I m Running Your connect broadband with number [protected] from last 5 or 6 months, but from last month, with plan of 697 as per plan i m not getting proper speed screen shot attched.........i have registered so many complaints regarding same issue...but all the time ur engg. comes and didnt give proper resolution...as i also mail the nodal officer but still no action were taken.

Sir With respect i request you to plz take further action to resolve this problem.

THE WORST BROADBAND COMPANY "QUADRANT TELEVENTURES LTD (formerly known as HFCL Infotel Ltd)"

I gave an application for WiFi (with app. fee of 1100rs) on 1st august 2011, but still i didn't got the WiFi after two months.. I made 'n' no. of calls to the company in those two months, they keep on saying one thing "Sir, Sorry for the inconvenience, there is shortage in the WiFi stock but we will provide you the same with in 3-4 days" and amazingly i came to know that 3-4 days means 2 months. the worst part was that when i said them at least give me the receipt of 1100 rs which i have deposited , and their reply was, "There's no need of receipt as we have received the cash but if you still want the receipt go to the other city (supposedly their zone office)". its really hard to believe that even private company's have started "GUNDA GARDI".

The connect company has installed internet connection having Tel No :5034930 at my residence in July 2008.
The rental plan was Rs 444/- . From last one year company started charging extra charges on the name of
others services ie Bhagti sangeet, caller tune which are socalled promotion services , but I have not requested
for activation of these services . I am paying the bill with objection bill is extra, Last bill M/O July & August was
of Rs 2330/- The connect executive Mr Gurpreet has collected the bill amounting Rs 1340/- on assurance balane Rs 940/- extra charges will be waved & no extra chares will be charged in future on the name of promotional services . Now again in m/o September & Oct bill company has chargedextra and rs 940 already
charged not waved. Sir I have now planned to disconnect this connection & I have requested to company vide my letter dated 3.11.2011 . But company has not entertainted my request demanded to deposit full amount of
bill Rs 2352/ which is unreasionable.Please interven in this issue , company have already my security Rs 1000/- This connection on name of my wife Manjit Kaur Sandhu

Inspite of repeated complaints of broadband connection of telephone no. [protected] made to connect my broadband connection is not working properly. Service of Connect broadband is very poor. Now we have decided to get connect broadband disconnected. As we are very much fedup with connect broadband inferior service.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied a broadband connection of Connect in the Name of blue shark solutions and also giving the security also.They are now making rounds o[censored]s at SCO 417-418, Sector 35-C. Ph. +[protected] .Please enquire about that and take a legal action aginst them as soon as possible.Thanks
