I had a Connect internet connection after so many calls from connect executive. She told me many benefits as mentioned belw:
1. I will get Modem/ Telephone handset
2. I will get 10 GB additional data
3. I will get 1st month free service
but none of above is fulfilled.
I not even used 50MB data since connection and told so many times to disconnect internet connection instead they are sending bills.

I want to complaint, they first they provide me internet connection by telling benefits and not fulling them
and not disconnecting connection even after so many calls and sending bills.

    Fraud calls - connect hfcl
    Regarding non payment of bills i am getting calls from tis hazari court (I have a connect (Hfcl) connection and they are doing harassment by hiring 3rd party

    I’m getting calls from tees hazari court (Delhi) from miss neha and her number is:[protected], she asked me to call an advocate mr. Sunil kumar gautam on his no.[protected] and whats app is[protected]. When i called him he advised me to pay my outstanding bill, i am explaining him all the situation but he is not able to listen anything.

    This is very serious, please don't use services

    I have already paid the bills but it is such a non-sense i am not sure why these companies operate like that? I would request to take suitable action against these people

      Since january 2017 i m mailing my requests to customercare connect.i usually weekly complaining for disconnection but paid no heed to my frequent mails even after submitting the necessary documents and details.paying the bills. In april on 27th i made request for deactivation i was asked by the customer care officer on phone no [protected] patiala office that sir we will allow one month 30gb data to enjoy free of cost and i confirm the update bill
      That was rs 184 which i paid by paytm.
      also i mail to the appellate authority which is given in their contact details.but here also no reply i got message not delivered.

      The first disconnection request given by you on that time you were retained with the goodwill waiver of 450 rs for rental plan, than post that we have received your request for disconnection in the month of may 20 th may.we guided to pay your outstanding once bill gets generated .Your disconnection request was processed on the same time.now in record its shows temprarory disconnected & 276 amt was paid by you.

        Recently i disconnected the connect broadband connection because of some other connection i want to use, after 2 month i found that they register a complain against me regarding due payment not clear since 2 & a half months by me. But issue that they didn't sent any bill copy to me whether through mail or by post nor discussed or communicate the due date & due amount. So how it is possible to pay due amount before due date withought having any information. And how can they register a complain withought giving any information and reminder to customer. Its against the law

          I am using connect internet broadband connection, The company is sending me regular disturbing sms's regarding payment pick up, payment due bill date is coming, As we are aware about our duties & there is no need to disturb through msgs. sent on my mobile no. I am not always free to read connect company sms's which are disturbing to concentration of my job.

            Today i. E. 12.04.2017, my wife visited your connect office at bathinda for settlement of bill under dispute for a/c no. 2260673.

            We met mr. Sunny at your office, who advised us to pay rs. 1200/- to settle the bill under dispute. We requested him to refund the security of modem and adjust the settlement where he refused to accept the modem and refunding of security amount i. E. Rs. 500/-.

            Even though my wife visited office earlier in april 19, 2015 to return the modem and for clearance of payment as we were shifting to other place due to transfer. But your officer mr. Sumant, who didn’t accept the written application for discontinuing of connection and denied to accept the modem. I have called many time to your office in regard to wrong generating of bills.

            Company started generating unfair bills for which i have done the payment for bills (Attached) received by email dated april 20, 2015. Looking to our humble attitude your office generated another bill (Attached) which was received by email dated may 19, 2015, and the fact is that i have left the house in the month of march 28, 2015 and then visited your office on april 19, 2015.

            Company has adopted wrong practice of making money from customer coming from outside punjab and residing in bathinda (Not me alone there were many other customer standing in the connect office bathinda with same problems). We are really astonished by the cunning behaviour of mr. Sunny and other office mr. Sumant, who don’t care about the dignity of and respect of ladies.

            We verbally and physically visited connect broadband office (Twice i. E. On april 19, 2015 and today april 12, 2017). Now this is totally wrong practice of filing case in court using advocate help to recover money from innocent society members, who are very much fair in making timely payments.

            We request your goodself to kindly look into this matter and advice the connect broadband company not to bother us with such practice of extracting money which they don't deserve.

              Connect Representative, Harwinder virk from Patiala, First made me to get bulk sms plan of Videocon and till now i did't get any confirmation even after paying 8650 in cash and now he said he did't have time to solve my query so as a last resort i m posting on internet.
              How can a connect representative is selling a videocon's plans?.Is it connect making fraud cases or their representatives using videocon's name, Either way at the end of the day we [customers] has to suffer due to their fraud sales representatives...Stay Away these frauds

                I am paying 1263rs per month. It's almost 15k to 16k per year.

                My connection is not working from last 4days.

                I have filed so many complaints to technical customer care of connect Broadband.

                I have filed so many complaints. But connect company is taking it very lightly. I am a professional Software engineer. I am working in IT Software development. My clients are from USA and Canada. I have lost lot of my business due to careless of connect Broadband.

                They people are very shameless person. They don't know the meaning of professionalism. They don't care about the loss of other person.

                Please solve my issue & recover my lost due to bad service provided by Connect Broadband & it's customer care.

                  I had deactivated my CONNECTION on 2 nov 2016 .i had returned router and paid all dues on same date and it was confirmed by amritsar office of connect.
                  however the staff of your company keep calling me repeatedly and tried to intimidate me to opt for some other suitable plan of broadband but i kept refusing as i was not interested in it.
                  they somehow get my connection active without my knowledge and i got e-bills for that .
                  later i call consumer care and they finally deactivated my connection.
                  whatever was done with my account afterward 2 november 2016 was without my knowledge and permission.
                  now i am getting calls that company had filed civil suit against my account for not paying dues of about rs500 and they are harassing me to do payment or else a case will be registered against me.
                  this is gross violation of consumer rights as i have been customer of connect for 5 long years and now i am being told that i am defaulter which is not the case.
                  company staff had kept my account active without my permission and knowledge as they may have to achieve their targets or some reason best known to them.

                  kindly enquire and rectify it as it will be detrimental for connect company's goodwill and trust that i maintained for long period .i am asked to do payment for service which was without my consent or knowledge.

                    Dear Sir Today I got a call from Mr Rane cited advoate hired by Connect broadband to deposite outstanding balance for my used Internet service [protected] otherwise they will take legal action.But I already deposited all outstanding balance and all devices on 21 Dec 2016 vide transation 480938 HFCL Infotel POS at Chandigarh Branch.Now shifted to Mumbai..The advocate is threatning me to put behind the bar.Plz look the matter

                      I have applied for CPE on 6.2.2017 from my reedmed point but till date connect company unable to supplied for the same after my various reminder/complaint on customer care. So Now I want to surrender my connection due to poor service of the company. At present I cannot deposit my bill Rs. 1463/- due to non-supplied the CPE equipment.

                        Hello Team,

                        We have been chasing connect team from last one month to put out connection on safe custody as we are out of station.

                        During the time of installation they gave us fake promises. I am too tired of chasing these people, I am a senior citizen and they are not listening to my request.

                        I have called on there customer care number many times but no one is taking initiative to help me.

                        I have attached the copy of my mail trail for your reference.
                        I request kindly help me out to sort my issue.

                          Really very careless and irresponsible staff

                          I have disconnect my connect broadband due to shifting from amritsar to delhi and cleared all due and get noc too but since three months daily several times sms and phones calls for asking that pay the bill many times i have sent
                          Emails to all officers and cleared that i have paid all dues but they acts like robot and continue sms and calls now please tell what to do now.

                            Connect broadband is even worst than Tikona and other cheap providers. My name is Rohan Sikri resident of Guru Har Sahai dist Ferozpur. These people are money eaters. In every month for atleast 8-9 days their internet does not wor and wen I said to remove connection the internet got off very next day and after 4 months I am getting bill for amount to pay. I did complaint many times, every internet provided has different way of deactivating their connection from customer side. They never told me procedure. So now since Nov 2016, my bill is same even I paid Rs 700 as suggested by connect people still remaining amount is not adjusted. No one is there to listen your compalint. When I call on customer care number no senior is ever available. If I do complaint internet is not working they takes atleast 2 and half day to rectify, even their cables are of no worth. Useless services and useless crap people.

                              I, Amit Khanna was using connect connection number (DSLS-255519) at Nijatam Nagar, Jalandhar.
                              I have called Customer care on 8th Dec 2016 for my connect DSLS 255519 no disconnection. But Customer care told me to drop an email to [protected]@infotelconnect.com. I dropped the email on 9th Dec 2016.
                              Further i got the call on 10th Dec 2016 from customer care department that your no is disconnected. But I did not got any written confirmation in email. I called the customer care again on 18th Dec 2016, but the customer care guy
                              told that we have not got the request. Compliant registered is 13923343. They don't take disconnection request from Customer Care, Android Connect Application and only medium is to get it done via email. But they are not replying to emails on time.
                              I again sent them an email on 18th December 2016 requesting to confirm me in mail about disconnection. I have discussed with rahul in Connect customer care department. They send the acknowledgement email on 19th Dec 2017 stating that billing of Connect number has been stopped temporarily.

                              I again sent them email on 19th dec 2017 stating that the initial request was given on 9th Dec in email and customer care did confirm in past on call that my connection is disconnected. I did sent another follow up mail on 18th
                              Dec.So billing will be only till 9th Dec. I asked them to please confirm and let me know the total outstanding ( billed and unbilled amount) so that i can pay ASAP.

                              On 20th Dec 2016, I got and email from connect stating that disconnection of DSLS255519 is under process, billing for same has been stopped from 19-Dec-16 and for full & final bill, they will send me the details after 25 days to
                              help you further.

                              Further, I did not got any email, call from Customer Care regarding Full and Final Amount.

                              Now I got a call from [protected] on 9th Feb 2017 that connect company has filled a case and I need to deposit 1457 Rs ASAP. They said to call urgently to Advocate Harpal Singh on [protected] otherwise they will issue a Legal Notice.
                              I called this number and Mr Harpal Singh abused me on call and mentally harassed me. I found that the no is from Sartaj recovery agency in Mohali and not from any advocates.

                              This is pathetic service from Connect. They need to improve the process and communication rather than investing in recovery agency for harassing customers.

                              Request you to please take strict actions against company.

                                Maine apne sare bill connect ko pay kar diye hai par mughe roz unki taraf se call aati hai aur kehte hai ku aapne 3300 rs dene hai.ab to wo mughe phone kar ke dhamki bhi dene lage hai ki agar payment nahi ki to court me case karege roz lady phone karti hai aur kehti hai ki mai tees hazari court se bol rahi hu.pls help me roz fake call aati hai kabhi kehte hai ki m.r rajesh se baat karlo unse pata chal jayega ki aapke khilaf kon sa case hai kabhi kehte hai ki aapne agar 3300 nahi diya to 20000 penalty lagegi mai in sab se tang aa gaya hu pls mughe isfeaud company se chutkara dilaye .                                     I am shubham from zirakpur from 2015 m using connect broadband and from march 2016 the service they provide was worst so didnt pay the bill and on 4 june they adjusnt paymnt of making bill from 3500 to adjustd at 1200 on 4 june 2016.
                                    One person changed the modem said it was not workng and changed it than later same problem occurs and after one week i got call from connect that your payment is not clear and u will not able to use services and after 3 days they said sorry ur payment is clear and internet will start working evng. But still am bot satisfyng with the service and the person who came to check the problem he did not have sufficient knowledge. So again i did not pay bill and said them to sort out my problem first...
                                    No response

                                    And now am getting calls from unknown advocates from mohali mr jaspal[protected]. That "saman" as been issue and u get a notice at ur home and nothing has come!
                                    And now on 16 jan another call from DLS DELHI of nidhi sexena +[protected] to pay 5145 amount of bill otherwise u have to pay 30000 for this.
                                    Nidhi saxena give no of rakesh sharma adv[protected].
                                    He told me to pay 5145 right now or we issue a legal notice and even he told to pay 3000 amount to connect office or they will send legal notice of 30000.

                                    Am a student and i call to every person at connect and they not giving response

                                    They isuuse another no to me without disclosing previous no and at time of installing on 29dec 2016 they said its new no oll free and oll ur previos balance is cler.

                                      I have disconnected the service provided by connect broadand "directory number- [protected]". Their account number is 2727508 in which I submitted all the dues(amount). Customer name - KUMAR RAUSHAN but the customer care calls me regularly from mobile number - [protected] and say I cheated them. They filed a fraud case against me in Tees Hazari Court in Delhi. I have paid all my payment before 2 months and also all the articles like modem etc were taken back by them at the same time only.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        My broadband connection DSLS 139900 has been changed to [protected].But the telephone set is not installed till date. I have requested many times to customer care and appellant authority of CONNECT but the matter is still unresolved .

                                        Now due to harrasment created by connect company yesterday I wrote to appellate authority thst if they are incapable to solve the issue before ending my current billing cycle....
