Last year my internet speed was 2.62 mbps on oakla speed test and now it is about 300 kbps. My plan is coperate plan so there is no limit and I have also proof for that as I make 1 video and 1 picture of high speed downloading . They now said you will recieve this speee only. Regarding upgradation of my broadband plan from Classic 499 plan to Classic 599.

Asking additional money for installation of connaction

wrong bill statements and service
