    My name is ram parshad.I am facing bill issue problem at quadrant company. broadband connection is not installed at my home physically.. No any wiring, modem, and installation by the company at my home.. And their authority person inspected at my home many times and found no any connection and has been confirmed at his head office but not any necessary action has been taken yet.
    Thus they are harassing me and wasting my time by sending mail and calls. So this company behavior is very poor and unorganized.their customer care management system is totally worst.. they call me for due payment..why i paid the payment because i don't use any service of connect .and how can i use their service because connection is not install..they regularly call me and gave warning of legal action..which is totally wrong . please solve this issue..they harassing me since nine month...

    My broadband plan has been changed in a dictator manner. I have been using 399 pm plan. But my plan has been changed to 599 plan in a dictatory manner. Thus causing me loss of rs. 200/-+ taxes per month. my a/c no. is 2825720. whereas I am satisfied with rs. 399/- plan features ie. speed, data etc. please same be ratified.
    My connect broadband having dsls333232 has been dead for past 7 days or on 03-09-16 and despite reporting of my multiple complaints they have not responded to.it and has not solved my problem till now. And they regularly send me the message that my complaint is still pending, but not resolved the same.

      I was a new to this connection. They didnot snd me bill of my usage and therefore i didnot pay the bill amount. I approximately use it for 2 months which will costs around 1800 rs and when there agent come to my office they tell me that i will inform co on behalf o[censored] that your connection has been cutoff. So at that pooint i believe that my connection is cut off and now they are tellimg me that u should personaaly come to ofice to disconnect the account. When i go to office after comeback from another state they tell me that u have liability of rs 2800 ie for 3 months and u shoul have to pay it

        Dear sir,
        Due to some reason i want to deactivate my connect phone number[protected].
        But connect customer care representative telling me to go to connect branch office for deactivation. My concern is that at the time of new connection they didnt ask me to visit their branch office, so why it is needed to visit their office on deactivation if i full filling their KYC norms.
        I also want to complain agaist their harassment for bill payment even though i am paying payment on monthly basis.
        I am connect customer for 2years.

          We are using a Connect Broadband connection Number [protected].
          Company has given us an unlimited data plan having 4 mbps dedicated speed. But since the installation of connection we are not getting the speed as per plan. Every time technical persons close the complaint giving unsatisfactory answers. Sometimes they say Wiring needs to be changed some times they say modem needs to be replaced. Sometimes they say that this plan is not feasible in your area and change the plan to lower speed. Every time they make exuses and get the complaint closed. This company claims that we resolve all the complaints with in 4 working hours but they don't even bother to resolve the complaint in 4 working days. When we talk to technical persons they speak very rudely. We are paying around Rs.1600.00 monthly but they don't bother about the customers. These people even closes the complaint job without our consent.
          When we request them to resolve the issue, these people say that sales team don't have technical knowledge and they even don't bother about it. Sales team is concerned only with sales nothing else. These people even say if you don't want to continue with the connection you can opt for other service providers we don't care and if you have any issue kindly don't register the complaint, visit our office at Mall Road and talk to seniors. The service of Connect Broadband is just BS.

            I am using companies ftth wifi network and after every two days the wifi does not connect for a whole day citing technical error. This is despite of them hiking my rent by 250 in the last month all of a sudden. Helpline doesn't care when you call them. Very frustrating as i have to shell out rs one thousand extra for the mobile data so as to compensate. My work suffers because of it and if i have to fill up any application form that too takes the toll of it

              The broadband stops working every 4 to 5 days and the complaints are attended after 2 to 3 days at rajpura. the miserable part is that when a person comes after 3 days, he simply calls a number and says: bhai mac reset kar do zara) (please reset the mac) and the thing starts working. how ridiculous that the people at their exchange or which ever internal facility he called to get the mac reset do not check any thing by themselves, and if it was such a micro fault why did it take them 3 days to check it.? by what consumer standards do they deserve broadband rent for the days when the broadband remains un-operational.

              The person at patiala connect office when contacted says "we have an out-sourced technical service provider at rajpura, so we cannot reduce the delay period, you have to request them only". means, just pay the bills to us and go to hell for service. does that really work in this democratic setup where consumer has some rights. i think all this needs to be highlighted at ministry and media level and the recordings and chronology of such consumer un-friendly service and behaviour needs to be sent to media next time.

                I have logged a complaint in connect service centre Complaint No[protected] of DSLS188864 for the waiver in bill of July month because connection down more then a week. I have call them again to know the status of the complain. They told me your compliant has been resolved and a message has been sent to you on your registered mobile number. They never inform to customer what action they taken in order to resolve the complaint. I have been asked to call again on 10 Aug 2016 what could be done for that complaint. Kindly look into this matter.

I called up customer care and asked about the same. They are telling that the charges have been increased.                     On 04 july i have made the payment of 1250/- rs to one of a connect sales agent regarding my new wireless internet connection. He said sir maximum time for installation is 2 weeks. I said ok. After 10 days i checked the status from customer care team and they said sir your connection will install in 2 days we have raised complaint regarding this, after 2 days when i call they said sir tomorrow morning your connection will setup. Next day evening when no one call me & came i called again to customer care team and they said sir your request is auto cancelled because it's more than 2 weeks. They said i have to visit local connect office. I called to same person who took payment & he said sir customer care team don't know anything, before 18 jul your connection will setup actually do not have equipment for installation right know so that's why it's taking time. I was calling him today also but they even not answering my calls. From customer care team i getting answers sir we are unable to help you because your connection not setup. Are they just playing with me. I mean i have done the payment now i just need the service. And they are not ready to provide service. When i ask for refund they said sir it will take 1 month time. Why 1 month it's taking for refund when i submit case give me my case back. There agent don't have manners to talk to customer, i have 2 agent name from customer care team of mohali who talk to me like i am no one for them. I don't want to mention name i have employee id's also because my issue only for internet related not personal so i am not updating name. I just want to install the internet or else refund not in 1 month.

                        They are making customer fool..no solution of any customer problem.they changes customer monthly plans without informing customer, as billing amount is paid or not paid is informed by sms again &again..its fraud with customers.when customer calls in the care centre they asks that we have no solution, apko bill toh pay karna hi padega..this similar problem is happened 3rd time with me..as 2 times before i m ignoring this problem.

                          I live In delhi. and for B.tech i went to LPU, Jalandhar. there i live in a PG. I had taken an Internet connection of CONNECT BROADBAND At Dhakoa PHATAK. and closed my connection and had the receipt also. it was DSLS connection.

                          when i came to 2nd semester i shifted my PG to DEEP NAGAR. there i asked that company to reopen my account. they said your DSLS connection cannot be opened in that area you need to take a new connection of WIFI. i agreed to that.
                          but at the end of the 2nd semester i got a call from lawyer saying your bill is 3500, you need to pay it immediately otherwise he'll file a case against me for not paying the bill. he was talking about the DSLS connection.

                          that time i called connect office but serivices were dead. then i called a mam over there but it was out of coverage area. due to some reason in telephonic issue i weren't able to talk to any of the connect customer services.

                          and the lawyer was calling me again and again.
                          asking me to pay the bill.
                          i told him i had closed the DSLS connection and now i use WIFI connection. but he didn't listen. so I paid.

                          all of this when happened i was in delhi.
                          when i went to punjab i asked them they said by mistake he would have called you.
                          you were not suppose to pay.
                          so i asked for the refund. but they said not refund is done here.
                          the i asked both connections were on my name so they could just replace the DSLS paid money to my WIFI money.
                          they refused.
                          I HAD RECORDED ALL CONVERSATION.
                          but audio attachedment is not available. please help me.

                          so basically i want my money back. OR just replace my money to my WIFI account.

                            Mere pass connect broadband ka internet connection hai jiska account no. 2561188 aur yeh Khera Electronics ke name se hai jo ki pichle ek hafte se zada se dead pada hai.. mai iski complaint customer care pe bahut baar kar chuka hu pr company ki taraf se koi response nahi mil raha.. muje comlaints no. jo diye ge hai company ki taraf se vo hai - i5527190, i5681856, i5691646.
                            Internet band hone ki vajeh se mere bussiness ko bahut nuksan ho chuka hai
                            Meri request hai ki please isae jaldi se jalde solve krade

                              I am facing bill issue problem at quadrant company.. My connection named as
                              Ram parsad.. Which is not installed at my home physically.. No any wiring, modem, and installation by the company at my home.. They regularly sends me bill monthly.. And their authority person inspected at my home many times and found no any connection and has been confirmed at his head office but not any necessary action has been taken yet. Thus they are harassing me and wasting my time by sending sms and calls. So this company is very poor and unorganized behaviour.

                                Dear team

                                I am using connect broadband from last 2 years. But this is first time that an antivirus has been automatically added to my bill.
                                After complaining on your helpline no. They said you had activated this service but i am neither aware about this service nor activated this.
                                Kindly look into the matter.

                                  I am using connect broadband. Yesterday i had got a bill of rs.914/- instead of earlier rs.743/. I do not know how and why they have changed my tariff plan without my knowledge and consent. I had written to company also but they had not replied so far. Kindly use your good offices to get my complaint redressed. 5-6 months back, connect had changed my plan also, I complained to company then, they then changed my plan, now they have done that again.

                                    Broadband connection did not provide after submit installation charges. I gave payment to connect salesman on 13/05/2016 after check feasibility of connection. And he was say connection install on 15/05/2016. After 15/05/2016 i asked about connection they did not responded and finally they asked had not any space in dp. Now i think about go to in consumer court against connect broadband.

                                      My name is balwant singh i‘m from barnala (Punjab)
                                      I was using your’s wifi services wifi194122bal
                                      During dec 2015 my connection completely dead. Even login page for
                                      Wifi username is not open for 2-3 hours download speed came from kb to
                                      Bytes. Then i request local authority to cut my connection. I submitted all devices to local barnala connect office and pay all due amounts till date receipt no : 2134828 even service was down for two months still i pay all two months money.
                                      But still i received bills from connect office every month with added monthly amount i said about this numerous time to both customer care officer and local connect office represents but they always say don’t worry once our database updated you don’t get any bills. After four months when bill is cumulative to 4k+ barnala local office represent call me and said if you don’t pay your due money we will take legal action against you

                                      Your company mentally torture me for past 6 month if you don’t resolve this mess within 2 days i will take serious legal action against connect broad band

                                      I was using connect broadband services ... Initially when we were selecting between different broadband companies one of the connect agents gave us an offer that with 3 months of broadband package you can get installation free ... everything was going fine then for some reason we had to shift and before the period of three months i submitted the broadband to the person who gave the offer and after that there was always a call from there customer care that sir we could provide us with better options and all and by doing this they made me convinced for another 7 to 8 days and now they are charging me a fine of rupees 165 despite the fact that i submitted the broadband before the completion of the time period. Now some connect legal is calling me n asking me for that 165 n fine charges and i am repeatedly telling them the same thing if i kept the broadband with me for those 7 to 8 days that i could say that it was my fault and I am eligible for fine . But now when i submitted the broadband one day before than what kind of fine they are asking for.

                                        I was using connect boardband last year. In punjab jalandhar But discontinued this service due to officially transfer from punjab to Delhi.i have already clear my all dues after get disconnection/Noc with valid reason from connect authorised store. But after spend 3-4 month I am getting continuse call from many advocates that still your payment is pending and if you will not pay this ammount then we will forward your case file to high authority . Kindly help me clear this issue

                                        BroadBand Higher Plane Changes Many time without my request and take more charges

                                        This people change my plan many times and unnecessary i paid more money to the company.
