054 in Baltana, Dist. Mohali. I used to pay Rs. 1099 monthly rent but this month I have received month bill with Rs 1299 monthly rent. My complaint is how Connect can increase monthly charges without informing or taking approval from me for the same. I had same problem last year also but this time too much. Please revert these changes as soon as possible otherwise I will take a necessary action.

                    I reqauest so many time in the office of Connect Sector-35 as the bill has not been issued last 11 months. But at this time so far I have neither received any bill for the month of May 2016 nor any message on mobile. It is hereby I mentioned that I not responsible for any delay to deposit the bill for the month of May 2016.

                      Dear Sir/Mam,

                      My name is Anjali from Zirakpur running my own business with the name of Irenic International Education Services Pvt. Ltd. Previously my company name was Cynosure consultants. I bought connection of Connect broadband and I put a request to change the ownership of transfer the name cynosure consultants to Irenic International on 9th April 2014. As per requirement of QTL, they requested for a affidavit to change the name with all new company documents, as per their requirement, I have submitted all the documents in their office Sector 35 C Chandigarh on 9TH OF APRIL, 2014 and also they requested to pay them of Rs. 300 for transfer charges and outstanding bill amount till date to close the account of Cynosure consultants. The amount they charged around Rs.1700 (Bill payment till 9th April)+ 300 (transfer request charges) was paid by me on the same day. They said you request will be resolved with in 3 days and you will get confirmation as well as new bill at the end of the same month with due amount. In the second week of May, I called them and ask to provide me the status of my ownership request, they said, its still under process and I than I asked that I need a new bill on Irenic International name as I have requested to a Bank to open my current account and they need a bill copy on the name of new company which is Irenic, but due to a bill, its still pending, please resolve this issue at the earliest. They said you will receive you new bill copy by 13th of May as your bill is generated. I said, Ok I will wait. On 15th of May, I received Bill copy on the name of Cynosure consultants. on 17th May, I again called them and requested to issue a new bill, they given me complain no and said they issue will be resolve with in 48 hour. Then again I called to get confirmation about bill on 21st May, again they given me complain number to resolve the issue and same commitment as 48 hour. Again I called them on 25th May and 28th May, same issue was their. No resolution till now. After that I visited today on 31st May in their 35 C, chandigarh office and asked them to issue a new bill, and again the lady was sitting their given me complain number and told me to wait 48 hour. After that I asked her to call to the manager was Archana sitting their, not able come out of her AC room. Problem is still undergone.

                      After discussing the issue she told me to pay the outstanding amount, I told her that I am ready to pay all the amount, but issue me bill on the name of Irenic International. And the shocking thing is that they again included ownership charges into April bill Rs. 300 and bill amount is already clear till 9th of April and you still asking me to pay the bill from 1st April to 30th April 2014. They harassed me alot, kindly do the needful at the ealriest.


                      Please ask them to resolve the issue and return my precious time otherwise I sue.

                        Im using there telephone services for more then 10 years ...im using there dsl service ..with which im not happy ...and requested them to do my DSL to POTS migration ..as i want to use dsl services of any other better company...they are not migrating my connection ... and I'm stuck with there dsl ...only solution is to disconnect my all services ..which i sadly cant do becasue my telephone number is very old ..cant get it blocked ...and they know it ...so that's why there are harassing me ...and also they do give only wire line service to new customers but not the oldexiting customers

                          Connect broadband is a real cheater. The people working there are also cheaters.They said me that in Rs 649 plan you get 512Kbps after 1Mbps upto 5gb, but I am getting 256Kbps.The name of the person who said above plan is Om Parkash (Phone no-[protected]).He gave me 100% assurance that we have changed our plans and you get 512Kbps after FUP .On the installation date of connection, I also confirmed from Connect manager Mr. Rajeev(Sec 35-C).He also said the same.But now when I call to Om-Parkash, he is not picking up my phone and also same with connect manager.
                          I told them that I am not going to pay any bill .
                          I called Om Parkash 15-20 times and after that he switched off his mobile phone.
                          Please do something.

                            Sir, I am using connect broadband No. [protected]ami for the last 3-4 years & they charge more than[protected] but never work properly but from the last 2 months I was requesting that my connection is not working properly but they justo keep on delaying. I many times requested my connection is even running slower than 2G mobile services. When I warn them they send an engineer after 3 days. He suggested you change you plan for you combo 625 is best in which 5GB data at 1 Mbps speed then unlimited at low speed. They changed the plan but no use again it works very slow very slow then disconnect, on 4th nov I registered a complaint bearing No. 1111 & ensure me it will be solve within 24 hrs but 10th nov I again asked for my complaint they replied your complaint has been closed on 4th itself on asking she said we don't know. They again take my complaint & send a engineer, he said their is problem in software it has to be installed again. After 3 hrs working he replied your 5GB data is used. I talked at helpline also they further to further transferred the calls. But nobody sort out they harassed me like anything. Before moving any legal step I would like to inform you.                               I am paying Rs.2500 per month to connect..For the last one week,the speed drops from 2mbps to below 1..Yesterday I tried to lodge complaint but the connect computer replied Temporary fault in internet..Today i.e.on Aug4,2013 I called the customer care Executive twice to sort out the problem but they asked me to call in night when the speed drops..At around 11.25 PM I called Customer Care from my cell [protected] and someone Mr.NAVNEET picked my call..I again asked him about my problem and requested him to give me the complaint No. after registering my complaint..But he refused to lodge my complaint and When I repeatedly advised him to lodge my complaint he started using filthy language and misbehaved in a fit of anger..When I asked his name,he disclosed his identity as someone Navneet and after uttering an abusive tone ,he disconnected the line.
                              It is requested that this is a deficiency in service on the one end and Also a criminal offence on the other end..It is requested that the call record from my cell no.[protected] made to Connect Care be checked and punish the guilty staff with intimation to me

                                Hello Sir/Madam

                                I am Sahil Bansal from Ludhiana,Punjab. I have applied for new internet Connection on 17/07/2013. The Salesperson Said that the connection will installed in 2 days(it means on 19/07/2013). But they did not install and now every day i am calling the salesperson that why the installation is too late.He said sir it will install in morning, when i call in morning they said it will install in afternoon. they are repeating the same things from 19/07/2013
                                till today. i have called they more then 50 times. they are not picking up my calls and they also disconnect my calls when i call.They are harassing the customer. They think that the customer is free to call them again and again.

                                Before this, the another connection of internet which i am using at my home, it was also dead, i have also complaint them. and goes no. of times to the local office of connect(which is at gill road) to complaint again and again that why non of person is come to solve the problem. after 4-5 days at last i have complained in consumer court.                                   Last year, in the month of Oct, 2012, we shifted our office, so we asked connect customer care to disconnect its connection and collect the modem, but the didn't initiate to our request. I visited their office several times, but they didn't enact.                                   I was using connect broadband no. {[protected]) and connection is on my fathers name Mr Satish Kumar since 2010 and it was all going well but in between july and august 2012 they sent me wrong bill statements as i was using 777 plan and they sent me that i was using 899 plan , even before this bill , i was facing many problems regarding their network problems and i registered about 10 times in a week about that complaints , was never solved , the employee themselves were suppose to close the complaint by calling themselves. and after that i did n"t use internet for a month . and
                                  And now they are calling me after 4 months , and threatening me that my case is filed and i will be punished will have to pay 7000 penalty and 3000 of bill from person whose no is { [protected]}.. .and.he is threatening me calling daily from 19-11-12 also i am feared and not able to concentrate on my studies.
                                  I am +2 student and my father is unemployed , please kindly listen my humble request to you.

                                    i am using telephone with Connect broadband connection of connect No. is [protected].Many times they charged extra on my bill.last time the company also charged extra on my bill is Rs.1348 as on April15.and after that the company collection agency call me about their payment of bill.and i was discuss with them about their extra charged and they were agreed to waiver me,and ask me to deposited the balance amount is Rs.1200 .As per company and mine telephonic discussion, i was paid my balance amount on 27April2012.
                                    But on next bill,they have not deducted that money and also block my phone and my broadband system for few days and charged late fine. Bill on that date is Rs.2008 as on May15.They have all done without notify me as per my records.But after a few days, a company should continue my phone and broadband services without inform me.
                                    but on next bill,company should adjusted my amount of Rs.1200 but they should not agreed to waiver me on extra charged as they agreed on telephonic discussion.and charged me late fine fee and cannot waiver me on that days which they stop my services.and the update bill send by my company is Rs.1416.And my monthly rent is just Rs.497 plus service tax.

                                    i complaint many times but they cannot guide me.Evenly the advocate of that company call me on my landline no. and personal no. about case of bill pending and threat me and my family about asking for sending a notice on your home address.

                                    These companies should send the bill with extra charged to all customers and many of the customers should paid without knowing.

                                    Kindly take some action against them quickly because due date of my bill is after 4-5 days.I want compensation for wasting of my time and money and these discontinue services.

                                      SIR, I HAVE MANY TIMES COMPLAINED IN LOCAL OFICES OF THE COMPANY, THAT CHARGES REGARDING INFOTAINMENT SERVICES i.e. Rs. 25/- IS CHARGED IN THE MONTHLY BILLS, ON COMPLAINING IT IS BEING TOLD THAT WE HAVE RECTIFIED THE ERROR, NEXT TIME YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED, EVEN AFTER IT I AGAIN AND AGAIN GET THE BILLING AND HAVE TO PAY CHARGES FOR THE FACILITY I NEVER USE. IT APPEARS THAT IT IS COMPANY'S POLICY TO CUT THE POCKETS OF IT'S CUSTOMERS BY CHARGING THIS AMOUNT ON BOGUS BILLING. I WANT THAT ALL CHARGES COLLECTED IN THE NAME OF INFOTAINMENT CALL BE REFUNDED AND TAKE CARE IN FUTURE
